For the price of four people with a couple drinks and 90 minutes of golf was quite a bit expensive. However for special occasions I'm willing to spend a pretty penny, but only then. It was a little confusing figuring out where we were and the front desk seemed distracted but once we found our bay we had 2 girls stop by and help us out at different times with the screen set up which was nice. More like 4.5 stars. OMG, we had so damn much fun! Was our first visit & went on a Sunday, so 1/2 price($30/hour). Did have to pay $6 each as we were all new players. They had plenty of fans & misters to keep the temp down. Instructions are simple & everyone caught on quickly. Waitstaff was super slow for drink refills ... I actually personally took water glasses in 3x to get refills. Wish they just had a do-it-yourself ice & water station near the bays. I do not recommend coming here in there summer now. When we arrived, the fan and misters were on. Shortly after, the misters turned off and it was crazy hot after this. We asked them to turn them back on but they never did. We tried alot of cocktails and unfortunately they were all way too sweet except the regular margarita with the upgraded reposado. The old fashioned with bourbon was fine. I did not like the taste of the champagne by the glass. The skinny margarita was both way too salty and way too sweet. Lavender 75 w/ Hendricks instead of Empress was too sweet. Blackberry smash with Hendricks to replace other alcohol is too sweet. Next I got the regular blackberry smash (no alcohol substitutions) but asked for it less sweet and it was better. The Strawberry mule with Hendricks was too sweet. The nachos with chicken were good. The ceasar salad was drenched in horrible dressing that just tasted like mayonnaise. The shrimp on the cobb salad tasted like it was made with a whole bottle of salt. Not edible. read more

I really like the food at Topgolf (especially their mac and cheese bites), but at every location I've been to, their cocktails are way too alcoholic-tasting for me. We had Brigette as our server and she was very sweet and checked on us enough without being too much! The views of the Catalina's are amazing. Do not fall for their $179 "Summer Pass". It has very restrictive blackout days/times. I would only recommend the pass if you upgrade it only so you can make reservations. That's an additional $20! Otherwise, you will not be able to use it by walk-in. Then they try and up-sale you the next tier. Expect the canned answer "your wait will be 1.5 - 2hrs". I have been given the shaft 2 weeks in a row and the expectation is that it's not going to be any better all season. The pass is a ripoff especially if you work during the week and can only play during the 3hr window on Saturdays. Expect the wait if you go during those times, and then "maybe" you will get 30-minutes of play before the blackout times begin and you have to pay MORE (regular price) for any time beyond the blackout periods. Unapologetically stupid restrictions and just a marketing grab for your money and won't be able to redeem what you bought. Don't fall for it! read more

TopGolf is always a fun time. I downloaded their app to get on the waitlist for an earlier arrival time. It was super easy and we got a bay pretty quickly. Communicating through the app was so seamless that we didn't even have to check in at the front desk. We just went straight to the bay they assigned to us. Anna, our waitress, was cheerful , friendly and helpful. It was busy, so she warned us food was taking a little longer to come out, but got our drinks right away. We had a couple teens in our group and I have to say the "new to us" Angry Birds version made the game SO much fun. We really enjoyed taking the piggies down with our golf balls. Highly recommend this game, especially if you have kids in your group. It was nice temperature when we arrived, but eventually cooled down and the ceiling heaters above the bay came in very handy! Adults partaking in alcohol drinks should grab their wristbands at the counter in the lobby. Food and drink menu is broad. We tried the boneless bbq wings, burgers, chips/salsa and pretzel bites. Reserved online. Walked in as a single parent with my three kids. There were about four mistakenly entitled young girls at the desk who were immediately unwelcoming. I was promptly told "they may not have junior clubs" despite the fact the place was practically empty for a Saturday. I asked "what clubs is my 6yo daughter supposed to use since you say you don't have Jr clubs? One girl gave a head nod to the worker who told me they may not have Junior clubs and sure enough she magically found the clubs. Management: Teach your staff proper service and respect and maybe your establishment won't go out of business like half of Tucson. It's that simple. Terrible service from fake entitled children workers is a turn off. Hiding clubs based on who is asking is discrimination. That's how lawsuits happen. read more

