My medication is regularly not ready when I'm told it should be ready, and trying to get an update over the phone is almost impossible because the pharmacy frequently does not answer. When you depend on a pharmacy for medication, you should be able to rely on them to have prescriptions ready when promised or at the very least be able to reach someone by phone to find out what is going on. Having to repeatedly call, wait, and still not get an answer is incredibly frustrating. I understand pharmacies can get busy and delays sometimes happen, but when the same problems keep happening over and over, something needs to change. This location seriously needs to improve its pharmacy staffing, communication, and prescription turnaround times. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you need your medication filled reliably and on time.

So I spent 3.5 hours calling every Walgreens within a practical distance - average wait / hold time 30 minutes each. All told me they could tell me who MAY have the drug I was prescribed but would not call to make certain. I think this is pretty crappy customer service. Not sure if this is a policy but just sucky if you ask me.

Was checking out the other day and enduring the long line (they somehow never have enough cashiers) and spotted a small roach nonchalantly climb aboard the credit card machine. There was a bowl of candy directly next to it no doubt infested. Who knows maybe they're in the CC machine as well? Sure - there is a sad, and complex issue with unhoused individuals in the parking lot. But Walgreens corporate needs to get involved with the city and clean this place up. In Los Angeles, there was an issue regarding the security there . When I walked in , he had told me to put my bag down , which I found odd as they never asked me that before. I needed that bag with me because with laws banning plastic bags now and only allowing paper bags, I like to bring my own heavier duty larger reusable bags. Anyway, I cooperated and placed by bag by him as he instructed. However That wasn't the problem . The problem arised while I was waiting in line for my photo print pick up and noticing that same security guard walking away from my bag to check around store, leaving it vulnerable for theft by others since it is completely out in the open and by the entrance where you walk in or out . And with no other security placed at that spot while he walked away from it , that is a problem . As those bags weren't empty as I had stopped by two stores before stepping into this one. If someone were to steal my bag , it will lead to a big mess on them compensating me as how can I prove to them what was in the bag if it was stolen? They would have to take my word of the cost for it , which they most likely wouldn't , and I could sue the store . Therefore it would be a good idea for them to hire an additional security from preventing that from happening . It's like the store is worried about you stealing , but they don't care if your things get stolen . Which is entirely hypocritical and unprofessional . I had my reasons to put that security guard in his place and call the manager , whose name is Randy , to discuss this . I spoke to him at photo counter. Randy was okay , but the one thing I did not like is when he threatened to ban me from the store since he accused me of being antagonizing and making it a big deal. When my things are left to being vulnerable for theft by others , I reserve the right to complain . I did nothing wrong . That is what managers , corporate , security and Human Resources are for . If anything I'm helping the store from something bad happening of my things getting stolen . They should be thanking me . So for management to say that me is wrong . I'm also contacting corporate to make sure he gets in checked too as well . I then went to the pharmacy section of store to pick up some prescriptions for my mother. While I was waiting in line there and Randy passed me by , I called out to him and talked to him again about the issue . I had asked for the security first name only so I could report him to Human Resources/Corporate . He said he doesn't know it and wouldn't give it to me. Are you kidding me ? He works in your store , you should know . I even did a google search and it says managers should know their name . In case he's telling me the truth, he's fine . After I picked up my mothers prescriptions, I did what Randy told me to do while we were taking at the pharmacy section and get the security's company badge so I can contact them and report him from there. So I approached security at the entrance with my phone , so I could type down the company name which is GSG protective services private security . I did not take any pictures nor did anything else as he didn't take any pictures of me nor do nor say anything else to me , so I was being fair in return. And there's the store cameras always recording both of us anyway and to prove that I'm not lying about anything I'm saying so we're good . I once again talked to Randy at the entrance before leaving so he could give me the contact number for the new security company I just discovered off the security's badge . I then confirmed some stuff from the issue on my phone before leaving . Now I will say this , I'm coming back to this store the day after tomorrow October 2nd 2026 to pick up my mothers other prescription . I need to be welcomed in this store , because if I am not , I am suing for discrimination. As again I did nothing wrong but use my rights to their fullest potential and that is entirely legal . There is no banning . My mother likes this location and I will continue to come here . If I was a problem like the manager tried to make me look like , why hasn't there been any problems with me before ? Again , I have been coming here awhile . So 5879, Check your staff and not me . As Security was mumbling something and laughing to what looked like an AirPod placed in one of his ears. You have 1/5 stars on yelp. Don't try me . If a security guard is going to ask you to place your bags elsewhere, they need to keep watch over them at all times. And that's what I need to see next time I'm there ...

