I would like to give a HUGE shout out to DEBBIE in the SNACK BAR ! Our family of 6 went there on a Saturday and Debbie was absolutely amazing from taking our order from start to finish ! She is the absolute best, service with a smile and food was absolutely PERFECT ! We have eaten there several times because of her and we also came on a Tuesday without the family and had the exact same excellent service at the BAR as well. We've found our new FAVORITE PLACE ! I love this place for it's more vintage-style bowling and the fact that it is less crowded than other alleys in town. I am a huge fan of the less-fancy computers and the focus on just bowling and having a good time. The pizza here is pretty tasty, and it's always nice to have an ice cold cheap beer and a good time with some friends. This is my favorite place to bowl in Tucson! read more

This place is terrible! They have a sign that says $5.65 or 5.35 a game and their website also says it, and then there is this $26 for a lane, one game up to 6 players plus show rental which is $3 and some change, yet the man there on Saturday night saw we only had 3 bowlers and charged us the $26 rate which ended up making our total $40 and some change. I didn't realize that until we left. When we walked in my husband walked in with a water bottle and he said we couldn't bring that in since no outside food and drink, as if we packed a whole meal and drinks to save money. His response when we said not even our water was "out conversations can help you with anything". When we added our names into the machine it gives us option to put what type of bowler it is and for our 8 year old we put bumpers yet it wouldn't work. When I ask the man about bumpers he says he has to pull them up and it has to stay up for all bowlers. Overpriced, and equipment that is outdated. Just didn't enjoy our time there. Won't be going back. If I could give it no stars which I wish was an option I would. read more

My family and I went on Sunday and had an amazing time. Since they had a great promotion going on, the employees were slammed with work, but continued to show exceptional service. Spent Wednesday evening with family (adults and young children). Great to see this bowling alley still in business, lots of family memories here. Perfect day to evening bowl not too many people, $1 shoes, $1 game, $1 pizza slices, $1 Coors Lite (although small plastic cup of draft). It's was a fun time. Good front counter help and customer service. Now for what needs to improve! Young man at snack bar must've had a bad day or didn't like the fact that it got busy for him. I'm not a bowler, so I don't go to bowling alleys often. I brought my daughter here for a bday party. She had fun. The atmosphere seems like a typical bowling ally atmosphere. The women's bathroom was not stocked with tp and had a bad smell. There were lots of lanes and a little arcade area with some games where you can get tickets for prizes. Since I'm not a bowler and this location if far from home, I would not come back. read more

We came last night with a group of friends and had a great time Cosmic bowling. We had been here once before with no issues. We ended up bowling 4 games until they closed at 1230am. The shoes were included with the Cosmic bowling price and was $10 per person. Our table and bowling area was clean. The lanes were perfectly oiled. There were also a lot of sizes to choose from for bowling balls. The place has a decent sized game room similar to Chunky Cheese or Peter Piper Pizza that gives out tickets for collecting prizes later. While that is cool, I found it annoying because by kids couldn't focus on why we were there. Every time their frame was up they would ask for money. We made them wait until after they bowled and only gave them a few dollars. They do have a kitchen that makes good food. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with bacon and a pitcher of Pepsi for $20. They have a decent selection of other food/drink items. They do sell beer and liquor. The only thing they don't sell is Corona or Dos Equixx. They mainly sell domestic beer. All in all this is a great place to take the family. We all had a blast. read more

We have been going here about once a month with a group of people from work. The bowling alley is nice with lots of lanes and balls to chose from. The scoring system is easy to use. All the lanes allow you to use bumper bowling. There is a snack bar (over priced) but that is the only option for food and drink. read more

I came here with a group of friends for cosmic bowling. We rented out two lanes, one for adults and kids. we got our shoes and lanes promptly and the staff was always pleasant whenever one of the kids kept getting their ball stuck in the lane. The bowling alley is clean and for it being an older bowling center it has held up to the time. Overall , we enjoyed our visit and plan to come back again. read more

The employees here are questionable. they don't care about customer service. She over charged our card and didn't say anything until i asked. She said " i was working on what i owed you." Yet again never mentioned it till we mentioned it. I bought two sodas and they were both gross, just carbonated. When i told her the second time she said" well the employees and other customers haven't complained. " i left the soda at the bar and Continued on with the bowling. I fed my kids rotten pizza today... I brought my daughter to cactus bowl for her 4th birthday as a quick impromptu thing. I ordered a few pizzas and some drinks went about my night like normal. The first two pizza's went in a flash. As I ordered 3 more my gf and sister run up to me yelling that the pineapple was rotten and to not order another pineapple. I taste it, immediately noticing how disgusting it is. I tell the cook about it and his response is "well I can give you this one" pointing to the pizza they keep for sale by the slice already missing a quarter of it "but that's all I can do" I'm annoyed. HOW TF ARE YOU NOT JUST GONNA REMAKE THE PIZZA WITH FRESH PINEAPPLE!!! but it gets worse. I take the pizza change my order and try to not to get too pissed and ruin my daughters birthday. I need another beer so I head up and get another beer. I talk to the cook and ask if the manager knew about the rotten pizza, he replies yes. I say "the very least she could have done is apologized" that honestly would have been a big step in the right direction. Then the manager walks up I immediately ask if she knew about the rotten pineapple and she replies no, not knowing I had just asked the cook. I ask the cook if he had thrown the pineapple away to which he says no. Side note: IF YOU KNOW THE PINEAPPLE IS ROTTEN WHY WOULDNT YOU THROW IT IMMEDIATELY!!!! Well at this point I said let her taste it. The cook pulls out the pineapple and says "oh wait I see it yeah it's rotten" idk what he saw but I'm assuming it's gotta be green mold in there. She looks at me and says what would you like me to do? I won't bore you with more details but in the end I got my money for the pizza back and that definitely makes up for the kids eating some rotten ass pineapples (that's sarcasm) but I swear I will never ever be back here again!!!! Me and three others went to cactus bowl where the price was satisfying ($10 per person unlimited bowling). Once the lights were out and neon lasers came on we were excited to hear fun, upbeat music. Instead all they had was gangster rap with no rhythm to it. I went up to the cashier, who had two huge hickies on each side of his neck, and asked if they could please play something more upbeat. He sad that was the ONLY station they had and that only the manager had access to it. Go here if you like gangster rap. read more

We took our kids here to celebrate a birthday. It WOULD HAVE been a great time. The lanes are clean and taken care of. The food is alright, over priced, but that is the same anywhere you go. The staff are pretty helpful for the most part. But they don't do enough to ensure that EVERYONE has a good time. There were a group a unruly children that no one was taking care of. Their mother was sitting at the bar the entire time drinking while her kids were fighting(literally punching and screaming) very young children running in and out, around the parking lot alone and throwing rocks. There were boys old enough to know better running in and out of the woman's bathroom and one girl that kept running into the men's bathroom. They were fighting over the doors trying to break them. They almost knocked over a mother that was holding a small baby and they stole tickets that my children had won with their own money. The staff were told and only one gentleman (even more frustrated than we were) that worked there tried to make them stop and calm down to no avail. Their mother was told but she didn't do anything. No one else that worked there tried to help in anyway. Many families there agreed that this particular family should have been asked to leave but they were more concerned about how much tips they were getting at the bar. We ended up leaving early and decided to not go back until they can make it a fun place for everyone. read more
