The baby spinach salad--spinach, pecans, bacon, strawberries and queso fresco; this salad was amazing, as was the price!

I dined at Legends two nights in a row during my five night stay at the resort. What this restaurant seems to be when looking at the menu and pictures is exactly what it is in person, hold some unfortunate oddities. I really enjoyed the food, and the place, though there are some things that are frustrating, and what is ultimately keeping this review from being a 5-star. To start, the dining area is very attractive--it's what you would expect of a more casual eating establishment at a higher-end golf resort; it has a warmer, classy feel, with a slight hometown pub feel, but it's still very casual. It is on the smaller side, so keep that in mind. In addition, there is a nice billiards section. Also, the girls that serve the tables are fantastic and deserving of the tips that they received. The food, while reasonably priced, was phenomenal and seemed very creative. Both the baby spinach salad and shrimp fresco that I had were very tasty, and were just the right amount of food. I tend to be more on the particular size about portions, and they hit the nail on the head. I was not only able to finish the dishes, but I was also filled up. As for the frustrating things, there are a few. The restaurant itself is long and narrow with only one row of very large tables in front of the bar, and a medium-sized billiards area. With a maximum capacity of 75, it can get quite noisy when on the fuller side. When you see the resort and guard-gated neighborhood in which this pub resides, you get an image in your head of the type of clientele this restaurant might attract. Unfortunately, the behavior that I saw from some patrons came off as unruly, and not at all what I was expecting. Remember when you were 12, and it gave you great pleasure and pride to be as loudly crude as possible in civilized places? Yeah, that's how I saw 35+ year old men behaving. Now, I'm no prude, and I cuss and discuss controversial subjects probably more than your average person; however, I cannot imagine discussing some of the things I heard being shouted in a place like this, even when buzzed, and I'm only 24. I don't like to rain on the parades of others, so I didn't complain, but I found their behavior extremely tacky in a place that is not a Famous Sam's. Staff did not seem fazed, so maybe that's the norm? I do recommend Legends as a solid, nicer joint to get a reasonably-priced, good bite to eat, and I definitely would return. Just keep in mind that the place can get loud, crowded, and have a small amount of loutish individuals that could have the potential to overpower an otherwise pleasant environment.

    Titos vodka martini very good

This place never disappoints, everything we had here is great and it doesn't taste like bar food. I tried the steak salad and it was delicious. Great view of the golf course, the staff is friendly and even asked me if I put the picture of the grilled cheese sandwich. The answer was yes, if you try this sandwich have it over there don't take it to go, it will not taste the same.

Easy stop in if you are staying at Omni. Traditional bar with bar food. Tacos, burgers and salads. Several TVs for patrons watching sports. Seems to be the go to after golfing.

Very Friendly Staff! I have stayed at Tucson National before & been to Bob's but I have never been here to Legends. We are coming back to golf soon!

Drink very good taste through my nose. All food smells good to my mouth. Please satisfy your intense hunger here.

A soft calamari with jalapeños for a kick.

There really not too much to ask for here. There's a nice view of the golf course, a nice and quiet resort and to top it off some pretty good food. I came here for a company meeting and for lunch we were treated this restaurant. It was pretty relaxing, with an outdoor seating and enjoying the golfers go at it on a nice sunny day. I started off with an rock shrimp and calamari for an appetizer, legendary burger for main entree and a Vesper martini to drink and enjoy. The rock shrimp and calamari was delicious. The pieces were big and you can tell they picked out the good parts of the calamari, not just adding bits and crumbs. Definite recommend! The burger was cooked to my desired request (rare) and they made it just as rare without going over to the medium-rare or medium side. The egg definitely gave the burger the cherry on top! The bacon was nicely cut and the tomatillo sauce was rich and tasty. Overall a very good burger enjoyed with pub fries which couldn't have gone wrong. The drink was made without questioned. They made it just right, shaken not stirred so I could last the final party of my meeting and the lemon twist was beautiful twisted! Overall I enjoyed eating here. Definitely a place to put on my list of delicious resort dining.

