Night Strike is offered on Wednesdays starting at 7PM until close and Sundays starting at 6PM until close. However, this offer is based on lane availability. Luckily, even though my arrival was 7PM I was still able to quickly get a lane and shoes. The cashier was friendly and advocated for the many specials currently going on at Bowlero. I enjoyed my experience bowling because there were many balls to choose from, good amount of personal space for my group, food and drinks available for purchase, music, and a clean environment. Clean modern facility with an excellent attentive staff. Bowling shoes & balls are in good condition as well as the lanes. There is a small pro shop, a grill & bar with limited food options, but they do make a decent pizza. Restrooms are clean & it can be busy on weekends so it's best to get there early. Ample parking in a relatively secure lot out front. Smoking is allowed just outside the front door, but there is no place to sit out front. I give it 4 stars only because of the slightly limited food & beer options, but others it's a great place for bowling & family fun. read more

Bought a Groupon for me and my boyfriend to bowl and we came in at the times that were "available" and were kicked out because of a league game which it said nothing on the website or any sort of signage about it (don't know why they would even accept Groupons if there's league games at the same time we reserved it) then we went again a couple days later since the front desk told us there was no league games on the day we came in then ofc the lanes were filled with people but there wasn't any league or any events happening and they still refused to let us play ridiculous!! Why sell Groupons to people if you don't even let people play at the times they reserved I've been here before and have never had good experiences drinks are overpriced and the food isn't that good for how much u are paying I do not recommend you go here to bowl if u aren't a league member these people only care about them and not their normal customers I've seen other horrible reviews on this place and it's all very true place is old it stinks inside lanes are so close together and it's always dirty shoes are worn out and customer service just seems like they don't give a crap definitely won't be coming here again or ever and I definitely recommend everyone not to waste their money at this place read more

Very sub par bowling establishment. We use to bowl here for league and it was always clean, full, and a good time. We went out for a night of bowling this weekend and thought to come here. Was shocked it wasn't Camino Seco Bowl anymore. Gave it a shot anyways. 4 bowlers with shoes cost $49....Ouch!!! Got to our lane and the tables on the floor had food and stickiness all over them. I looked up and down the floor and noticed everyone was eating and drinking down on the bowling floor area. There were signs everywhere saying "watch out, slippery shoes cause injuries" My first thought was, yeah that's why regular bowling allies make the customers keep the food and drinks up top. Bathrooms were gross. Got thirsty, ordered one 20 oz domestic draft of beer.....$5.61 Balls and shoes are old, warn out, and severely used. Only gave it a second star because they had decent black light and galaxy bowl effects. I just had bowling tournament and a mixer afterwards at Bowlero, and had approximately 150 in attendance. The staff was great to work with and had everything ready for us. They met every request that we had without hesitation. Our group had a great time and I think this was our most fun event we've had. We will be booking our next event for next year! I wish I could leave less than 1 star!! If you know full well and good that leagues will be starting up soon, DO NOT take any guests who are not league affiliated. We did not get all the games we had paid for, the screen went blank and zeroed out our game. I asked the guy for a refund for 3 guests for the final game, and he said he could not do that. Okay, well, I can certainly write a scathing review on how we were ripped off and there was ZERO consideration for our losing out on our final game: The funny thing was, there were NO league players there ready to play. If your facility is geared only for league play, don't allow non- league guests to play at your facility. We will NOT be returning, and of course we will be sharing our less than stellar experience with all our friends, family, co-workers, and anyone else who may be ripped off by Bowlero's crappy policy. We went bowling a few days before Christmas with all of the family we had in town. We got reservations ahead of time and were treated like VIPs, when we arrived (a special little sign with our name in it, and the land ready with bumpers, as we had asked). Our group had lots of kids and non-bowlers, and the friendliest, most accommodating, helpful staff made it a really fun experience. even though this isn't the newest bowling alley, everything was in good condition, and very clean. The lady behind the desk also helped us find small and lighter balls for the kids (After we traded shoe size is a million times). One of the best parts of our experience, was the french fries... The bowling alley itself is pretty decent but the prices are fairly high. I did see that they have specials on certain days but almost 5 a game and 5 for shoe rental makes it hard for a family to go. it was pretty clean though and the staff was friendly. They have a little snack shop but we did not eat there and had a small arcade as well. We may go again but would definitely have to be on a day that has specials. read more

