We were so well taken care of, drinks were amazing, food was great, and service made us feel like family. My cheeks hurt from laughing so much. Great restaurant with patio seating with a view of sunset and plenty of inside seating with AC. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and while my entire party was not quite there they sat us down. Our amazing waiter Bryce was very attentive and is the reason our time at the restaurant was so amazing. As people arrived he brought water, checked in about drinks and made sure we had plenty of chips and salsa. What I appreciated is his positivity stayed consistent through our entire dinner. He made us feel like family. I ordered the fajitas and while the portion was large I would say they're okay. The steak lacked flavor and seemed to be thin. However, you get a lot of food and it's fair to say it's a very filling good meal, but not amazing. Everyone in my group seemed to enjoy their food, but I think what set the restaurant apart is their customer service. Accommodating us to sit early, to our amazing waiter Bryce who is the best waiter I have ever had. When it came time to pay, Bryce was accommodating as we figured out how to divide up the bill. We popped in here to take advantage of their happy hour so that's what this review is about. The $8HH margaritas were super delicious, the perfect balance of sweet and tart. We got a few small plates, and all were nicely portioned even being on HH. We couldn't resist the guacamole (not on HH) and it was very good. Server was prompt and kept us in all the chips we needed. Horrible experience. I have celebrated multiple events at this restaurant. I called to make a reservation since in their website it say. They can make reservations for parties bigger then 8. I was told they don't take reservations in the weekends but they would accommodate a party of 12 I just had to arrive early. I got there staff is not friendly they were not accommodating they said they would sit me inside but would accommodate my whole party at one table. Horrible experience I left and will not be coming back to this restaurant again. Shoreline outside looks run down it smells it looks dirty. The view out to the pier is amazing on a sunny day. Parking is validated but you still have to pay parking fee, just less than when it's not validated. Happy hour starts at 3 pm. From the outstanding service to the delicious nachos, this place was perfect for our impromptu date night. From the minute we walked in the hosts were attentive, friendly and accommodating to my husband's unique needs. We ordered our drinks, water for him and I had a new berry margarita. I have a unique allergy to vodka and one little drop can send me into anaphylaxis. This place is cool. It's located right by the water with a bunch of other restaurants and close to shopping so it's a vibe. They had great music and it's a lovely atmosphere. The aesthetics were amazing and a beauty to admire. Great job on the decor. We showed up around 11 pm so were able to dine in the restaurant but got to experience the happy hour at the bar. We ordered the coronaritas, chimichangas, taquitos, and wings. They were ALL amazing! The ingredients were fresh and good quality. The margaritas?!!! Seriously the best I've EVER had. I would go there just to sip them and the best news is that they're only $8 during happy hour (margarita only). They have outdoor seating so you can also enjoy the view of the water if that's what you prefer. I rated this a 4 because the service could improve just a bit. I know it was late and employees are probably ready to go home and I can see that they were ready to head out. The server was okay though, no rude and checked in on us, I just didn't get a friendly vibe from her. The other reason I gave it a 4 star is because the parking signs are misleading. They say $2 for two hours. We were the there about an hour and a half. When we went to leave he says it's $10.40!!!!!!! When we asked about the $2 he said it's with validation?!! That NOT on the sign and if it was we missed it. Given the hundreds of cars that park there each day, restaurant should have a sign about it so that customers know to get it validated. Most people won't drive back and walk back in there so the parking is a scam. Overall, highly recommend for good food, good music, and great decor. Perfect for pics. read more

Solid place to eat. My group ordered the carnitas nachos, which was probably the best plate we got. We all got different variations of fish tacos: grilled, baja, shrimp. This restaurant barely deserves two stars but I am being generous. The dining area is pretty cool and has a lot of awesome decor and the atmosphere is excellent. I thought the service was going to be excellent when we were greeted by our waiter that was not the case it rapidly went down hill and ruined the dining experience I believe that our waiter was overwhelmed with to many tables and was all over the place we had to await about 40 minutes for fresh guacamole in 20 to 30 minutes for more drinks, our table got filled up with empty drink cups and dishes, and it was not cleared until the end of our meal. The food there is subpar not the best I've had way better Mexican food from other establishments. If you visit this restaurant, I hope your experience is better than mine. I will probably not be going back, but you never know I like to give places a second chance so they could redeem themselves. read more

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with food allergies. My brother informed the staff about his allergies before ordering and was assured that his meal would be prepared safely and did not contain those specific allergens. Unfortunately, the staff appeared unfamiliar with allergy protocols, and we have little confidence that cross-contamination precautions were being taken. Before finishing his meal, he had a severe allergic reaction and was rushed to the emergency room. While we were lucky in the end, it took extensive care to get him to breathe. When we asked follow-up questions about ingredients and food preparation to inform the doctors, we received no answers from both the waiter and manager. This was very upsetting and makes us concerned for others' future safety. Food allergies can be serious, and customers should be able to trust that their concerns are being taken seriously. While others may have had a different experience, I left feeling that allergy awareness and communication were severely lacking. If you or a family member has a food allergy, I would highly suggest exercising caution or choosing a restaurant with stronger allergy management practices. read more

Parking is tight but it's easy to find a spot. I always order the carne asada and garlic shrimp with extra corn pudding and your choice of corn or flour tortillas. The steak is seasoned to infection, you get a choice of black or refried beans and Spanish rice. The shrimp is as garlicky as seasoned as they come. Horrible service. My girlfriend and I were seated around 9:30 PM and weren't acknowledged for nearly 30 minutes. Multiple tables that arrived after us were greeted, served drinks, and had their orders taken before anyone even came to our table. We received complimentary chips and dip around 9:50 PM, but by 10:00 PM no one had taken our drink or food order. I finally spoke to who seemed to be a manager and decided to leave because I was tired of waiting. The restaurant looked nice and the food looked great, which makes the experience even more disappointing. I understand places get busy, but being ignored for that long while other tables were served first is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. read more
