Went in yesterday during the soft opening and needless to say I'm really excited about this new addition. The menu has soooo many tasty options. We started with the Mushi and it was different but incredible. I opted for the Mac Daddy burger, I could only eat half. It was so huge and crazy delicious. My first time at Top Golf and I have to say, I can't wait to go back! We got a bay on the second floor without waiting. Heaters were a perfect touch so you didn't have to golf with your coats on. We tried the steak nachos and they were amazing! Wait staff was attentive and quick. Seating felt really crowded- almost like you had to sit facing the green in order to get in and out of your chair comfortably without interrupting the party next to you. At the TCC after going to the begging of the line to spin a wheel the girl was so protective of the email addresses. So I stood in the line with my 5 month old and 6 yr old and mom...and then we give our email..hoping I could spin as well..the lady still wouldn't let me spin the wheel. She was so rude I couldn't spin the wheel for my daughter or son. I just felt so annoyed at how she treated us I gave her my email, paid money to come here and get treated like that. This was my first time visiting a top golf establishment. My step daughter selected it for her birthday dinner. I will admit I was hesitant when it came to the food as I am limited to the food I can consume. The environment there was very friendly and welcoming. We decided to have dinner on the second floor terrace where we were helped my Allison the bartender. She was very friendly. The food was amazing with lots of verity to choose from on the menu. Allison and Kimber helped make the evening for my step daughter very memorable. Even to the point Kimber stopped her duties and offered to take a family pic of us. I don't know if our server was having an off day, but this night was definitely off. I was with my fiancée and two of my friends that we were waiting for. Server comes and asks us if we need help logging in and i just said we were waiting for our friends and that I would like to order a cocktail while we waited for them and she goes "I can't ring anything in until you guys start playing" understood. We get to playing, and I ask for a cocktail, and she LOOKS UP AND DOWN at me and goes "can I see your ID ?" Which I do look like I'm 17 but I'm 22. She looks at my fiancée with a bright smile and goes "anything for you hun?" Like excuse meee?? Whatever, I leave it. He goes "I'm not drinking" and she proceeded to try and get him to drink, and fake laughed bc he wasn't drinking and goes "well okay, but you let me know when you need a drink".. at this point she's flirting 1000%. We order entrees, and the whole time she was not looking at me when I was talking to her. She goes "anything else?" while still looking at him. His water was empty & mine was about a quarter, and she just fills his' up but not mine. I ordered an extra ranch, didn't come out until 10 mins later. He ordered Mayo, came out in 30 seconds. She walked over to his side for payment and I was the one paying, and she goes "oh... Okay" like it's 2021, men don't always have to pay for everything, just like how women are not just meant to stay at home to cook and clean. I'm not insecure about my relationship at all, but even the friends we were with saw her behavior. Server didn't try to flirt at all with my friends man, just mine. It was a Saturday night and I understand it's always busy on weekends, but I saw her leaning on the wall 90% of the time,, while staring at my fiancée, and walked away when I caught her. Never asked me if I needed anything, but was so quick to ask my man if he needed anything + polish the bottom of his shoe (sarcasm). I'm a manager at a restaurant so I know the steps of service and core values and NONE was presented or taken into action. Sam helped us get set up and explained everything in a way that made sense to parents and kids while being so friendly and warm. Our server, Sam (#2) couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful. Checked on us often, made great recommendations, and was just a blast. Emily, the manager I believe, came over to say hi and check on us as well. A smart, nice, fun gal who had everything under control and clearly cared about her customers as well as staff. Our family couldn't have been more impressed, and that includes a teenage girl! I would have given 5 stars if we would have had a better experience checking in. We reserved a spot and nothing was ready when we got there waited a bit then they told us to go to 202 so we go to 202 to find out that they already booked that spot with another group so then we went back to the entrance awaited while they figured it out said we are 317 now so we get up there to find out they booked that bay with another group. Luckily the bay next to that bay opened so they moved the group to that bay. Seems like communication kinda lacks there. They offer drinks and food as well. This place is FUN! I have only hit a golf ball maybe two times ever before coming here and I still had a blast. It's a great set-up to enjoy during the pandemic, with lots of fresh air, room to move around and be comfortable within your bay, and solid protocols in place when you're in the common areas. We played several different games (I won several of said games, despite my other half being in a Top Golf league - beginner's luck, or raw talent? Time will tell...) and I was thrilled to enjoy several $4 Mimosas (juice "on the side" just like I like it, AKA mimosa hold most of the juice) and it felt so good to get out and do something active and fun/entertaining. We visited during a weekday so things were pretty low key - we even enjoyed a bit of lunch before we left and I was surprised at how tasty the food was. We both had a chicken sandwich with tots - which were some of the best I've had in recent memory. It isn't something I'd do super frequently, as it's tempting to spend here - but for the occasional date or something with a couple of friends, it's super enjoyable. The management and sever made our my first time golf experience very stressful. I have never been treated like I'm a criminal. We booked for a birthday celebration. It was totally enjoyable until we went into the almost empty restaurant. There were eight of us. The service was terrible, slow and the food didn't arrive together. My appetizer was delivered after the meal was delivered. The three fried chicken sandwich's meat was less than 1/4 inch thick, over cooked and very greasy. The wrap inside was tasty but the wrapper was dry and inedible.