This gave me the chance to try their sauce and meatballs, but already knew I'd get my "go to" ... Pizza the sauce and meatballs were amazing! I changed my mind and got spaghetti and meatballs for my order! I ordered a half, because now I was full from eating so much of there appetizers! Good thing, cause even the half wads a big serving. They said 50 minutes, and added us to the waitlist, this was at 5:40. We got seated a little after seven (almost 1.5 wait). Then we got seated. The garlic knots were brought out and tasted pretty doughy but good. They kinda remind me of the garlic knots you can get out of the freezer section at your local walmart. No bad things to say about the bruschetta. Two of my friends got the Caesar salad, which they enjoyed. My other friend and I got the garden salad, which was fine. My last friend got the minestrone and it was adequate. Then the most unfortunate part of the night was our entrees. Two of my friends got the penne vodka, it had no taste and reminded me of cardboard when I tried it. They both rated it a generous 4/10. To pay almost $30 for that meal was diabolical. My other two friends got the lasagna and to put it nicely, they think the Stouffer's frozen lasagna could beat it out. They also rated it a very kind and delicate 4/10. Lastly, I got the chicken saltimboca. It tasted like boiled salty chicken with canned minced garlic you'd keep in your fridge piled on top. Not sure my breath will ever smell good again. Instead of Marinara sauce I got vodka sauce on my pasta and I guess you could say no taste is better than a bad one? Disappointed in my meal to say the least. Very overpriced Italian food that I could make at home for a fraction of the price. Would not recommend.

My wife got the Texas fries, which is basically homemade from the real potato and I got the crinkle cut fries. The food itself is very good. My fries weren't exactly piping hot but hard enough to eat. Our waitress was very nice and on top of things. We found out that this place has music, trivia, and music bingo. We waited a few minutes before someone came over to greet us. It was an older, blonde female. She never told us her name but she had asked us if we wanted something to drink. I inquired about seltzers & they only had High noon Watermelon & White claw Mango. I was disappointed in their slim options so I asked for a Tito's soda with lemon. She brought our drinks over right away & of course there was a lime in my drink & she apologized & said it was her fault and quickly came back with lemons. I order the fried mushroom & fried zucchini appetizer and it came out prior to my meal. I actually perfer zucchini spears, they serve slices. These veggies were OK. They came with a side of ranch. The portion wasn't worth the cost of them. Another waitress, Kelsey (I asked her her name as she was so friendly/nice) was running around who brought out our appetizer but I had to ask for another silverware setting as there was only 2 on the table to begin with & there were 3 of us. I also had to ask for plates so I could share with my friends. I decided to go with the brisket with cheese sandwich & substituted my fries for onion rings. I had asked our waitress if the onion rings were homemade & she said "no, but they're really good." I also added a side of Western beans. The brisket was dry but it came with a side of yummy, sweet BBQ sauce....thank God! I didn't want the bun & just ate the brisket. The onion rings were OK & I didn't like the beans. They weren't sweet @ all & had a spicy kick to them. She was nice & took them off my bill when I told her I didn't like them. Our waitress did come back shortly after we dug into our food to ask us how things were & if we needed anything. She was a good waitress but man she seemed so miserable. She wasn't happy or chipper and it seemed like she didn't want to be there by her demeanor. There were games on the big screen TV's near by. This seems to be a "sports bar." AZ was playing. I did find that it was hard to hear my friend's while trying to converse with them. We asked for our check & she asked if we wanted any to-go containers which my friend's did as they had left overs. Things were brought over shortly but once she dropped the check off she took off, my friend even had her CC out & ready to cash out. I'm giving 3 stars due to the food & the prices of the food. It's definitely frozen bar food & it wasn't that great. Over priced IMO. 4 stars for our waitress & Kelsey. Just wished our waitress was happier & friendlier.