I read some of the good reviews and decided to try this place out.. After going in I did notice the large selection of polishes however the service they provide is more of a priority for me. The lady doing my pedicure completely rushed through it. I have never had a 13 min pedicure in my life. When she was done there was still bits and pieces of cuticle around my toes. It felt like she chopped off the skin in between and left the rest. I kept telling to her to cut all the cuticle off and she kept nodding her head like she's about to do something but wouldn't budge. After telling her about 3 times.. I gave up and just wanted her to leave my feet alone. To top it off there were manicurists from the side telling her to cut and drawing attention to my feet which was so embarrassing.. I guess they could tell from my face expression that I was upset. I will not be returning here.. I also notices a bunch of cut nails and towels left around my pedicure chair that they didn't clean from the previous pedicure.. The whole time I was just praying that my pedi bowl had been cleaned.. I will never know!!~ I bet all the good reviews are written by their friends and family because this place was definitely not worth 1 star let alone 5! read more

I started going to this salon about a year ago. It was close to my house and had good reviews. I got an excellent pedicure. I'm pretty simple. I want my feet to be smooth and my nails to look clean and not chip within two weeks. I got that. But after a few months, the quality of my experience started going downhill. I didn't realize until recently that they were under new management which explains a lot. I kept going in thinking I just had someone rushed, new, or it was just not a great day. That should never be an excuse, but I kept thinking back to those great pedis I got when first going in, so I continued giving it a shot. The past 3-4 times I've gone with an exception of the very last time, have been pretty terrible. Long waits even though I always call ahead, sloppy rushed jobs or even when the time is put it, I'm nicked and it feels more uncomfortable and painful than in any way necessary. My nails also chip within a week. The last time I went, it was dead and the two ladies working on my nails, whose names I unfortunately do not remember, were great. I may give them another shot but unless it is amazing, I won't be going back. read more

I went to do a gel pedicure about 3 weeks ago, I had an ingrown on my toes. The next day one of my toes was red and swelling, I called and went back to clean the left over ingrown, both employees tried to remove it by making so much pain, after a while it still did not heal, I called the place again and complaint what had happen. The manager told me to stop by, when I went, they told me that it's been a long time and I should have gone sooner. I said that I am willing to pay whatever they charge, they both had a terrible attitude and I just left. Will never ever go back. read more

Amazing nail polish selection. The staff is so friendly and helpful. As soon as I arrived, someone helped me take my nail polish off and try on different colors. The prices of services provided keeps going up and up and the quality of the work and the customer service is going in a downward spiral to a fiery hell. It's such a shame. I stopped coming here months ago when Lilit and Juli left and I made the HUGE mistake of coming in today for an emergency mani/pedi. They have only one person here and neither one of us speak each other's language. She doesn't speak English and I don't speak Armenian/Russian. I did not receive anything I asked for since no one else is here to help. I asked for my gel x to be removed so that I can get a fresh new gel manicure. They were not removed. I asked for a specific design. I definitely did not receive said design. Not even close. I asked for a specific color from the color book handed to me for my pedicure only for it not to be available, but I suspect the young lady helping me just couldn't find it tbh. Important to mention that during the pedicure I literally had to levitate my legs in the air because the foot stool wasn't staying when i placed the weight of my foot on it, which made it slide back every two seconds. She tried to hold it with her knees and pushed it back constantly so it would stay in place and stop sliding but yeah obviously that didn't work. I'm not kidding when I say my thighs and lower abs are gonna be sore because of it. She kept putting the blue light machine right on the toes, too, which would mess up the polish. She had to start over several times. You read that right. Start over. Several times. I am the most patient person in the world and this will not matter to me a year from now so I did not make an extra effort to get mad and stop her (as if I could magically start speaking Armenian/Russian anyway). This is by far the worst nail salon experience i've ever had. The young lady was so sweet but she has NO business being here by herself with no help and no way to communicate effectively with clients. To her credit, she attempted to use Google translate but none of it made sense. It was getting completely lost in translation. All in all it took 3 hours to finish my services and it was a disaster every second of it. It then took an additional 15 minutes to make my payment because she was on the phone with the owner (I presume) to get help with accepting my form of payment. Some people just don't deserve a business-- a good business person would not allow this to happen. How is this going to be sustainable in client retention? It just feels like a cash grab for these people, no type of passion for the business aside from money and it shows.

