Spanakopita.

Excellent. This is a small and unassuming space, but the quality of the food continues to be exceptional. The people working behind the counter are pleasant and seem to be very much interested in creating the best food and best experience possible. We ordered takeout, but there are a few tables inside and there were a handful of people dining in when I picked up our order. In terms of the food, everything was nicely crafted. The spanakopita was deliciously crisp and flaky with plenty of flavor. The lentil soup was deeply flavorful. The greek salad was good, and filled with crisp vegetables. The falafel wrap was a bit more like a falafel burrito, wrapped in a tortilla. That actually worked well: it was a little more manageable than something wrapped in a pita. The cold appetizers were good as well, with nice flavors and textures. All told, this continues to be an excellent destination for Mediterranean cuisine.

Still amazing good and service. We've only been about 3-4 times and they always remember us and welcome us back and notice when someone in the group is new. So kind, so fast and always incredible.

I've ordered takeout from the Mediterranean Table twice and both times, I've been impressed. First off, I think they have the best pita bread I've had in a while. It's warm, soft, and fluffy and it's the perfect vessel for the dips and spreads that they offer. Most recently, I ordered cacik (thick cucumber yogurt) for a starter and the mixed kebab plate, which has lamb and chicken shish kebabs. It comes with rice and a side of pita and cabbage/peppers. Everything was super flavorful and delicious. The staff are always so kind when I stop in as well. I want to dine in next time, so I will make a point to do that.

This was my birthday dinner. The staff were so friendly. I was greeted immediately at the door and checked in by multiple staff through the meal. They were lovely I'd go back just for the customer service. It's a small hole in the wall kind of place, the food was all excellent and I have no notes for improvement. An easy 5/5 stars.

Fantastic experience! Staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. The space is small and intimate, unassuming at first if you aren't keeping an eye out. Everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly. The chicken and lamb were incredible, the falafel was crispy, and all of the dips that we got were exceptional. Cannot wait to come back here to try more!

First time in and it was fantastic. Food was fresh and delicious and service and staff, super friendly. We loved everything and the place was buzzing for in house eating and to go's, so that's a good thing! We will absolutely return. Although I was put off by the use of everything being served on paper products as being wasteful, I decided it's better than using horrific styrofoam. I would like to see a better option than the plastic silverware set given. Maybe a plant based set or compostable options?

Very good! Came here with a friend while visiting Pittsburgh and had a great lunch. Owner was very attentive, made sure we had plenty of drinks and sauces, and portions were generous. Appreciated the veggie options. Hot tea came with the meal which was great for a cold day. Felt happy and refreshed after the meal, which was a nice change from a usual fried food meals out. Nice, casual ambience, I would definitely recommend it.

Go for the food, stay for the service! The staff are just incredible and so welcoming! Some great vegan options with their fire falafel plate! Great portions and worth the price!

I have walked by this new restaurant/take-out many times because it is located in a block of Murray Ave with some of my favorite eateries. I even talked to the owners who while sitting in front invited me to try their new restaurant. Tonight because Mediterranean Grill a regular spot I like was closed we decided to order from Mediterranean Table- the restaurant is small with a grill in front of the street window. I phoned in the order- and tried many dishes I was excited about finding another good spot -I asked if they wanted my name and they said no- They also said the order would take 15 to 20 minutes. I commented "are you sure?" and they said "yes." 45 minutes and several walk-ins by me later we got our food- the staff was busy and they apologized for the wait- I took the food home and while unpacking I noticed that all the paper bags were covered wet with grease. When I unwrapped the lamb gyro the foil was dripping with grease and it was pooling. I took a bite- the pita was soggy so I deconstructed- the lamb was dry the salad was greasy and it was inedible- I then tried the Greek Lemon soup- They must have served me different soup because it was not chicken lemon soup. The veggie kabob was edible and tasty but it also was slick with oil- The lamb kabob was very tough- The grilled chicken kabob was good and was the highlight of a disaster meal that was fit from the trash can. The baba ganosh was bad, The dolma was editable but like the veggies tasted oily. The fatoosh was bad- oily and low quality lettuce tomato and onion that was wilted. 80% of the meal was not consumed because it was so greasy, wilted and tasted fried. Even the pita was cut into very small pieces. I think the atmosphere was chaotic and not relaxing. I had to squeeze my self to the counter- the food was just pain bad and it was 40 minutes late. After only a few bites all four of us felt sick. I am Shocked that so many good reviews are posted because this place is not worth trying, not good quality or properly prepared and above all not healthy. This is a hard pass- it was $90 down the drain and into the trash. Never again.

