Named Ace Uniforms for a reason, staff is super reliable and good quality clothing. Highly recommend. Best Quota i can find for COTA Academy. Thank you so much!!! read more

Meh.. I stopped in here hoping to find more black scrubs. They don't have a huge selection here, and the prices are average to above average depending on the brand. Some that I saw were Jockey, Dickies, Grey's Anatomy, Barco and Skechers. They have men's and women's sizes and a small selection of shoes. They also sell uniforms for law enforcement and the like. The employees were friendly. The gravel parking lot is wide open and sits next to the store. I'm not sure I'd return here again, as some of the prices were high imo. Worth checking out, though. read more

Helpful service. This is where I buy a lot of my work scrubs. But they have uniforms and stuff for many fields.

Very professional staff and management! They will go above and beyond to help service you. They are very friendly and welcoming and they take care of business! I recommend everybody to go to this location. The items are fairly priced and you can't find any other stores with good prices as Ace. read more

I work with Ace for uniforms for my team and they always do a great job. I needed some suit pants hemmed, and they were able to turn them around in one day. Cheyenne was awesome and much appreciation to the seamstress Mona who got my alteration done before a large project. Thanks again for your great service. read more

Super helpful staff ... I let them know I was starting a new job in shorter than usual time frame and they were able to accommodate . If you are in the industry you know ( no uniform = no work) . Had a super pleasurable experience with Cheyenne who was able to help me out in a fast and efficient manner while still assisting several other customers. I felt my needs were met and I was treated with patience and respect . I will definitely be coming back here again :) ! read more

Ace Uniforms - Phoenix - Name or the uniform specialist and the patch they sowed Velcro. On for me :) - Uniforms Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

when I dropped my items off in October to get embroidered, I was told it would only take two weeks, after a month I called them and they told me they lost my uniforms and they were going to order me some new ones, two weeks later, they ended up finding my stuff and it was shipped to the wrong location for the embroidery. When I went to pick up my items instead of apologizing, or trying to make it right they brushed it under the rug when I told them they've had my items for a month. it wouldn't be an issue if my supervisors weren't on my ass to get my uniforms but since they were, that put increased stress on me when I found out ace lost my uniforms. they stated this was the first time they had ever lost a customers items however based on how the store looks I don't think I can believe them. I will unfortunately be taking my bussiness elsewhere. read more

As a member of the LEO community I couldn't recommend this place more. Great staff awesome service lots of options to choose from. They treat you like family here. I refuse to get my uniforms anywhere other than Ace. Thank you again to the staff and management here who showed me there is a uniform store that cares for their customers. read more

I used to like this shop when I was younger but I think they are terrible neighbor and community supporter. The towing aspect of their business is disappointing and so I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

I went to Ace because I needed some pants. Cheyenne was awesome and super helpful. She was incredibly friendly and went above my expectations. Not only would she grab the size I needed, but she checked the inventory to grab other sizes when the first set didn't fit. My experience here was definitely pleasant. read more

Despite having a giant parking lot and zero clients, particularly on the weekend this business has decided to tow customers of neighboring businesses even when he's not open. His parking lot and building look like crap. Wouldn't recommend. Poor neighbor and poor citizen. read more

Awesome service. Theresa was so helpful and our t-shirts turned out great! Thank you fso much!

Cheyenne was great helping me get all setup with the uniform I needed. Even helped with custom sizing. Super fast too. 5/5

I ordered aprons to be embroidered with our club logo online. The first set of aprons to arrive felt like plastic. I tried another online vendor. . .the cloth for the blue aprons was very thin only to be stitched in white thread. And if you have ever sewed, you would know that 6 stitches per inch just doesn't cut it. So I was thrilled when someone recommended the local ACE Uniforms store. The store is huge! It was great to see and feel the merchandise so I knew what I was purchasing. The icing on the cake was Charity! She spent a long time helping me navigate my options that met our club's logo color requirements. Because I was under a deadline, Charity called the vendor to make sure the aprons were in stock and would be quickly shipped to the store. I frequently order whatever online, but in-person shopping and Charity's guidance were soooo worthwhile! read more

Great customer service. Charity was very helpful in finding the uniform I needed and the seamstress Christina was super fast.

Thank you to Dustin (or Justin)..for helping me order my items. I arrived...right before 3 LE officers. So because I was prepared with what I needed, I got in and out in minutes, by doing the work of looking through their catalogs, marking down the page, size, color, item# ahead of time, so all he had to do is hand the paper off to one of the employees and get the order underway. read more

This is the best uniform store in the Phoenix area hands down!!! Ace uniforms has a wide selection of uniforms which are affordable, nice fitting and high quality. My friend recommended Ace to me and I am so happy I went here. I love that they carry Grey's Anatomy and the Sophia Vagara brands. They are open until 5:30pm on most days and have an abundant amount of parking, which is so nice! Theresa was so nice, helpful and accommodating with my needs that I have decided to start an account here for my entire staff. This place is very organized and the uniforms are color coordinated, which helps to find the right uniforms quickly. Their turn around time on screen printing is super fast as well :) Their customer service exceeded my exceptions!! read more

