When I asked for a discount, the children they have working there looked at me like I was crazy. The actual store has very limited inventory. This is the case every single time I go there. Unfortunately have had to use this store for the last 13 years. I placed an online order and after 3 months decided to just cancel it since there was no update. I reached out in September to follow up on the order as it has been 2 weeks at that point. Via telephone and was on hold for over 22 minutes and then the line hung up 2x. I sent a email and a few days later "We sincerely apologize for the extended delay in shipment for your order and thank you for your patience. As of now, your order is still delayed" (Sept 6). On the 28th I did a BBB complaint their response was it would take 6-8 weeks although, that was not communicated to me. Now I'm pissed because here we are October 13th and no shirt. On October 6th I emailed them because I was told again "We sincerely apologize for the extended delay in shipment for your order and thank you for your patience. I ordered again same thing, I asked to send me an email for order confirmation, and they sent. I got SMS on Jan 28th, that shirt will be done next week, and today is Fri, February 6th I don't have any info about my shirt. Only thing that I can recommend is to go there and buy something that you need in the store and get out with that item. If you order something and if you need to wait, good luck.
