just an update people are still rude. Specially, the pharmacist that I just encountered today she was extremely rude not helpful with attitude - hope she gets fired. read more

Store is clean and pharmacy staff are friendly. This makes up for the variable availability of my prescriptions.

Always fun finding Pokemon Jazwares figures at these middle of nowhere Walgreen locations! Sadly one of the ones we wanted had the paint chipping off really bad so we had to pass on it. But we'll be back to check again in a month I'm sure! The only downside was the lack of workers. We waited quite a bit for the one lady to ring out everyone, there was surprisingly a line that built up and of course people take forever and ask as many questions as possible to hold up the line even longer. Other than that, great location if you're a collector trying to find rare Pokémon jazwares figures! IG: @ammysalamii read more

Walgreens - Pokémon Jazwares Figure IG: @ammysalamii - Drugstores Near Me - Los Angeles, California

This locations cancels ordered instantly every single time. I don't have an issue with any other Walgreens. I can't imagine just this one location has inaccurate stock. Look into your employees here. read more

I'm not convinced that anyone works here. You walk in. There are no employees to help. I waited for 10+ minutes at a register before anyone came to check me out. When someone finally arrived, they give no apologies, were annoyed that they had to do something. This haters EVERY TIME I go in here. CAN YOU JUST HIRE SOMEONE TO STAND AT THE REGISTER? read more

Terrible service . I got skipped in line at pharmacy for someone that works there friend . Pretty gross

we are lucky to have a wallgreens in our neighborhood. The story is clean. The staff is professional. Anyone who complains is too sensitive. read more

Want to say thank you to Chris for making our wedding banner perfect. Took them 3 tries to get it right but every time we thought it was only he said he can do better. Always made sure to give us a call and let us know what is going on. I know for a fact if this was another location the would have cancelled our order. Good looking out bro. You deserve a raise read more

I would give zero stars if I could, as a new customer, I selected this location to receive my prescription medication and my clinic had a hard time with the pharmacy that would not work with them for my prescription, giving them attitude. A couple of weeks prior I myself, experienced this attitude from them as well. Very unprofessional I do not recommend this particular location for prescription drugs. read more

I went in for a Chanukah card. The cashier acted like he had never heard of Chanukah. Then another much bigger guy said "if we have them they will be on aisle 2." I had already looked there, said I have difficulty seeing and could use some help. They both immediately walked away. I looked again and not finding one left without saying another word. read more

I visited Walgreens out of convenience to get some contact solution. It's located across from the Starbucks on Colorado. Navigating the inside was alright, and it was pretty quiet at 11am on a weekend morning. I went to the cashier to pay, and the employees ended up chatting for 3-4 minutes before helping me out. The cashier also made awkward small talk with me, and the best part was leaving. read more

Pharmacist could use some customer service training; quite rude and didnt seem to like their job.

It's a small store. It has its own parking lot, but it's a bit cramped. But it has Great customer service! They are always attentive, helpful, professional & courteous. I've been using online ordering with "curbside" pickup. The staff is always accommodating & pleasant when there's an error with my order or a substitution that's not acceptable. read more

Sergio, who helped me getting a passport photo, was awesome. Super helpful, efficient and friendly. Nice guy.

I bring up a sale item to the cashier... it rings up full price... I tell the cashier this item is on sale.... he's this fat lazy guy with no name tag ... " uuummmmm I'm not sure " ... so then I say "you're not sure and you don't want to go check"... "uuummm I guess so".... I tell him just to remove it. What a lazy piece of garbage. read more

Located at - 2222 Colorado Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90041 United States. Employees were super rude. There was a long line so they took their anger on customers by making them go get the photos then go pay on the front. What is the point of that? Why can't they fully finish a transaction rather then making them go back in line just to pay when they have a register there. 2nd there was no social distancing & no wipes available. Never returning. read more

Pharmacy staff went above and beyond dealing with my RX challenges and were also very kind and friendly. I switched to CVS and it was night and day. The pharmacy staff here is stellar! They are also very respectful of people who are transgender which is lovely. read more

The pharmacy here is really inadequate. More often than not my Rx is not in stock and the automated system always says it will be restocked and ready to fill "tomorrow" when in actuality the Rx inventory is not restocked until the Friday of each week. That is frustrating enough but then I have also experienced on numerous occasions that the Rx inventory is not filled on the Friday of that week or even more annoying, they will call to say the shipment has been delayed until the following Friday and then call again in the afternoon to say that my Rx has actually been filled days prior and is waiting for pickup. They really need to get it together over there. read more

