Went here to get my gel polish removed and the lady that removed it was in a rush and distracted by phone calls and other customers. She scraped my nails so hard just to quickly get the polish off that I was left with dents in my nails and now 3 weeks later, they are still rough and patches of what look like bubbles are on my nails. First thing they happily served me as a walk-in which is hard to come by . Sally did my no chip mani to perfection. She was gentle with the gel removal and she was attentive to each nail in pushing cutes back and trim everything around it. I've logged in thousands of mani pedis and I think this was the best ever. Dropping this to 1 star, I've shown multiple people the picture of what I wanted compared to what I got and all of them (none professional nail techs) said there was an obvious difference. NOW on top of that it's been a little over a week and half of my nails - 5 of them!!!- have air pockets which a simple search online is pointing the issue being application. So I paid $140 for my nails to be applied wrong by a professional and look wrong compared to what I asked for. read more

Maybe the SNS is different but this was the worst gel manicure I think I've ever had?? First the nail tech that removed my gel on my nails repeatedly used the electric file to the point where it was painful and I had to grab my hand away. Next the actual manicure. I had to ask for her to apply more coats as the color (a dark taupe/ grey) was streaky and see through... flash forward 2 days and my nails already started chipping. A week later and 2 nails remain polished. Mind you I do not bite/ pick my nails and am meticulous about moisturizing my hands and nails. Overall do not bother coming here if you're looking for a gel manicure that lasts longer than 3 days. read more

I had recently moved down the street from this nail salon and thought I would give it a try. I was there for a total of 20 minutes, 15 of which was spent getting my nails done with absolutely no care at all. The nail tech didn't put enough layers of the gel color so it is streaky, and the top layer wasn't put on evenly or completely. I went here because it's it's across the street from the place I get laser. I was there for 1 hour and 30 minutes for a no chip pedicure. My big toe looked bulky and bubbly because she tried to fix her mistake by using a lot of coats of polish. She redid it twice and said my foot wasn't straight/flat enough or the light wasn't over the entire nail... although this has never happened to me and all my other toes were fine. read more

The inconsistent pricing and occasional sub par results were annoying but I was willing to overlook it because one of the nail techs is very talented & seems genuinely nice. However, after my last experience I unfortunately will not be going back here. I went in for a gel manicure and it came out looking very messy and uneven. I asked them to take it off and to just do clear polish as I was on it a time crunch. They insisted they could fix it quickly. An hour later I was still there and it was even sloppier. I could tell my nail tech was angry as she started yelling at the other techs. I ended up leaving with my polish sloppily removed and still paid $18. Really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but problems started from when I walked in to when I got home. I called earlier in the day and made a 5:30 pm appointment - I walk in and everyone was busy and no one told me how long it was going to be until someone saw me. I waited 23 minutes just sitting there waiting for a tech to open up. The first tech started to prep my nails and then a second tech took over randomly. That switch seemed to really mess the girl up. She just moved soooo slowly. And then got mad at me that the gel was sliding on my nails but insisted on doing each full hand one by one rather than switching up the fingers, doing the thumbs last, etc. By the time I left it was 7:20pm.... almost TWO HOURS for a standard gel manicure!!!! And it was $40 which I thought was a little high. My nails looked good though so I was happy I waited and stuck it out by the time i left. Fast forward to 8:30 pm - I'm folding my laundry and then my right pinky nail polish completely popped off. My cuticle was bleeding during the prep portion and I don't think the tech prepped the nail properly for gel, which is what I'm attributing it to. I've never had this happen before. So upsetting to have paid close to $50 after tip and spend 2 hours of my life for a bad experience and messed up nails. read more

In an effort to combat my finger picking issues (which has been a 25 year long battle, mind you), I began using acrylics in mid October. Since then, they've been filled in 2-3 times. Today, my hope was to transition to my natural nail. Not only was I accommodated for on the on the spot appointment (social distancing factored in as well), the lady who helped me (giggly and friendly with bangs) took care of everything down to the smallest details: she soaked my nails and worked off my acrylics little by little (which I had been worried about as it was my first time having acrylics removed), she took care to shape my nails perfectly, and the entire time she was polite, friendly, and amiable! I had gone in wanting a no chip gel manicure, but she helped me by encouraging a dip manicure instead, after she heard about my picking habit and having the foreknowledge that it would be a better option for me. This is the most satisfied I have ever been with a nail service ever in my life. To top it off, she gave me a coupon for my next visit. I will definitely be returning and recommending this salon!
