This is an excellent UPS Store. And I've been to many in the San Jose / Silicon Valley area. The place is clean, spacious and was decorated perfectly for Halloween (2 weeks to go!). Susie Barbaran was the wonderful sales person who dealt with me. I needed to mail some boxes, and live scan fingerprinting and then I was confused about how to best send my paper work asap without having to spend too much. Susie went out of her way to be friendly, efficient and she also specifically helped me with what different options were available to me. My experiences with UPS store in the past weren't positive, so I decided to check on yelp review and drove a bit further today. First of all, the place is clean and organized. The best part is Vera was very attentive. She greeted me when I was waiting, and was very cordial and professional when helping me. Attention anyone going to get their Live Scan done here, don't do it. If you need to go back here to get them re done, they will not accept what the Department of Real Estate gives as notice of the rejection. After weeks of back and forth with this store, the Department of Real Estate, and the Department of Justice, nothing is fixed. According to my correspondence with the DRE, they say the UPS store is in their right to ask for the DOJ rejection letter. However, the DOJ will not give you this letter, and the DRE also cannot get and forward a copy of this letter. What this store is asking for, according to both the DRE and the DOJ, cannot be produced. DRE tells me that every other store does this no problem, so they don't understand why this store won't do it, but their hands are tied essentially. End of the day, DRE tells me I am out of luck, and to get them done at another place and to pay again. Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else. read more

I use this location for shipping out on a somewhat regular basis because of the close location to work. Never had an issue and the management and employees are always very helpful. However.....you may want to get keys cut somewhere else. I had five keys cut, two of which actually worked. Returning, the owner re-cut the three that did not work (originals were the wrong type) and only one of those worked. Doing a side by side you can see clearly that they are not even close to the original. I cant be too angry, afterall it was around $9 for the original cutting and the replacements were no charge, even though they still dont work. In the owners defense, it was busy when I came back the second time and he was in a rush but I am going to go to a locksmith to get copies now. read more

The owner and manager of the store incredibly unprofessional and blatantly unhelpful. I was told I received a package but I never received it. After a month of telling them this, I finally got through to corporate to open an investigation and almost instantly they found my package. They made a mistake and refused to correct it until corporate created an investigation to find the package instantly. I have my PO Box at this location and they're always great about handling my packages. Everyone at this location is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They are definitely hard workers. I most often interact with April and Vera there and they are two of my favorite people when I'm going about my daily errands, it feels like stopping to see a friend!
