Meh.. I stopped in here hoping to find more black scrubs. They don't have a huge selection here, and the prices are average to above average depending on the brand. Some that I saw were Jockey, Dickies, Grey's Anatomy, Barco and Skechers. They have men's and women's sizes and a small selection of shoes. They also sell uniforms for law enforcement and the like. The employees were friendly. The gravel parking lot is wide open and sits next to the store. I'm not sure I'd return here again, as some of the prices were high imo. when I dropped my items off in October to get embroidered, I was told it would only take two weeks, after a month I called them and they told me they lost my uniforms and they were going to order me some new ones, two weeks later, they ended up finding my stuff and it was shipped to the wrong location for the embroidery. When I went to pick up my items instead of apologizing, or trying to make it right they brushed it under the rug when I told them they've had my items for a month. it wouldn't be an issue if my supervisors weren't on my ass to get my uniforms but since they were, that put increased stress on me when I found out ace lost my uniforms. they stated this was the first time they had ever lost a customers items however based on how the store looks I don't think I can believe them. I will unfortunately be taking my bussiness elsewhere. read more

Despite having a giant parking lot and zero clients, particularly on the weekend this business has decided to tow customers of neighboring businesses even when he's not open. His parking lot and building look like crap. Wouldn't recommend. Poor neighbor and poor citizen. read more

I ordered aprons to be embroidered with our club logo online. The first set of aprons to arrive felt like plastic. I tried another online vendor. . .the cloth for the blue aprons was very thin only to be stitched in white thread. And if you have ever sewed, you would know that 6 stitches per inch just doesn't cut it. So I was thrilled when someone recommended the local ACE Uniforms store. The store is huge! It was great to see and feel the merchandise so I knew what I was purchasing. The icing on the cake was Charity! She spent a long time helping me navigate my options that met our club's logo color requirements. Because I was under a deadline, Charity called the vendor to make sure the aprons were in stock and would be quickly shipped to the store. I frequently order whatever online, but in-person shopping and Charity's guidance were soooo worthwhile! read more

This is the best uniform store in the Phoenix area hands down!!! Ace uniforms has a wide selection of uniforms which are affordable, nice fitting and high quality. My friend recommended Ace to me and I am so happy I went here. I love that they carry Grey's Anatomy and the Sophia Vagara brands. They are open until 5:30pm on most days and have an abundant amount of parking, which is so nice! Theresa was so nice, helpful and accommodating with my needs that I have decided to start an account here for my entire staff. This place is very organized and the uniforms are color coordinated, which helps to find the right uniforms quickly. As many times as I went back and forth between Phoenix and Boston for years to cook, I always only stopped into Ace to pick up new cheffy uniforms. They always have what I want -- and a lot of the time it's on sale! On my most recent visit, I was able to pick up two new chef coats and a pair of scrub pants (more comfy than chef pants) all on sale. Everything was less than $40. Can't beat that! They'll ask you for your email and keep you updated on specials. The staff genuinely try to help you out. While they specialize in law enforcement uniforms, they have a decent selection of scrubs, lab coats and cheffy wear too. They do tailoring and even embroidery work. Plus if they don't have it in the shop, they'll do their damndest to find it for you. I've always had a phenomenal customer service experience in here. read more

I went to ACE on Good Friday 2022. It was around 11am and I was assisted by Theresa. She was really great! I needed to get 2 pairs of pants, plus have 2 pairs of shorts made for work -- totaling 4 pairs of pants. She helped me pick the right size, took the measurements where the hem should be on the long pants & where to cut the pants to make suitable shorts for work. I was surprised how it looked outside I walked in and they had everything. I was there for a chef jacket they had so many to choose from and great prices. I was paying 30$ at another location there same one for 18.99$. They also had women's chef jackets which is a better fit. I was impressed with there section. Costumer service was great as well. Not impressed at all. I went to get my wife some EMT pants and told her i live 2 hrs away and she tells me because of Covid no returns no exchanges, cant figure out why. They have people trying on clothes In the store I guess they must sanitize them after they try them on. Go to store 7 miles away to get pants altered for work. Mind you 7 is not a lot but don't worry the story gets better. It'll be paid for via there account. They tell me it was done Thursday. Couldn't go Thursday and couldn't go back until Monday. I go to pick them up they say "oh they got picked up by company" (on friday). How do you let someone else just pick the clothes up even if it's on companies dime. I need the pants not them. I knew something was up when I first got there. Dude says "I go get pants" when I first walked in. Literally never saw the dude again. Waited for the dude at least 10min or more. It's a small store so he must have gotten lost playing where's Waldo. After dude NEVER came back a girl then proceeds to tell me the company picked them up. At this point I'm furious but remained calm as to not explode on them as I wanted to. She says "they came to pick them up friday" When I dropped them off that monday they never said they could be picked up by anyone else. That's like a dry cleaners giving your clothes away to some random person. Mind you they only took my name when I dropped them off no ticket like at a cleaners. Which isn't the point. The point being I know if the company came to pick them up that means they walked in and gave no credentials as to who they were. Meaning it could have been anyone. Literally could have just know my name walked in swiped it and left out. On another note why the hell would you call me to come pick them up....and then also tell the company to pick them up too. Don't you think that would be an issue? I had another pair in my hands and the girl asks "Do you want to get those done?". I just laughed and walked out because why the fuck would I want to get another pair done so they can be swiped too. Mind you I only have the two pairs of pants anyway. So what am I supposed to go to work in? I left the place so furious because I absolutely hate having my time WASTED. It's my number one pet peeve and I had to drive out waste gas and then be absolutely disrespected like that. (Update) Got the pants from work. They fit in the waist but it's now missing 4-5 inches at the bottom of pants length. Which could have been fixed when I went to pick them up. Overall awful alteration done. I just started a baking class and we were told that we needed to get a chef's coat. I heard someone mention a place on 15th st and Mcdowell and figured it couldn't hurt to check it out. I am so glad that I did. This is THE place to go if you are a uniformed professional. You can get firefighter stuff, security stuff, scrubs, and culinary stuff. They have a wide variety of everything and their prices are VERY fair. In terms of chef coats, if you are interested, they carry a lot of colors, many styles, and many brands. You can find something for as low as 15 bucks! You really can't beat that for high quality uniforms. Keep this place in mind if you need a uniform for work...or play. read more

Beware, will try to sell you boots on sale that have sat around for years and degraded. I started my shift with a new pair of these boots and had to leave 1 hour into the shift after the boots blew out their soles and turned into moccasins. Had to leave work to buy a cheap pair to get me through. They should be throwing these boots away and are trying to make a buck. Someone could get hurt in these Will never shop here again. If you do risk shopping here, avoid the boots on the west wall, they can get you hurt. read more

0 stars as you can see....Brief update on previous review. Drove all the way to Phoenix to pick up my order from Florence Area. They ordered the wrong size pants and did not have anything to exchange them for that was comparable. No apologies were made and they acted as if they were doing me a favor shipping them to me for free. 2 weeks and counting now. Poor customer service once again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here....Can't believe they service Phoenix PD....hope they don't screw up their stuff like they did mine....better off ordering online read more
