Anyways, I'm about to drive 30 minutes to Van Nuys to get my prescription that they CLAIMED was out of stock indefinitely (for the second time). Still took some effort! The shelves are always empty, and they are always out of stock for the most BASIC necessities like milk, popular beverages, eggs, etc. And it is clearly because they are not paying their bills. This is obvious to anyone who's ever worked in retail. They will have a milk or beverage brand and then suddenly stop carrying it and switch to another brand, until that vendor doesn't get paid, then the shelves are empty till they find another vendor, and then stiff them. Embarrassing! DO BETTER! You are a major chain, and yet the mom and pop store down the road can manage to keep their shelves stocked with milk and eggs. I gave it 2 stars, since the staff is usually super cool and helpful, This is obviously coming from further up the ladder.
