Upon arrival, I was immediately welcomed and asked if I had any questions or been in before. They let me know each piece is very unique and they only get in 6 of each item, they're the only one in the valley. They had such cute and great quality items through out the store, which everything was extremely fairly priced, especially for such a curated and unique boutique. I tried on quite a few things and ended up getting a beautiful linen like dress. It was so soft. They also have a generous clearance and sale section. They offer a reasonable return period of 14 days. I honestly saw so many prices and I would definitely consider frequenting them to add some lovely pieces to my wardrobe, when the occasion arrives!

After about 10 mins of doing the Math with them and what I was charged, it became clear that the process is broken. In reality, I wanted 2 pairs of shoes, not 1 and because the local store informed the system they didn't have my initial request, I couldn't take advantage of getting another size without paying again and then having to monitor the return of my previously charged item... That's too much work... So confusing, so frustrating... In short, the system for Famous Footwear is broken and even the rep explained it like it needed a change as well.
