Very clean and large space. Easy access off of a busy street. It was recently remodeled inside. Separate bathrooms for men and women. Lots of good lighting. The acoustics are excellent. Looks like a good space to rent there are plenty of plastic chairs for your group or open the space for a dance.

You can totally adapt venue with any theme you have in mind. Nice open space. The only thing I noticed was one restroom which can be a problem. I didn't really do a total walk through to check out space in back. So all I can hope is there is another one. Definitely look into this space, start looking at food vendors, go talk with Barrio brewery about craft beers, and go throw yourself a great get-together!

There isn't a detail that gets missed. And most importantly, working with Erin (Marketing/Events Manager) is a true joy! She treats your event just as her own. She's incredibly knowledgeable, organized, enthusiastic and one thousand percent committed to making your event perfect! If you're searching for a venue for anything from a wedding reception to corporate event, workshop, etc. Railyard fits the bill! I worked with Erin on a special event and the entire process was fun and stress free. In addition to be a venue, Rail Yard also offers smaller meeting spaces that fit individual needs to small groups. You can rent for the day or lease a workspace from them. Everything is top quality and really beautiful. They also a have a kitchen with coffee and snacks! If I was going to rent an office space, I'd absolutely have one here! It's a beautiful setting with lovely people!

Family in town for sons in laws wedding stayed the weekend. Gathered with family & friends by the pool for lunch under the shade . FYI it's in the far Se corner of a big complex get a map ! The lunch was good burgers split , lots of fries , salads , & chicken sandwich too . There's a big staff , servers first day probably gearing more pool use. He had others helping . Note , too consider servers must carry all the food , coffee, etc from the kitchen in main building & not heated or reheated at pool unless in sun during 100degree record breaking march 2026 weather. This might be part of the charm though as the campus grounds and architecture will take you back to an earlier time preserved from the past. The Inn has a lavish formal dining room with intricate ceiling lamps, sturdy cross beams, and a roaring fireplace to host upscale dinners with family or a business client. There's a library was high ceilings, high backed upholstered arm chairs, and old books on the shelves all around. The center of the property has multiple well maintained lawns, flowers and fruit trees. While I have not stayed at Arizona Inn, I have dined there twice, once in the formal dining room and once on the more casual club patio and both have been pleasant experiences. Their menus have a wide variety of options from several meat dishes like beef bourguignon, steaks, to salmon, and even a vegetarian option. Prices are definitely high in the formal dining room. They have an extensive beer, wine and cocktail list and even offer several more upscale nonalcoholic drink options such as prickly pear lemonade and several mocktails. Both times that I have visited, the service can be on the slower end so plan to have a more leisurely visit without a strict timeframe to leave. Overall, a really interesting spot.
