For a big name brand they are my favorite due to environmental friendliness and their stuff fits well, it last a long time, too. Got some amphibians here a few summers ago and wore them in Belize and Guatemala for 18 days straight...caving, tubing, hiking, swimming and they worked great. I started out skiing and then briefly switched to snowboarding. I bought my first demo skis from these guys when I switched back to skiing over ten years ago. I finally splurged and grabbed a pair of brand new K2 Mindbenders from Ski Pro a few years ago. I am really digging those skis. Prices here aren't too bad here. You can usually grab some good deals during their blowout sales and at their annual Avalanche Sale that they have downtown. Ski Pro started out in the 80's and has grown to be one of the biggest locally-owned action sports store in Arizona. They sell both ski and snowboard equipment and apparel. They also have a repair and rental shop at each store. Some other action sports gear that you can find is stuff for skateboarding and water sports. Majority of the guys that work here are pretty knowledgeable. I am lucky to live down the street from this Mesa location. Ski Pro has three locations in the Valley. You can buy lift passes here for Arizona Snowbowl. Desert Snow Connection has a bus that picks up and drops off out front in the mornings to take you to Flagstaff.