We made an appointment for a Covid test and received a confirmation number. My husband shows up for his appointment time with confirmation number in hand and the woman at the window says they cannot find his appointment. Since they cannot find it, they will not do his Covid test. Terrible system and terrible customer service because they dismissed him without offering any other solution. read more

Damn rude ass workers that work here. Legit latina lady rolled her eyes at me just because I asked her a question where something was at. The. When I went to the register she was so rude. read more

At 10:40 AM on July 9, 2022 I called the pharmacy and was left on hold for 13 minutes (I saw the time elapsed on my phone). When the phone finally rang that insistent ring it does when the system recognizes that someone has been on hold for too long, someone allowed it to ring 20 or so times before hanging up without answering. I then called back and once again my call was not answered. I don't mind being on hold for a while; sometimes things get busy. But outright hanging up on someone is incredibly rude. This is not the first weird interaction I've had with staff at this Walgreen's. It should be noted that some of the staff are lovely; for example, the petite lady with the salt and pepper bob and glasses. But others on staff clearly need increased training (and possibly oversight) on customer interaction. At any rate, I'm headed to Rite Aid. read more

This Walgreens is horrible. When I asked the manager to open the restroom for me he said yes the first time and no one came. I was waiting for about 10-15 minutes. I went out and checked to see where he was and asked him again. He was very rude and told me that they didn't open the door because I kept leaving although I stood outside the bathroom door for a long time. He said he would send someone to open the door so I went back and when I went this other younger guy was going to open the door for me and apparently his manager had told him that the restrooms are now closed and that I wasn't able to use them. I told the man that I would be quick and I've been waiting for a while and really had to go and the same manager told him no and the guy apologized and left. I thought it was very childish what the manger did and if you were just going to waste my time and leave me waiting for nothing I find it very petty. Hated this place and will never come back. read more

This is the worse Walgreens ever! They have ONE shopping cart! When you ask if that's the only one, employees laugh at you as if you are their cart collector . I asked a employee how he's doing ( I think he is store clerk! HOPEFULLY NOT A MANAGER) he didn't answer,, since I do not like talking to myself, so I basically answered myself! When I told him to have a good day, he didn't answer. Terrible customer service ! Just terrible . I'd rather go to rite aid on eagle rock blvd now that they are open again ! If I can give this place NO STARS, I would. read more

The pharmacy staff has always been lovely and helpful. But the register up front is typically a mess (long waits, unprofessional attitude from clerks) so I avoid it. Tonight I bought some baby wipes and paid at the pharmacy when picking up a prescription and a young manager and clerk came into the parking lot and asked me if I was going to pay for my items. "We saw you put stuff in your bag." !!!! I showed them my receipt and they sheepishly (sort of) apologized but I was angry. They did this in front of other people and clearly thought they had caught me shoplifting. The clerk was rolling his eyes at me for getting upset. It was all... really gross. Go somewhere else. That's my strong, strong recommendation. There are plenty of normal pharmacies in Eagle Rock. read more

This pharmacy is actively withholding 2/3 of my rx which is not even for a narcotic or anything. It's a migraine medication. I've had the same rx for TEN YEARS. The minute I transfer to thus location, they claim they can only fill 6 because they're afraid of being audited. I'm at a loss. My insurance said they will cover it, my doctor is the one who wrote it yet the pharmacy is deciding how many migraines I'm allowed to have per month. They also lied originally saying it was my insurance. I'm so confused/in pain. I don't know what to do and all because someone clearly did something shady in the past and got in trouble for it. Now I'm the one suffering for their mistakes. read more

I'm sad to say the manager Juan was incredibly rude to me when trying to make a purchase here tonight. I was waiting in line for quite some time as a woman ahead of me was having trouble returning something. Juan asked me to move to another register to let Sergio ring me up while Juan dealt with her return, but the second register wasn't working so I continued waiting. They then let the gentleman behind me in line go in front of me to the first register and rang him up. I asked Juan why he let the person behind me in line go ahead of me and he seemed flustered and couldn't come up with anything until he finally said it was because the man only had one item.. but I only had a few small items myself.. It's frustrating to have management let people skip ahead of you for no legitimate reason but I get that the issue with the lady making the difficult return was probably frustrating so I would've just moved on and made my purchase if Juan had been polite. Unfortunately he was not. He even told me that he knew I'd be back again regardless of the negative experience... I left without making the purchase and don't plan on coming back :( read more

