I went with two friends on a Sunday at 9am and the whole experience felt rushed from the beginning. I do think this was partly because you do not have a dedicated server which sounds nice in theory. We were asked if we were ready to order multiple times, by multiple people in just a few minutes. My friend was then asked if they could clear her plate at least 10 times because she was not actively eating. By the last time it was almost comical and she ended up apologizing to the server and asked for a few more minutes as she is a slower eater and takes breaks. Kind'of on the outskirts of town and near some pretty parks and farmland. I really liked the quieter location and views from the back patio while we ate. This was my second time being here. The food is wonderful! My husband got the Texan benedict. I didn't care for it, BUT I recognize that it was a great dish. They had a caramelized onion apple jam on top of the benedict which was phenomenal for what it was, it just didn't strike my fancy. I got the waffle special and it was blueberry lemon. The last time I came it was a raspberry compote with a pistachio crumble of some sort and I almost DIED from happiness. The tartness was perfection, and the pistachio topping rocked my world.