We had a Groupon for the arcade. Many of the games didn't work but didn't have signs and were still plugged in. They did have a decent variety of games. The machine that gives you prizes for your earned tickets was difficult to get to read your card. Once it read your card it was easy to pick your prizes. The bartender was amazing!! However the front desk guy WAS NOT. Got completely singled out and kicked out. The rules are simple- masks are mandatory unless you're eating drinking or bowling. We were doing all 3 and he shut our lane down anyway. People on either side of us weren't wearing masks either but we were the ones kicked out. As we're leaving we noticed all other lanes doing the same. Not fair to be completely singled out like that. Won't be coming here again. read more

We brought a group of 11 people this evening. We arrived around 1030. Signage and online says they are open till 1 am and we chose the unlimited bowling per person. It appeared there were plenty of people bowling and spending money to stay open till their standard time of 1 AM. They decided to close at 12am anyway. We had a mixed group of minors and "of age" patrons. 11:08- One person from our party went to get a drink, was served, and literally right behind him was another person from our party who was denied. Around 11:10-11:15 a person from our party went to get a sprite and was told she couldn't be served one because they quit serving. At this time an of age patron went to get a pitcher of beer not knowing that they had quit serving 50 minutes before they closed. He was denied and told that they announced last call just before he arrived to order. None of the people in our group heard this announcement, had we, I guess we should've rushed to the counter (that's definitely something we'd hear) Most restaurants and bars do a last call around 15 minutes before close, being in the industry I know that is a standard amount of time. Jacob (the one making these decisions) was less than interested in serving the guests and more interested in clocking out at 12:01. 11:30-The girl vacuuming vacuumed in between 2 people from our party. Rude. I'm frustrated that we brought a decent sized group of people to this bowling alley, ready to spend money and have some fun. Instead we felt unwelcome, rushed out, in the way and not valued. It was so hot inside. If it's going to be super busy turn the air down. The food is not great. This place is way too expensive. The lanes are really squished together with tables. They charge over 4 dollars for a soda with free refills yet the line was never less then 10 minutes to get a refill. At least turn the soda machine around so people can get their own. This bowling place was VERY good! The food was very good and tasteful, the interior was very nice and clean, the bowling balls were clean and ready to use (not to mention easily accessible), and the employee's were very hard working. We went here October 8, 2020 during the Senior Bowling League and there were only TWO employee's working. The ONE man at the front desk got us situated, our shoes, our food (and sodas), fixed our bowling problems, pulled up our bumpers WHILE helping everyone else. The service was very good. If there was one thing I wish they would be more strict on was mask wearing. The other people there were not wearing masks and not social distancing. Center is filthy. Operating on 50 plus year old equipment. Customer service is poor. The center is liable for ball damage caused by their machines. I had a ball damaged on 2/28/22, the employees all but said fuck you while actually saying "it elsewhere". When their machine damaged my ball i immediately brought it to their attention and I asked them to do a fix that costs $5 or less. Their pro shop operator Cory Knop lied about the reasoning for their refusal to do the fix claiming manufacturer error. He didn't even inspect the damage! The manufacturer got back to me and said it was not manufacturer error and the damage could indeed have easily been done by the machines at Bowlero. I was a league bowler that did 3 plus leagues here per week, but after the treatment this week I'll be going to the excellent customer service driven Vantage centers for my leagues. I'm having to now pursue this matter with a certified letter from my lawyer and I'll be going further with a suit in small claims. Shows how much this place cares about their once loyal customers. They'd rather say fuck off then pay $5 for a simple cheap and and fast repair. read more

Not worth the money. 21 dollars per person to bowl is absolutely outrageous. The music is barely loud enough to hear and there's dirty tables everywhere. Three of us came to bowl today, all three of us Veterans. When we asked the young girl at the counter if Military Veterans received a discount, a gentleman wearing a polo shirt with a short hair cut told us only if we have a "blue card". This is for retired Veterans, some of which may have served 20 years and never been deployed. No disrespect to those Veterans at all, but I guess my 8 years and Combat Tour in Iraq is insufficient to qualify me because I didn't serve 20 years, which injuries prevented me from doing. Considering how Veteran Friendly the majority of businesses are in and around Tucson, it will not be difficult at all to find an alternate location to bowl moving forward. The gentleman did not even acknowledge our "inadequate" service with a "I'm sorry, we can't do that - but thank you for your service". Customer Service training may be in order at this location.
