I've always had a positive experience with the Tommy Bahama Outlet. The staff has always been kind and the clothing is wonderful. A few months ago, I bought 2 more Aruba full zips, one green and one white. I've worn the green one many times and washed it with no problem. The white one I was saving for a special trip in July. I wore it once and washed it and put it away, but didn't realize there was a hole at the seam until another recent trip. It's past the return date and I'm so disappointed. I really love that sweatshirt. I had to sew the hole, but the location of it is very visible. Update August 31, 2024: So, I received an email a few hours after my initial post on 28 Aug from Tommy Bahama with a callback number. I spoke with Heather in Guest Services who refunded my purchase. The store is very clean, well organized, and the staff is so friendly and helpful finding what we need. Tommy Bahamas Outlet is new to me, but we were very impressed with the offerings found in this high quality clothier. I've been to a few Tommy Bahamas over the years, mostly on the west coast. Their clothes are of a very high quality and trendy. Particularly if you you are walking off a beach or are in the island setting. That is not a snarky comment, but a statement on their style and appearance. I like the look very much and was surprised that they had an outlet store. It made me feel as if they did not want my business when asking for help. It was as if I was asking for something out of this world. I ended up putting the three shirts and three pairs of pants that I was getting ready to purchase down and walking out of the store. went here yesterday and thought I was buying a legit silk Hawaiian shirt but tunes out the tag says silk but the material is cotton. when contacted corporate they passed the buck to the store so their hands could be cleaned from the fraud they are doing with their apparel. be aware of the merchandise your about to buy. you will be paying high prices for fraudulent merchandise. read more

Josh was extremely helpful and assisted us in getting the best prices possible and even checking other outlet stores for one item we were looking for that was not in-house. He was able to locate it at a different store and arranged to have it shipped to our house. Josh is truly an outstanding employee. Been coming to this outlet mall for years and always stop by Tommy Bahamas for my dad. My mom and I went yesterday and we didn't realize there was a new mask mandate so we put our masks on and shopped around and thought the mask mandate started on 8/9/21, so when we were finished we walked up to checkout and we kindly said, "just so you know, we think the mask mandate doesn't start until tomorrow" and one sales associate snapped back immediately with an attitude and said "well just so you know we're on the Indian Reservation and they have different mandates" and we reassured all 3 associates that we were not trying to be rude and he rudely said "good let's keep it that way if you want to continue shopping". We then asked to speak to a manager and was only given their card and we asked for the associates name and said he wouldn't give it to us so I just took his first name since he was wearing a name tag and he again rudely asked for our names and we told him he simply didn't need that information. We called the number on the card and his Assistant Manager answered and told her what happened and she said she doesn't know why she wasn't called up to the front and apologized for his behavior and gave us to 2 free appetizer cards to Tommy Bahamas (which I don't even think we have one in Arizona). Super unprofessional and very upsetting. We didn't want anything free nor any trouble. read more

As Georgie mentioned in his review the deals to be found here can be quite good. If you catch their 50% off sales or even better their "50% off everything plus an additional 10% off" you can really score some great deals. TB makes very good clothes and buying them at your local Macy's can be very expensive. Make the drive and head to the outlets and save your dollars for your island vacation! read more

I stopped in here and was really impressed at the large selection of items. There was an additional 25 off of clearance section too, where I found my family's favorite scent, Maui Mango, a signature scent of TB. It was on clearance due to new packaging. I bought a few bars, arrived home (as had to put in my suitcase) and then realized I should have bought more. I called the store and spoke with Samantha. She was totally helpful. They were all out of the soap (because it was such a good deal!) but she took the time to direct me to another TB outlet that still had some left. Used to really like shopping here but not any more. Last visit there my wife and I entered the store and neither of us were recognized or asked if we need any help! Brutal customer service now. Certainly not like it used to be when Kim and all the good staff worked there. Too bad, it used to be good. i had purchased a number of NFL sweat shirts by phone from various TB outlets. It turned out that they were the wrong size, totally my fault. I spoke with Shannon, the Store Manager ,explained my problem , she replied just bring them in and I will exchange for like items from any of our outlets even if we don't have the item in our store. No hassle, or attitude ,just great service. I don't see a need to tout the product ,other than say; if you like TB clothing, you can buy first line goods at a discount, not seconds or items made for the outlets. read more

I purchased a shirt here for my dad, which indicated that it was to be MACHINE WASHED (not dry cleaned), and unfortunately this was not the case. The dye completely ruined the shirt. We called the store and spoke to the manager, KIMBERLY JENNINGS, and after a series of phone calls trying to get a hold of her again (and re-explaining the story to other employees) we finally received a response from her. Her tone was accusatory from the beginning as if we were trying to cheat her out of a $60 shirt. We simply wanted a different shirt or some sort of refund or store credit, and we thought it would be a painless process because typically big brand name stores like this have great customer service (e.g., Nordstrom, etc). Long story short, we were spoken to disrespectfully and nothing was done. I'm disappointed that a store that we regularly give business to, treated us this way. I'm not even that upset that we didn't get a refund ($60 is not something to stress over in the grand scheme of things). What I'm upset about is the way we were spoken to, and the way this ordeal was handled (in fact, it did not have to be an ordeal). I hope others do not have to encounter this sort of experience. read more