As many times as I went back and forth between Phoenix and Boston for years to cook, I always only stopped into Ace to pick up new cheffy uniforms. They always have what I want -- and a lot of the time it's on sale! On my most recent visit, I was able to pick up two new chef coats and a pair of scrub pants (more comfy than chef pants) all on sale. Everything was less than $40. Can't beat that! They'll ask you for your email and keep you updated on specials. The staff genuinely try to help you out. While they specialize in law enforcement uniforms, they have a decent selection of scrubs, lab coats and cheffy wear too. They do tailoring and even embroidery work. Plus if they don't have it in the shop, they'll do their damndest to find it for you. I've always had a phenomenal customer service experience in here. read more

Helpful employees and 10% student discount! I would give it five stars but the dressing rooms are so small and everything is so jammed pack in there read more

I went to ACE on Good Friday 2022. It was around 11am and I was assisted by Theresa. She was really great! I needed to get 2 pairs of pants, plus have 2 pairs of shorts made for work -- totaling 4 pairs of pants. She helped me pick the right size, took the measurements where the hem should be on the long pants & where to cut the pants to make suitable shorts for work. All I can say is that the sewing is really beautiful. Customer service was excellent from Theresa. I simply wanted to say "this is a great place to shop for your uniform ... I'll be back!!" read more

If i could give zero stars i would! So much for a uniform store. Poor customer service and very unfriendly. Don't buy from here! None of your stuff can be returned. I was surprised how it looked outside I walked in and they had everything. I was there for a chef jacket they had so many to choose from and great prices. I was paying 30$ at another location there same one for 18.99$. They also had women's chef jackets which is a better fit. I was impressed with there section. Costumer service was great as well. Not impressed at all. I went to get my wife some EMT pants and told her i live 2 hrs away and she tells me because of Covid no returns no exchanges, cant figure out why. They have people trying on clothes In the store I guess they must sanitize them after they try them on. Just wanted to let people know don't waste your time most online places you can return if they don't fit. Hard to believe this store has stayed open read more

Go to store 7 miles away to get pants altered for work. Mind you 7 is not a lot but don't worry the story gets better. It'll be paid for via there account. They tell me it was done Thursday. Couldn't go Thursday and couldn't go back until Monday. I go to pick them up they say "oh they got picked up by company" (on friday). How do you let someone else just pick the clothes up even if it's on companies dime. I need the pants not them. I knew something was up when I first got there. Dude says "I go get pants" when I first walked in. Literally never saw the dude again. Waited for the dude at least 10min or more. It's a small store so he must have gotten lost playing where's Waldo. After dude NEVER came back a girl then proceeds to tell me the company picked them up. At this point I'm furious but remained calm as to not explode on them as I wanted to. She says "they came to pick them up friday" When I dropped them off that monday they never said they could be picked up by anyone else. That's like a dry cleaners giving your clothes away to some random person. Mind you they only took my name when I dropped them off no ticket like at a cleaners. Which isn't the point. The point being I know if the company came to pick them up that means they walked in and gave no credentials as to who they were. Meaning it could have been anyone. Literally could have just know my name walked in swiped it and left out. On another note why the hell would you call me to come pick them up....and then also tell the company to pick them up too. Don't you think that would be an issue? I had another pair in my hands and the girl asks "Do you want to get those done?". I just laughed and walked out because why the fuck would I want to get another pair done so they can be swiped too. Mind you I only have the two pairs of pants anyway. So what am I supposed to go to work in? I left the place so furious because I absolutely hate having my time WASTED. It's my number one pet peeve and I had to drive out waste gas and then be absolutely disrespected like that. (Update) Got the pants from work. They fit in the waist but it's now missing 4-5 inches at the bottom of pants length. Which could have been fixed when I went to pick them up. Overall awful alteration done. Do not ever go here! read more

I just started a baking class and we were told that we needed to get a chef's coat. I heard someone mention a place on 15th st and Mcdowell and figured it couldn't hurt to check it out. I am so glad that I did. This is THE place to go if you are a uniformed professional. You can get firefighter stuff, security stuff, scrubs, and culinary stuff. They have a wide variety of everything and their prices are VERY fair. In terms of chef coats, if you are interested, they carry a lot of colors, many styles, and many brands. You can find something for as low as 15 bucks! You really can't beat that for high quality uniforms. Keep this place in mind if you need a uniform for work...or play. read more

Beware, will try to sell you boots on sale that have sat around for years and degraded. I started my shift with a new pair of these boots and had to leave 1 hour into the shift after the boots blew out their soles and turned into moccasins. Had to leave work to buy a cheap pair to get me through. They should be throwing these boots away and are trying to make a buck. Someone could get hurt in these Will never shop here again. If you do risk shopping here, avoid the boots on the west wall, they can get you hurt. read more
