I love Athleta! They have great selection and up to 3x in sizes. I purchased 2 of their Tugga sweaters and let me tell you IT IS THE WARMEST SWEATER IVE EVER OWNED. I just read the review from the lady Dee C and I am completely baffled because not once have I ever been anything but well served and catered to every time I go shopping at Athleta at the Chandler Fashion Center Mall. The staff there is well knowledged on the products they sell, they are courteous, professional, caring and kind.The gal she is referring to is super amazing with me, my daughters, my family and friends who shop there all the time, so you must be someone that just cannot be please no matter what. I bet Costco hates seen you come in. I think everyone should disregard your post, which has no justification and only tells your take on it. read more

I have been a go to Lululemon legging for a while. I happened to see a girl in the gym rocking some cute leggings and I asked her where they were from and she said Athleta. I looked them up and was unsure of my size. I came to the store and tried on a few pairs and fell in love. These leggings are soo comfortable and cute. I love the way they hug the body but don't force anything to hang over or feel too tight. These are by far my favorite leggings to buy now. Soon I will try the sports bras and tops. The service here has always been great. The ladies are super sweet and helpful to finding your size and style. read more

Unfortunately, my first trip to an actual Athleta store was to make a return. And since they don't have petite items in the store (boo) I wasn't able to browse like I had intended. However, the store was jammed pack with pieces that caught my eye, the people there were extremely nice and it was easy to find after I called and asked for directions. It was my first trip to that particular mall as well. Overall...if I were about 5 inches taller I would make it my go to store. #damnDNA read more

Arrived at the store at 8:15pm to shop after driving 40 minutes from the East Valley to find the door locked and the clerks still in the store staring at me and shaking their heads. They closed the store early. I checked the hours again and right there in print it said "closes in 44 minutes." I was pretty confused and disappointed since I had planned to shop there for the first time in awhile for a trip this coming week and now I won't have time. I just love this store and the people that work here are so sweet and so lovely! I was in here the other day and I so very much appreciated the lengths to which the staff helped me locate a shirt that was sold out online that I was obsessed with. They were so very patient with calling other stores to check availability. They went above and beyond and I really felt like they wanted me to find the shirt just as much as I did! Don't let the GAP brands fool you, or be a snob thinking it's not as good. The quality of apparel, friendly staff, return policies, and more make Athleta a high quality choice for sports and casual wear. Quality: I love the feel of certain leggings here. They have a cotton feel, or some kind of fabric that makes them softer. There are lighter wear more tech-like leggings, cute shorts, and more. For work or casual wear, Athleta offers numerous light fabric options, perfect for hot weather. I have a couple of the pants from last fall, which look like nicer dressy pants if worn with nice sweaters and/or tees. I have a few nicer looking zip up jackets that are not "sporty" looking. Some of the tanks and LS tees have UPF built into them. I really wish the new jeans fit me. They are not quite right, too big in waist but snug in legs (for my body type). However, they were incredibly solid and soft too. Selection: Seems pretty solid. Some things are online only, as indicated on the web site. I have ordered some things online within the store since they were not in the store. Athleta's casual and work wear are spot on. A friend of mine at work told me about some of their casual/work wear. We wear our Athleta pants (not workout pants) almost daily at work. I have several sweaters and nice cardigan tops too. I have texture issues and only can do soft/cotton types, so prefer these over other brands. Price: the price point is similar to other higher end exercise apparel, such as Lululemon, Lorna Jane, etc., but Athleta has sales, a rewards card, and rewards. Returns: If you dislike your clothing for any reason, it's easy to return. I have had odd prickly staff members at other high end exercise clothing stores argue with me about why I was returning something. Even if it is three months later, and the clothing fails you in some way or is not doing what it should, you can return, but may not get a full refund. I have not had any sort of issues when returning. The staff members were kind and easy to work with. This is specific to the Chandler store. I cannot say that the Kierland Commons store is as friendly. Parking: This is at Chandler mall, so parking is all over the outside mall, easy parking. Service: Almost always fantastic. Though I have had a couple experiences with people not saying hey, almost always I have a few friendly women help me out. I re-up my Athleta FitPro card every year. Last year, though I meet all quals, the person helping me out was a bit hesitant for whatever reason. read more

My wife is a massive Athleta fan. She is a Crossfit trainer and weightlifter. Athleta makes the perfect clothes for her and her chosen workout regimens. So, naturally, for Mothers Day one of her favorite gifts is Athleta, so got her an Athleta gift certificate....again ! We did some shopping on Mothers Day yesterday. I typically go sit in the back in some comfy chairs probably designed so husbands can sit while wife shops! Anyway, immediately upon sitting down I was offered a chilled water bottle while my wife was obsessed over by the staff. She shopped for 30 minutes and I swear was treated like she was the only one in the store. However all customers in the store seemed to get the same great customer service. I am incredibly impressed by the young ladies that are the staff of this Athleta location. Amazing and well done! We will for sure be seeing you guys again soon! read more

This was my first time in an Athleta store - and it won't be the last. I had the kindest, most helpful associate helping me find what I needed. Her name is Natalia. She is such an asset to your company. She helped find lightweight, upf pants that I need for summer. Then, when we found ones that fit best (except that I need tall length) she helped me place the special order to ship to my home. This was one of the best shopping experiences I've had in years. I would have given Athleta 5 stars because the first time I went in I had a great experience...attentive staff and nice selection and quality of clothing....Athleta is a great brand and I was hoping to get some gear with a $35 reward coupon I received for being a Athleta credit card holder.....but....today I went in and I got absolutely NO help from anyone! I walked around for 10 minutes(that's kind of a while) with out being acknowledged!!! WOW! really? Not 1 Hi, not 1 I'll be right with you, not even a goodbye as I walked out of the store! Shame on you Athleta staff....you sucked today.....so I took my business to Lululemon and got myself a cute bra. Too bad the first review on this store has to be like this. read more
