There were over ten people in the store at that time and nobody supported me. Overall a good place where you can get all your postal needs fulfilled. Would recommend but make sure choose a less busy time if you can. Value is reasonable, a little bit more than the post office but then you are also paying for the convenience of longer hours and fewer people.

The employee told me there was already an existing address in the system. I asked several times whether that address was the same as the one I had just shown them, and I was repeatedly assured that it was correct. Because I had confirmed it multiple times and trusted the employee's assurance, I did not check the final shipping label myself. Unfortunately, the package was sent to an old address instead of the address I had provided. As a result, it took about a week for the package to be returned. My customer was very upset about the delay, and I sent another product by 2-Day Air to resolve the situation, costing me approximately $40 extra. Today, I returned to the store to pick up the returned package and explained what had happened. During my visit, I was not offered a refund or any other resolution. I also left without receiving what I considered a meaningful apology for the situation. When I originally shipped the package, I also told the employee that I had my own UPS account. I was told that this store would not process the shipment that way, although I have had a different experience at other UPS Store locations. Because the shipment was urgent, I decided to pay the store's shipping rate. In the end, the package went to the wrong address, was returned, and caused additional cost, delay, and inconvenience for both me and my customer. Mistakes can happen. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled afterward. Based on my experience, I will not use this UPS Store again.

She has gone above and beyond over and over again in the past year that we've been working with her. We found her through a Yelp printing request on a fast turnaround project. She delivered a stellar product with expedited and delightful service. She earned our business and we have since handed over all of or printing needs. We had one issue where one of her outside vendors got the specs wrong and she immediately corrected the error and had the reprint done. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.

There is generally a lot of parking in the strip mall but at that time of day, just before 7pm, the parking lot was full since there are a lot of places to eat there. There was almost no one in the UPS store and it was just before closing. I step up to the counter and show them my code. There were 2 people behind the counter and both of them stepped forward to scan but they could not decide who would scan my code. Both of them were, " you go', ' no, you go'. After 4 times of this, I picked one and asked them to scan the code. The woman behind the counter, under cover of her mask mind you, mumbles about how rude I was. They could not a simple decision about who would scan my code and she then had the audacity to take offense. Not worth the stop. You should take your business elsewhere if you want someone who can make basic decisions on how to help their customers and does not then turn on the customer! Update - the business owner commented on my review that I interrupted an associate, when they were helping another customer, when I found my code, that I could not initially find and that if I am in a hurry, they offer a kiosk. True, I could not initially find my code but when I saw people in line, I stepped aside to find my code. Bottom line is that if I am in a hurry, I should go else where because the associates not being able to make up their minds on who should help is the opposite of helpful and timely. Note that the owner never addressed the indecision (and hence holding up people) or calling me rude in front of other customers but is gaslighting me about what the real issue is.

I brought in some items I bought from the tik tok shop and was returning. I was provided a bar code from the tik tok app in order to do a "no box, no label needed" return to any UPS location. I came in and all associates were busy with other customers, so naturally, I wait in line. There was an associate named Lisa seated at a table helping customers and she sees me and proceeds to speak over the heads of the customers she was currently helping and said to me I could attempt to use the kiosk to see if I can drop off the returns but if it was a "Happy" return, the kiosk wouldn't support it. I have no idea what a "happy" return is, but go to the kiosk anyway and scan my barcode, it doesn't work. This woman Lisa proceeded to comment on what I was doing, diverting her attention from the current customers she was supposed to be helping, mind you, I never sought any help from her, because she seemed like she was supposed to be helping the people already there. Shortly after, another associate offers to help me. She scans my bar code, I tell her there are 2 items in the order to be returned with the provided QR code. She seems new, needs help and of course Lisa jumps in. Once the associate scanned the QR code, it disappeared from the app page. Lisa insists I cannot return the two items with one code and that it was my problem. She becomes just flat out rude and condescending, I keep explaining there and no more QR codes. I finally just ask for a receipt and leave. I didn't want to waste any more energy or the time of other waiting customers. I go out to my car and receive an email that the return for BOTH items was being processed. GO TO ANOTHER UPS LOCATION. Many reviews on yelp and google reflect abhorrent service here.

The guy there didn't help to guide me to look into which would be the appropriate code to use, but have me to read through more than 20 codes and their definitions myself. So I read through it and decided on a code, then he input all the information before telling me that it took about $120 to ship 3 cards to Hong Kong. I then left to decide other alternatives. To me, that's a complete waste of time and I'd appreciate the personnel there be more helpful if the staff there can be more upfront on the cost, and then provide guidance of which code would be appropriate to use.
