I had a pretty awful experience here yesterday for what should have been a simple drop off. I wasn't going to leave any kind of review but the whole interaction stayed with me until today and I checked google reviews on this location, and sure enough, other customers have unfortunately had the same types of experiences at this location. I brought in some items I bought from the tik tok shop and was returning. I was provided a bar code from the tik tok app in order to do a "no box, no label needed" return to any UPS location. I came in and all associates were busy with other customers, so naturally, I wait in line. There was an associate named Lisa seated at a table helping customers and she sees me and proceeds to speak over the heads of the customers she was currently helping and said to me I could attempt to use the kiosk to see if I can drop off the returns but if it was a "Happy" return, the kiosk wouldn't support it. I have no idea what a "happy" return is, but go to the kiosk anyway and scan my barcode, it doesn't work. This woman Lisa proceeded to comment on what I was doing, diverting her attention from the current customers she was supposed to be helping, mind you, I never sought any help from her, because she seemed like she was supposed to be helping the people already there. Shortly after, another associate offers to help me. She scans my bar code, I tell her there are 2 items in the order to be returned with the provided QR code. She seems new, needs help and of course Lisa jumps in. Once the associate scanned the QR code, it disappeared from the app page. Lisa insists I cannot return the two items with one code and that it was my problem. She becomes just flat out rude and condescending, I keep explaining there and no more QR codes. I finally just ask for a receipt and leave. I didn't want to waste any more energy or the time of other waiting customers. I go out to my car and receive an email that the return for BOTH items was being processed. GO TO ANOTHER UPS LOCATION. Many reviews on yelp and google reflect abhorrent service here. read more

Rude and condescending service, I won't be going back to this store. On top of it, they charge $2 for 10 inches of tape. I've used other UPS stores, as well as Postal Annex and Mailbox etc , none is charging for a small piece of tape. Customer service is always lacking here. Alonzo is not very friendly nor a good manager. Girls and women beware, will focus on your chest. Pushes the staff around rudely do not like that. I tried to avoid the store if I can help it but today I had to go and Alonzo wouldn't even give me 4 quarters in change when I purchased an envelope. I heard him platter down 2 quarters into a full change till and he said he is limited and cannot give me change and I said not even four. I told him I'll go ahead and just speak to another manager and he insisted that he is and I told him, but it says associate. Manager or not his eyes would not stop staring at my breasts and to be so disregarded. when any other store will give me change and that's why I'm gonna go to another store. So many people I know avoid the store and now i see why. Hopefully there's no problem with my package as retaliation for telling him he was not very nice. read more

Basically they are 3rd party and want to sell you thier stuff and don't want to entertain prepaid labels. Not only that they are rude and laughing and condescending! NEVER DO HERE! I came here for the Notary service, no appointment needed and thankfully the person who does the notary was present. It cost $15, and the lady that helped me was friendly. Make sure to have a valid Driver's License to verify your identity. I would also bring an extra form, just in case there's an issue with the Notary stamp. read more

The person, Annika?, that helped me with my return was somewhat friendly until she had to scan my items. If she had slowed down and listened to what I said about the QR code is a bundle for more than one item, we didnt have to go back and forth. I had a fragile handmade Japanese lamp to send to New York. It has a lot of sentimental value. Lisa packaged it for shipment to NYC after we considered various options and prices. Take it apart? Ship it in two separate boxes? She was very patient in considering the options and looking up prices. I received the package today and it came in perfect condition. Unfortunately the customer service at this location is heavily lacking. Any simple questions turn in to a passive aggressive back and forth with the employees towards patrons. I've come by on multiple occasions drop things by for business and personal reasons with the kindest approach and the staff, especially the older woman at the front is unfortunately the most passive aggressive. I really miss the old management and have now decided to go the extra mile to another store. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. The old lady with white hair is incredibly rude. Considering the circumstance she should have better customer service. She was rude also to other customers. UPS should check her attitude and service and her handling of the covid situation. They were closing and decided to let everyone in disregarding all covid measures. I went in today 10/30 around 2pm to do an Amazon return. I went up to the register and the gentleman notified me that I had the return to set at Whole Foods. He suggested to change the return location at ups and should work. I go ahead and cancel the return and set it for ups. I go up ( I forgot her name she has black hair and piercing on her nose) she says that they don't accept the return items if it is not in a box. It was a staub pot that was already in the original box. I returned another one exactly the same way at this location and they accepted it. but she adamantly refused to accept the return. I asked why did they accept it before, she replies she doesn't know and suggests to purchase a box for it. The return usually will confirm whether I need to put it in a box for return, my return did not need it. I gave up, cancelled the return and set it up at Whole Foods and they accepted as is. Edited: the owner responded that my returning was labeled customer packaged, no it wasn't it is ups drop off and they print the label and package. The worst experience. I went to drop off the Amazon return. The only thing they told me was the internet was down and not the following consequences. Turned out my return never showed up in Amazon and when I asked UPS the next day. Alonzo, the manager, kept saying they already told me which they did not. He said nothing they could do. He was so rude and how can someone like him to be in customer services and be a manager. I told him that if they told me, I would not have return my stuffs. She looked up and very rudely said "what are you here for". I said I had a drop off. Abd she said sorry bit this is a high volume store I'll have to charge you a dollar to tape it. Notary - DO NOT notarize with Lisa, she confuses the hell out of you by over-explaining and complicating. We have done so many notaries before and i really don't understand what she was trying to prove. Her tone and attitude was to prove a point and charge extra for identification docs. I have had good experience with the UPS store (at the old and new location). One older lady who has worked there for years is always friendly. Most of my returns require UPS to box it, etc ... but for one return recently the young man politely informed me that I need to box/package it and he was right. Took it back the next day without any issues - he even added some sturdy tape to make it more secure. read more

This is not be the best place to go for live scan fingerprinting. Even though I had an appointment scheduled the machine was not set up and the area where the scanning is done was quite cluttered with heavy boxes. Lisa, though friendly, was not adept at the process and had serious trouble with the technology. The actual fingerprinting took about 5 minutes but the job took 35 minutes even though I had completed all the paperwork! Others have told me they were in and out in 15 minutes at other locations. I found this store to be uncomfortably cluttered. Perhaps there is a need to organize. I noticed the helper was not able to wheel the very heavy hand truck out and actually had to lift it over the counter. That is not right. The location is convenient at the corner of Lawrence Expy and Prospect Road in the Westgate West Center. The shop is on the side facing Lawrence. There is plenty of parking. read more

I also had something I needed to ship through Reverb, but all the FedEx pricing and even USPS pricing was sooo expensive. He took the time to ask the right questions, look up the dimensions, and give me options - all while the store was so busy! It was so much less expensive! Saw that this location I always go to has low stars so I'm giving it a 5* because I've never experienced any issues! Everyone always seems so nice here, even though they are overworked. I told her how many things I was returning and then she assumed they would be all under one barcode, which they weren't and then proceeded to get upset when I showered her the other barcodes.
