If you enjoy Thai (and Laotian) cuisines...this is your spot. Be sure to get here quick, before word gets out! My family and I sampled quite a few items. The standouts were the drunken noodles, the pad Thai, and the Panang curry. Honestly, the pad Thai was some of the best I've ever had, and I LOVED the peanut flavor in the curry. We also tried the crab Rangoon, egg rolls, and basil fried rice, all of which were good, but didn't come anywhere close to the amazing flavors of the other dishes. The portions are very generous. An order of pad Thai is easily enough to feed two people, especially when paired with an app. Sweet Basil has definitely shot to the top of our "Asian Favorites" list. read more

I was excited for their opening and kept reading positive reviews online, and news articles raving so I am thrilled that I was finally able to order. Online orders were already full for the evening, so it suggested to call. I called and easily placed an order for 2 things of their Fresh Veggie Spring Rolls. Oh. My. Goodness! These are AMAZING! Some of the best Thai food I've gotten in Wisconsin. As soon as I came in, we were greeted by an employee who gave us a run through of the menu. He was very kind. The inside was also quite nice... a modern look sort of? I don't know how to describe it, but the inside is definitely to cater to younger people. The food was delicious. I got the chicken fried rice, spicy. They made it a level two and I wished I would have gotten it a little more spicy. The only issue I had with the food was that the onion and carrot chops were large and I think they should have been diced or smaller so they could have been in every bite. I also didn't think they put enough egg in the dish, which is one of my favorite parts of fried rice. This place was still in my top three spots for Thai food and I would definitely go back there again to try more of their menu. read more

Our group of three ate here on Saturday night. It's not a huge space. We were able to snag seats at the counter by the window. Order at the counter and then they bring it out to you. I've always gotten take out so far, and NEVER any complaints. It's always so yummy, fresh, and I always have some left overs for another meal the next day. Spring rolls are FIRE, so fresh. This place is very clean as you walk you're greeted by friendly faces. Be sure to order ahead of be ready to wait they make the food when ordered and takes some time. I've had the drunken noodles and mango sticky rice. Everything was so delicious. It was my first time having both but I will definitely be coming back.