I came in for acrylic nails with an almond shape. I asked her twice if she had experience shaping almond nails (once on the phone, once in person) and each time acted like I had offended her with my question. I made an appointment three days in advance but she still made me wait 20 minutes while she finished up on another person's pedicure. I was not offered any water or coffee. When she finally got to my nails, she absolutely destroyed them with the Dremel tool. You can see how much she tore up my nail beds and cuticles in the pictures. She also filed the edges of my nails for some reason (probably because she had no idea how to shape almond nails) which tore up my fingers some more. I was bleeding in two places with one finger really badly cut (see picture). All of my nails were different lengths and different shapes. I mean, it's so bad that my boyfriend even noticed. And the paint job is terrible. The edges are all crooked and uneven. I went online to buy the exact polish she used so I can re-do them at home, that's how bad it is. Oh, and one nail literally has my blood in the polish because when she put on the top coat she dragged my coagulated blood into the polish (see picture, middle finger). During the manicure she frequently stopped to answer her personal cell phone and would stop to watch the Clippers game. It's by far the worst experience and worst looking nails I've ever had and I've gone to beauty schools to get my nails done before. I wish I hadn't paid for them but my fingers were hurting so bad and I was so mad I just had to get out of here. If you can go anywhere else for your nails, do. It's going to take me at least three weeks to grow them out so someone can fix them. I'm so angry about the whole thing.

She's super detailed and doesn't rush, which you can tell right away. My cuticles look really clean and the shape is exactly how I like it. The gel finish is smooth and lasts well too. I had hard Gel on my nails from my old place. Not chips or cracks! I was asking for my nails to be cut all the way down and hard gel again. Ben was the tech, he used a dremel to grind off what was on my nails and to cut down the length. I first had to keep telling him to go shorter and shorter. He then used the nail file and it still wasn't getting them short enough and they were extremely crooked. I had to point out about 8 of the 10 nails one by one that need to be leveled out. He then did his thing painting them. I got no lotion, no cuticle cutting, no hand message. Just the Dremel, file, paint, light and oil. About 3 hrs later 1 nail chipped. I went back and Rose tried to corrected it. She removed everything off the nail again. Placed some type of liquid hardener, cure it, but did not smooth it out so after it was painted it looked rippled. By that night a 2nd nail cracked, by morning a 3rd nail chipped. I wasn't doing any house work or anything to cause it. By day day 3, I have 3 chipped and 1 cracked nail and that's not mentioning the one they corrected. $50 for Hard Gel and 2 Visit, tipping both visits. Gone! Update: 7 days later my nails are so messed up. I really wanted to possibly go back and give them one more chance but absolutely not!

The shop is clean, spacious, and has a huge selection of nail colors to choose from. I made an appointment and was the first customer of the morning. Everyone greeted me warmly, which made me feel welcome right away. Maggie did my pedicure, and Chloe did my manicure. Maggie was especially kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. Ask for Maggie if you're interested to try this place. I'll definitely be coming back!