Food is amazing. Some of the best falafel I've ever had. Incredible hospitality! Lamp kebab wrap was outstanding.

After a 10-minute wait to be seated and an additional 30 minutes before our drink orders were taken, we encountered an issue with the billing. The service and management response were deeply concerning Our party of four was charged an automatic 18% gratuity, which was not disclosed on the menu. When we requested that the gratuity be removed so we could pay it in cash instead, the manager's response was unprofessional and offensive. He suggested that we should "save room for the gratuity" or "take our food to go" in the future, falsely implying that we were unwilling to pay our bill. He only apologized after he realized we still were leaving a tip just in cash. I paid and left quickly this was very embarrassing and like nothing I've ever experienced. Which was so unfortunate because I was looking forward to returning with my father. We also traveled from outside the city to dine here. We never contested the quality of the food or the hard work of the staff; we simply requested a change in the method of payment for the tip. I found the manager's hostile tone and remarks to be racially charged, and I believe we were treated this way because we are African-American. I will never returned to this establishment. I urge all patrons to be aware,of how nasty your experience can turn if you decide to question gratuity charges. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these transparency and conduct issues with your management team. I also decided to add a picture of the manager who spoke with our table.

Simplistic, covered parking with a large parking structure attached to the restaurant. Elegance encapsulated with the high ceilings, modern fixtures, and classy atmosphere. The food is next level. With so many awesome small plate options, we decided to get drinks and share in the opportunities. This may be of benefit, as Palm Palm brings out food when it is ready instead of waiting to serve a full course to a party. Let's review the small plates: - Roasted Broccoli Caesar - roasted tender and perfectly coated with the brioche and parm - Focaccia Bread Board - fluffy, salty focaccia with somewhat simplistic board options of butters and jam - Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Dumplings - easily our favorite bite!! Served in a spoon with creamy soup floating a perfectly filled dumpling of cheese goodness - Truffle Spaghettios - hello childhood, you missed the mark. These spaghettios may have you thinking nostalgia but the flavors are stellar. - Mini Lobster Rolls - chilled, copious lobster on a buttery crisp roll... shhhh they brought us a second one for free!!! - Waygu Meatballs - the plating is top notch. Little meatball holders to allow the French onion to soak in and the cheesy to perfectly melt across them all. Melt in your mouth meatballs with seasoning to make your want another! - Classic Oysters - a nice starter for the birthday boy! For drinks, we loved their homemade sodas - Lemon Ginger, Strawberry Passion Fruit, & Sunset Fire added the perfect sip between bites! And of courseeeee... you need desserts! Why not turn them into shareable small plates too!! - The Orange - levels of orange flavor perfectly paired together with sweetness to enhance the palate and enjoy! - Dark Desire - rich, dark chocolates with flairs of chocolate work. So goooood!! - Key Lime Pie - wooowww citrus overload. But so moist and yummy. Our waitress was phenomenal. Giving great suggestions, ensuring we always had dishes cleared and glasses filled... and even telling us menu changes that made some dishes not worth it anymore. Wow!! This is celebration station too! With the sparkler extraordinaire almost every table was celebrating someone or something while we were there. It's no surprise that this place is, was, and will be a trendy spot in Pittsburgh!!

Service: Overall our waitress was pretty absent, having asked us how we were doing only twice, leaving little room for any comments or feedback to be offered. She recognized her absence and offered us a surprise tiramisu (complimentary) to make up for the lack of attentiveness to our table. Seating: A large bar stretches the restaurant accompanied by wooden chairs, tables and a few booths tucked against the parallel wall. The seating is not tight, meaning you have space between yourself and other parties but the wooden chairs/tables were uncomfortable.
