We attended a wedding in Bailey CO over the weekend. We stumbled onto this amazing place! We got added to the Waitlist on the busy Sunday mid morning. The expected wait time was 45 mins but we were seated within 20 minutes. Our server was friendly and energetic. I forgot her name, sorry!

The eggs were indeed delectable! We stopped in for a quick breakfast before the airport and they were even nice enough to put my bag behind the front counter and watch it for us while we ate! We got coffee and had our order in within 5 minutes of walking thru the door. I got the Mexicana Omelette and it was delicious! So fresh and filling perfect to start the day. If you are looking for a cute breakfast spot downtown this is your place!

Came here with my sister on an early morning and they were able to seat us right away. It had a decent amount of people for being 9am on a Friday morning. Has a cozy feel to it. We ordered quite a few things because we couldn't decide what we wanted to eat. Might have been a mistake because the size portions were huge! It was great for the price, we had so many left overs. Our waiter was on top of it and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The food was tasty and came out super hot! I would be happy to come back here. Overall 5/5 stars

Came here after our early morning flight. We both ordered Bloody Marys (very good) and I had the Aspen Skillet (barely any veggies, mostly potatoes and a lot of cheese) and my friend had the green door omelette (barely any veggies and mainly egg whites). The restaurant itself is cute and a fun vibe, the service was good and quick but the food was meh.

Yummmm! I was immediately sat when I got in and was helped and welcomed right away. My food took only about 10 minutes to make and it's really good. The green chili in top really made the meal. It is pretty loud inside and the food was extra salty (which I like but some might not) were my only 2 extra points.

This was our first time and we had a good expo. Service was fast and attentive, ambiance was warm and inviting although I wish they had full booths. My son loved his strawberry cheesecake crepes and said they were the best he's had in Denver- which says A LOT! I had the aspen skillet which was filled with veggies! The hubs had pancakes and fixings and was satisfied. Overall a good time!

Loved this place. Snagged a table outside at 9:30 am on a Sunday. There was surprisingly no wait. Service was great and attentive. Food came out surprisingly fast and was absolutely delicious. The Hollandaise sauce on the Benedict was very good, with a hint of spice on it. Popped inside for the restroom. The inside of the restaurant is nice and spacious. Street parking and some parking garages.

This place is phenomenal, and a great value! I came for brunch on a Wednesday, and I had SUCH a hard time choosing what to order because so many things sounded amazing. I ended up getting the Mexican omelette which came with fruit, and a side of rooster cakes (pancakes, which isn't actually listed as an option, but my server said I could when I mentioned I wanted pancakes)! I ate and was very satisfied, the food was just lovely. And my server was very kind, attentive, and friendly! Overall it's just a good, light brunch vibe in here. Nothing fancy, but great food, and great quality. I would absolutely come back!

We came in Saturday afternoon and only had to wait 15 because we wanted to sit outside which I recommend! The ambiance is great and feels intimate with your party not too chaotic. We got the fiesta skillet which was delicious! Comes with chorizo and potatoes and then we got the tacos which I was not a huge fan of. The meat came a little undercooked and the salsa it came with was not spicy at all. The hashbrown were also bland with not much flavor. We added a French toast on the side which was good but a little soggy in the middle. Other than that, our server was great and the host was incredible! (Short blonde guy) very helpful and attentive of the queue.

Such a great experience! The customer service was amazing- super attentive and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our food came out fast, which we appreciated, and everything was sooo delicious. The portions were huge and definitely worth it. This will for sure be my go-to stop every time I'm in Denver. Highly recommend!

Either way it was late and we were looking for some sort of sit down to eat and glad we stumbled upon this place. When we arrived it looked like a book store and talked to the host and found out we were in the right place and although we didn't have a reservation they were able to accommodate us almost immediately which was great. The atmosphere was great and we both enjoyed our time. I don't drink anymore but got a mocktail but my girl drinks so she had a couple so we got to see the mixologist do their thing. I can tell he was itching to make more drinks but he was great and gave us some places to check out around town before we left back for California. Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

That's when I came across Dearly Departed and I'm so glad I did. We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and were able to walk in and be seated immediately. The speakeasy is tucked into the underground portion of the restaurant, which adds to the charm. The space is beautifully decorated, moody, intimate, and effortlessly upscale. It truly sets the tone the moment you walk down. We ordered two spritzes and a charcuterie board, and both exceeded expectations. The drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and felt elevated without being overcomplicated. But the real star was the charcuterie board. For $20, it was an incredible value, stacked with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, nuts, and peppers. The freshly grilled bread was a standout touch, and the portions were more than generous. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated, and there was something new and delicious in every corner of the board. Between the ambiance, the quality of the drinks, and the impressive food, Dearly Departed delivered an experience that felt both cozy and refined. I'd absolutely recommend checking it out for the atmosphere alone. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.
