We were there on Friday, 2-20-26 at 1:30. First off, our service was terrible. Waited forever for someone, then waited for the food. She was not friendly or helpful & didn't show her face for 20 mins or more after we received our food to see if everything was ok or we needed anything else. I finally went up to the bar to ask about their beers. That woman was extremely nice, friendly & helpful. Gave me 2 tastes & said she'd send our server over to get our beer order. No server showed up until we done. Another man who walked by helped us too since we never saw our server & he was nice & helpful too. My husband is from Buffalo, NY. He has been to the original Anchor Bar & had LOTS of buffalo wings in Buffalo. He got the Beef on Weck, with fries & 5 wings with the Bourbon BBQ sauce for $19.99. His wings & fries were good but the Beef on Weck was a huge disappointment. Not much meet & the bun was not like the "Weck" he has had. I ordered 10 wings: 5 Bourbon BBQ & 5 mild Buffalo. The BBQ wings were excellent. Crispy on the outside, but moist, sauced, very good. The buffalo wings were horrible. They looked liked they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. They had zero sauce, were so dried out, tough & 2 were absolutely minuscule. I mean tiny. They were so bad. I had to wait forever & never saw our server so I finally just asked another server. I said it was our first time in that particular restaurant & asked if they were supposed to be this way. He said, he could bring me sauce which he did. When our server finally did show up, I showed her & told her that they had no sauce & were dried up. She said they did have sauce. I pointed to the sauced bbq & then to the Buffalo which absolutely did not have sauce because it was all dried up. They do have sauce. She was one of the worst servers we've ever had. The Blue Cheese was great but we each got one celery stick which seemed pretty stingy when my meal was "10 wings, celery & blue cheese". So yeah, it was a huge disappointment & overall extremely poor experience. read more

Where to start.... 1 - Arrived to bowling for our 12:00pm reservation and was told that we couldnt check in until 1200pm - kind of odd, but okay. 2 - After getting settled, I noticed that we hadnt had a server come over yet, usually they have been right on top of us as we are changing shoes (which is a good thing). I went over to the desk and asked if we could have a server as my son was hungry. They said sure....15 minutes later I had to go back and ask again. "Yeah, I will ring again". Mind you there are 3 people standing at the bowling check in desk - I realize that it might not be their department, but maybe some cross training to get patrons water or sodas? 3 - Finally I stopped a serve and asked if we could order and she said "I'm with this party and not supposed to help anyone else, just these people - check the desk they might help." WTAF?! 4 - We wrap up bowling 20 minutes early because, as I mentioned before, my 10 yr old son was hungry. We go over to the restaurant and get seated right away....but another 12 minutes went by without a server. I was done asking for someone to see us at this point - finally the bartender came over and said "I know Im not your server but can I take your order" - we ordered sodas and his chicken dippers. 25 minutes later then food came out luke warm at best. He didnt care because he had his food, but from a customer service standpoint - this was a freaking nightmare. My son enjoys the games...but we won't be coming back. This was the 3rd bad experience in 3 attempted visits. I say attempted because the last time I reserved bowling and they were closed for a private event!!! Plates were picked up before kids even ate. Asked for a manager and a supervisor came with an attitude because somehow they bad customer service was my fault...Worst 300 dollars spent for a so called 1 hour bday party!! Do not book. Located right off the interstate. Very convenient. Nice place to have a gathering whether it's for a birthday party a team meeting just to go out and have some fun bowling and drinking with friends and family. Although this location has had some unfavorable events occur, I would still bring my family here for a good time. I do prefer the location in Phoenix as it is more spacious and it has more games than this location would I return definitely would. read more

I had a lot of fun here! There's plenty of games to choose from, a restaurant, snack bar, bowling, and laser tag! The laser tag is one room though and the lights are kept on, which made it a bit elementary for me, however they have great props and decor in there to keep busy and enjoy the game. The restaurant had good options and even has a loaded Sunday meal that looks unique. I got wings and had no complaint. I went with friends on a Thursday evening in early January and it was happy there was not a huge crowd. They had a special going I think for $20 for so many credits for games. I don't remember how much it was but it was enough for us.. we were able to play for about 45min-1hr. I also thought it was cool you could purchase your credits, laser tag tickets, etc. on the machines in front. I would definitely go back. read more