So upset I've been trying so hard to get the Nightmare before Christmas squishmallows I talked to a worker who said come Saturday around 10-12 they'll be here I came at 9 and waited later they told me they didn't get them and didn't know why he would tel me that but then told me that mini version would be out at 3 and to come back then well I showed up at 3:05 and they had been put out earlier than 3 therefore had been already sold out I'm crushed I tried so hard and all the communication I was given was wrong so I guess they really shouldn't give out information to people if they don't know 100% and a limit on popular items would be nice read more

Don't get your propane tank here at Walgreens Eagle Rock for your BBQ grill , it will take 10 mins for someone to go outside and open the tank gage. This happened to me two out of three, what The F... If you really need to buy a Propane tank here, don't go outside and wait. I go to Walgreens for the convenience and because their prices on some things are cheaper than CVS. Plus they sell these little bags of what they call Sesame Sticks that make a good snack. Anyway, I would have given them 5 stars like most did... if it wasn't for this blonde girl that works here that always looks like she has a stick up her a** all the time. I'm sorry that you're in a bad mood lady, but I'm a normal decent customer and I don't like your attitude! If it was once, I wouldn't care, but this is every single time. Why she still works there, I have no idea. read more

I have been looking everywhere for my family dog Christmas gift( yes my dog gets a gift) and I've been wanting to buy lucky that dog snuggie and it's been sold out at every Walgreen's I've been too, so after some last minute needed Christmas shopping. I forgot they had a Walgreens in eagle rock which is fairly new, so first thing when I walked in was I found a 6ft ( fake ) tree for 50% off, so there is my $10 Christmas tree for the rest of the week since I was such procrastinator to buy a real one this year along with my down to the last minute Christmas shopping I continue on my journey to find Lucky's Christmas gift and down the first row was the dog snuggie in all sizes. I couldn't be more pleased. This Walgreens is a smaller version then my usual Burbank location but it payed off in big ways for me last night. read more

5 stars for the tall gentleman with the long hair and facial hair who often works the register at night. He is always helpful, friendly, and pleasant. A star employee. I'm giving five stars just for home. Give that man a raise. (Worked on 4/16/19 just before close). read more

I was shopping for odds and ends and needed to use the restroom. The restroom manager told me she was way to busy training somebody to leave her post. I mean she couldn't have the restroom manager trainee unlock the bathroom door? So I waited until she finished with a customer and waited and waited and waited. She was a no show and forgot about me ---a good customer who regularly shops at this store. Oh well. I am still going to shop here but maybe somebody from the cooperate office will see this and send a memo "if customer needs to use the bathroom it is ok to have trainee unlock the door while you continue help customer" read more

I'd stopped here a few times previous for a soda or sale Halloween makeup on Nov. 1, but when a prescription I had couldn't be filled by two other pharmacies, I thought I'd try this one. Not only did they have it, but the pharmacist who helped me and signed me up for an account at Walgreens was friendly and helpful. She said give her 15 minutes; it was three. Literally three minutes. Awesome. My biggest issue is that when I received my prescription, I had to print and then sign my full name on a piece of paper with maybe 4-5 dozen other people's names and signatures. I'm unclear on how this is HIPAA-sanctioned, because there was no effort to cover up the other names. It made me really uncomfortable, to be honest, despite the paper having no indication of what medication I picked up; I'm not sure the pharmacist was paying attention, so maybe I could have put a fake name, but...yuck. I left feeling compromised and somehow, vaguely dirty. read more

Do not place photo orders here as their machines are not reliable! I went there yesterday (April 22, 2017) around 8:00 p.m to pick up my prints & they told me the machine had a problem, so there was a line on all my pictures. The guy who worked there said this politely & called the manager. I explained that this was very inconvenient as I had placed this order as a gift for our out of town guest who was leaving early the next day. I have been a customer for over ten years & I explained I wasn't going to use the cards given they had a defect, so I would probably have to do it again & mail it to my guest (bummer) later, but I wanted to keep them anyway in case I changed my mind & could work something out. Keep in mind we're talking about an order under $3! The cheap manager wouldn't let me keep it for free as a way to make it up and they instead suggested I go to another Walgreens & place my order again!!! Umm, no thanks. That's what you could've done before I came to pick it up & I can't trust this facility with my pictures again. She didn't budge, which showed her lack of experience in customer service/satisfaction & I didn't want to support a business that ruins the customer's product & still makes them pay for it (even discounted is not OK). I didn't take the photos and instead of having to shred them at home myself, I left it for them to shred. Disappointing and such a waste of time! The good thing is that from now on I know where to go: Shutterfly! Walgreens you've lost a long term customer & possibly many more with this review for $3. read more
