Quick "in & out" of the dressing room. The style of pant was a slim comfortable fit. The narrow pocket on the left will work well for carrying things. Items that clip or say a flashlight can carry well clipped on the edge of the front or rear pockets. The clothes here are noted to be extremely durable and from what we've come to understand; is that they lasts for YEARS, so ultimately it's worth the high end price point. The store carries much more than just clothes here. Features footwear, accessories and tons of tactical equipment. The employee (Eli?) that assisted us was very helpful and informative about the products we purchased. He has been working for them for 4 years and his knowledge of the brands and customer service was excellent. My son seems extremely happy with his purchase and is excited at what's to come. Roller skates - they don't have them, but you can do a bearing replacement on cheap skates here and that will spiff any rollers right up. My wife snagged some at the next door Big Five and put some Bones in them; buttery smooth. Longboards - they have some. Mostly pintail shape, not a lot of kick tail styles or cruisers. Pretty limited to a handful. But longboards have been in short supply in general, and they at least have the bases covered. Expect to put in $120-$180 here for a longboard, but a good one. They carry a local brand, White Wave, Sector 9, and Globe. Limited selection, but quality. Skateboards - they can build almost anything. Tons of decks to choose from, this would be their specialty. Not a skateboarder myself, can't weigh in for quality. Trucks - they had some, and they were shiny. I also don't mess with trucks that often Wheels - longboard and skateboard wheels available; not a ton of longboard brands, but several sizes. 75mm OJ, Sector 9 70mm, and some much cheaper local brand stuff. Bearings - they have your classic Bones family, including ceramics. Buy them and they will install them for you. Makes any board feel new again. Not as good of a selection as Sidewalker Surfers but save yourself the pain and just come here, Freedom is a lot better/less toxic/more human.

They let me know each piece is very unique and they only get in 6 of each item, they're the only one in the valley. But Im here to complain about the service, or lack thereof, tonight. Marissa was the cashier. No friendly greeting, smile, nothing. When it came time to pay I wanted to use my rewards. Which at that time I had the shocking discovery my rewards account had been compromised. I had recently had some fishy email activity so immediately this lined up with that. She could tell I was bothered and worried about finding out my account has been compromised. She did not offer to call customer service to see if theres anything they can find about how/when it was hacked or what not. Zero effort given to help me. And zero pleasantries on her part at all. She asked me the same question 5 times. I told her repeatedly I never had the dsw app downloaded so I could not give her my shoe lover reward number or whatever. All I know was my account was linked to my email and phone number which apparently the hackers have changed. Left a bad taste about this location. No empathy. No problem solving skills. No friendly free smiles. Just basic retail workers that have no common sense on how to troubleshoot or provide service. They only know how to click a few buttons, rinse, repeat. I did not expect her to solve anything bur just her lack of initiative to call customer service or act like she cared.