Main Event Tucson was one of the most exciting places I have visited in a long time. I went there with someone and immediately noticed how many teenagers were enjoying the arcade games, bowling, and laser tag. The atmosphere felt bright and energetic with colorful lights, upbeat music, and the sound of laughter everywhere. Teenagers would love how immersive it feels because every part of the building invites them to play and have fun. The service was fast and helpful especially when switching between activities or ordering food. The value was great because there were deals that made it easy to try different activities without spending too much. The quality of the games and equipment was excellent and everything felt clean and well maintained. The selection of activities was huge which made it perfect for teenagers who like variety. I have only been there once before writing this review but it felt like a place I would want to return to. I just attended Main Event Tucson VIP Night!! So much fun. So many life size games, bowling, pool tables, Laser Tag and much more! Very interactive for the entire family! All the staff were very attentive and friendly. They were cheering for people as they walked passed them. Also seemed to enjoy themselves because they were dancing! One of the best place to host family gatherings and celebrations! They even talk about having a Quinceañera at their location. Speak to Marie and tell her I sent you! She's so fun to chat with :) We're hosting a FREE adult/parent workshop in collaboration with Main Event at their Location March first. All before they open to the public March 3rd They will also be hosting my orgs coalition night out in June! We can't wait Super amazing to see how , Main Event is ready to give to the Tucson Community! They had Aztec performances and Los Diablitos from Sunnyside High School. Back at it again with the killer reviews on yelps 1's & 2's So I had fun , I dont spend money on video games at PPP here in tucson any more cause of how pricey the games are and you kno the rest , But here i spent $70 and had fun and got my food for that price , which i think is amazing they do as a bundle . So i bought 1-$50 meal deal & 1-$20 meal deal so we had plenty of tokens . I would have gave five stars if the VR games worked only 1worked but it was a two player game with only one working lol all others were broken. (Community do better , take care of our stuff) Food was pretty good normal pricing which makes it much more enjoyable . Our bartender was cool and the dude helping him as well. It honestly tho i think smelled like new leather still haha my wife didnt care for that too much ... BOWLING LOOKED AWESOME ! This place was really nice we had 2 hours of bowling, pizza, wings, salads, drinks for my sons 12 bday party they were really kind all the staff really attentive I have nothing bad to say, the arcade was real fun playing games with my son he ended up getting a new basketball, plushies from Mario, some other candy and toys from all the tickets he won. We had a holiday work party here. Upon entering, you get sensory overload with the flashing lights and excessive noise from all the machines. We were served undercooked turkey, overcooked pork, salmon, and several sides in our buffet line. Several chafing pans were near empty with dozens of my coworkers still in line. They had to wait for the food to be replaced. Overall, a 3/10 for food. Our group was rushed out of the dining area to make room for another group. Very unprofessional of the employees to do this. The arcade area is well above noise thresholds for hearing damage. I really feel bad for the employees who have to endure this for their entire shift. The staff is not very friendly... and good luck trying to get someone in the kitchen/bar to acknowledge you lol; We booked a pool table on their kiosks up front and when we approached the bartender (bc there's no host to be found) about the balls she said all tables were full and didn't know why we were allowed to book ?? I took my teen son and his 2 friends to the Tucson, AZ location to celebrate his birthday. I purchased the package that included unlimited laser tag, pool, and shuffleboard. I also purchased some arcade points. The laser tag was fun. They also played pool and shuffleboard. The problem was that the lady at the bar was in charge of handing out the pool balls and the shuffleboard pucks. She did this a few times, but the last time we were waiting on her, she completely ignored us. It was horrible and rude. She didn't even say that she would be with us in a moment. I was thoroughly disappointed. They need to come up with a better system if they're going to try to make it sound like the passes include unlimited activities. We paid about $200 for bowling lanes that kept glitching and not-responding, laser tag where you did more waiting in line for an employee to show up than playing, and the prize counter locked up with no employee available. Mehhh is the overall feeling from the family on this place. We were expecting the place to be expensive just because of what it offers. And it def met that expectation. Food was awful and service was the same. Again we didn't have high expectations but when we have to ask for plates twice after our food was dropped off, that's kind of odd. Just opened up here so we paid them a visit! I have to say the food is beyond expectation for an arcade place! If you've been to Round 1 you just know not to waste your money on food there. Dave & Buster's food is pretty good but pricey. You try it here and you get delicious food with great choices and way better desserts! It says its a family ran restaurant and it really feels like it! I hope they thrive because the wait staff was amazing! We had Mary and she was so sweet and attentive to us and our kids. I tried the PB&J burger and surprisingly it wasn't super crazy. You really have to take your time chewing to notice the peanut butter but that blueberry jam was delicious. hubby ordered the trippe burger and it was greasy so I liked my burger better. Was a little disappointed by the nachos. You can choose chicken or beef and I did the beef cause ai thought it was going to be shredded. By our picture you can see by my picture that they were a bit stingy with the meat We also got the Sundae and ooh my gosh it is huge! Definitely able to feed like 6 people with it so amazing to share! But if you can't finish it, you can get a togo cup for it. I tried the Blue Hawaiian Margarita and it was good! More on the strong side than sweet which isn't bad for people who like to drink but I haven't drank in 10 months so it was a little too much for me. they also had a seperate part that sells like pizza and ice cream for people that don't want to wait for food which is such a fun option! We didn't have to wait long at all and everything was well paced and not rushed which means no burned food and it was awesome! Especially for it to be the opening weekend! HUGE kudos to the staff because without them this place would not be able to run. The games are great! They have laser tag too! I love the variety but there just isn't as much ad you'd expect since the restaurant and bowling takes up a big chunk of space. I really think if they added a second story or even like an obstacle course on top where people can look up and see people suspended from the ceiling by harnesses trying to conquer it that it would be entertaining. They do have an area for parties which is great for bdays of course. All the staff we encountered were all so sweet and helpful. Great big parking area as well! Main Event is a cool place! It was in pristine condition being brand new. I went with a friend one day when we couldn't quite figure out what to do. It's along the lines of a Dave and Busters. The games were pretty engaging and I thought the prices to play them were fairly reasonable. The food experience was a mixed bag. For starters, the place is horrendously under-staffed. There's a faster-serve-style pizza place in one side, and a more traditional, restaurant-style on the other. We did not get checked-on often, and drinks would often go dry.
