Everything was ready the next evening. We ended up picking up a few useful items when picking up the sewing order. Customer service was mostly positive. Three of the four people who have helped me here have been really kind and helpful. One even calling me to confirm placement of a patch. The fourth was fine. He got the job done. Store is a mix of new and used items. More than uniforms/clothing and shoes. Stock includes pins, MREs, backpacks, holsters, flags, children's items, etc... There are even some items from international militaries. Those were particularly interesting to see. One of my kids got a kick out of seeing two vintage military jeeps parked inside the store.

On October 6th I emailed them because I was told again "We sincerely apologize for the extended delay in shipment for your order and thank you for your patience. As of now, your order is still delayed" when I emailed them the only offered to refund the money, when I asked about a discount it was 15% off which only covers the tax the shirts are $27 alone like wtf? I can't tell you about the value because what is there to go based off of?