We spent the 4th of July at Topgolf in Tucson and had an amazing time! From start to finish, everything was on point. Our host was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. We ordered a frozen margarita, two of their signature Topgolf drinks in the fun golf bag cups, and two Coronas--all of which were delicious and perfectly mixed. Five of us golfed for two hours, had a great time, and with all the drinks included, the total came to just $150. That's an incredible value for the amount of fun (and alcohol) we had! Went here Tuesday night with a group for their half off Tuesdays. We had to wait an hour and a half before we were seated, which is also what we were quoted. It wasn't so bad since they have a lounge area downstairs with foosball, a couple of pool tables, and a good amount of seating. In addition to that there's a restaurant on the main floor that you could eat at as well. This helped the time go by and the associate that I spoke to at the front was very helpful and kind. Once we got to our bay, there were so many different golf games to choose from. I liked that they had a monitor facing the person who was actually golfing, as well as another monitor for those who were seated at the table waiting. It allowed you to see where the ball went and scoring for the game. In addition to this, the food was pretty yummy. I got the Asian wings, which I did not love And the mac & cheese bites, which were pretty good. I really loved the new strawberry drink that had the coconut flavor in it as well..that was delicious! It was far too loud, and every single song was a club-style remix, which gave both my girlfriend and me terrible anxiety. The donut holes are one and done for me, I don't enjoy the fillings but it's either a hit or miss, I do hear good things about them. Love going at night for the lights that come on around the holes, they also have the options to change the color of the holes around holidays. Service depends on how busy, if you have a platinum member ship they are supposed to be checking on you by a red shirt and receive excellent service, sometimes that does not always happen. The fees aren't as high as you'd think and they have tons of specials so there's no excuse to NOT smack some balls at the golf ball retriever. I mean during the many games they offer. If I could give zero starts I would. Top golf has become a joke. It was 113 today and very slow due to the heat. We get put in bay 224 the last bay so of course forgot about the entire time we were there. When I did order a drink it took over 20 min to get one. The waitress was non attentive and the manager less helpful. To go out in the heat there pay the prices they want and be completely ignored and forgotten is disappointing! After 90 min I saw her twice once after I went looking for her at the bar where she was chatting it up! We tried Top Golf this weekend and had a great time! There were several games to choose from, making it interesting after the first regular game for even beginners like me. The food was reasonable given it's a captive audience and there were lots of delicious (& innovative!) shareables and drink options! Our server was on top of it and attentive. Something to note - there's an additional fee if you've never been before, which I thought was a little over the top seeing as you pay to give them your personal info. The price of golfing isn't cheap, and you'll add $5/person on top of that for first timers, so just factor that in when considering this as an outing. I went to Top Golf tonight with my husband and almost 1 year old for a happy hour with my husband's work. It was chilly outside but they had heaters on that kept us warm and cozy. We had a variety of appetizers that were so yummy! My favorite is when places use fresh jalapeños because they're more tasty and spicy. The fried macaroni bites and the nachos were so good! The best part of Top Golf tonight was when I went to the restroom and saw a sign that there was a room for nursing mothers. I asked if I could go to the room and a worker took me to another floor. The room was completely decked out for a nursing mother and baby! It was quiet with dimmable lights, books, a nice comfy chair with a pillow and throw blanket, a changing table, access to outlets, and lastly, the best part, which was a mini fridge for pumped milk. I didn't utilize the mini fridge aspect of it but I really appreciated it. It's big things like this where businesses win me over. read more

Whenever you bring up any issue, he's not helpful at all and somehow makes it seem like it's your fault. I actually left pretty upset and thought maybe it was just me, but after talking with a few coworkers, I found out they've had the same experience. The manager was rude to them too. FUN TIME! I had a really fun time here! My Blackberry Smash drink which was recommended to me my our waitress, Peaches, was great! Not too sweet. Service was great, we were asked if we need anything else multiple times during our 2 hour game. If you want to hang out and have some drinks, go to a bar it is considerably cheaper, hungry, go to a restaurant it will be considerably cheaper. My family and I love topgolf, it's beginner friendly and a good place to get both food and a workout in. We ordered the broccoli crust flatbread, it was honestly very delicious, tasted nothing like broccoli, haha. The nachos were also so crispy and flavorful. I only gave 4 stars because our waitress kept coming back and rushing us to finish our food... even though we had 10mins left on the clock... otherwise, the other waitress and waiters that we've encountered were all super nice. Our server Anna was far too aggressive about taking our complete order than allowing us to have an enjoyable time. When we did order our nachos appetizer, she never bothered to come by and ask us how they were. And she never bothered to refill our drinks either. When we ordered our main dish she never once came and asked us how they were. We had asked her twice to come by and refill our drinks. air-conditioning was super cold in the ass to ask manager to turn it down and she never did. So ultimately we had to go out and ask Management to turn the air conditioner down because it's too cold. I would go again for sure because of the food but I wouldn't tolerate terrible service like that again read more
