This is literally the whole reason the pharmacy exists! ^^^Also, don't be afraid to ask for a MANAGER . Naturally some employees are nice and some are clueless it just depends! Managers are so tired of being complained to they're just gonna try to resolve your issue if you have a plan! Anyways, I'm about to drive 30 minutes to Van Nuys to get my prescription that they CLAIMED was out of stock indefinitely (for the second time). Still took some effort! At least you're not waiting 2 weeks+ with no answers or calls. Just a 10 minute phone call and a 30 minute drive so success Godspeed!

The pharmacist didn't even say hello to me when I finally got to the window, just looked at me to put my cards in the bin. Go to another Walgreens.

This is my local Walgreens. I'm leaving this review in the hopes corporate sees it and finally does…read moresomething about it. This store is badly mismanaged. The shelves are always empty, and they are always out of stock for the most BASIC necessities like milk, popular beverages, eggs, etc. And it is clearly because they are not paying their bills. This is obvious to anyone who's ever worked in retail. They will have a milk or beverage brand and then suddenly stop carrying it and switch to another brand, until that vendor doesn't get paid, then the shelves are empty till they find another vendor, and then stiff them. Embarrassing! DO BETTER! You are a major chain, and yet the mom and pop store down the road can manage to keep their shelves stocked with milk and eggs. I gave it 2 stars, since the staff is usually super cool and helpful, This is obviously coming from further up the ladder.
