Shopping in Pasadena, California... Postcards are like a rarity these days. I couldn't find any at CVS, so I tried this Walgreens. At least at CVS, there were souvenirs such as magnets, towels, and stickers. Here at Walgreens, there seemed to be nothing except gear from Pasadena Bulldogs. I asked a worker - and she said, "Aisle 30". However, there is no Aisle 30. Maybe she was blowing me off? I felt like she sent me on a wild goose chase. Thanks. Not. I stood a while in a quiet corner and wrote a Yelp review (not this one) because the AC was better than the AC at CVS. LOL Bye-bye for now! read more

Left me hanging on the phone when I wanted to know if a certain product was in store. He said he'd have a worker go look, waited until the phone went to auto redial for him to pick up. I told him someone is supposed to be looking for an item and he says, " oh oh yes sorry but it's not in stock ". Really? Just left me hanging on the phone. Horrible neighbors! They blast non stop annoying security announcements and anti homeless music 24/7. Neighbors complaining doesn't make a difference. Hardly ever care to leave a review especially for something as simple as a walgreens but this is insane. This pharmacy is incredibly frustrating. Over 2 hours for a prescription refill to be completed and you are still asked to wait a half hour for your medication to be processed once you get to the window. Sometimes you'll still run into an issue after all of that. if your medication is available anywhere else, go THERE instead. read more

Running scams on customers, the manager (female) is cool with selling empty bottles and products. Anything that's light will be empty, so for example a single pill package or things of that nature. By this logic they may also be sullying other products. I was sold an empty box that would've contained one pill (so, light) and it cost $25. The cashier admitted to selling me the empty bill bottle (as is evident in security footage, 10/4 6:49pm) so I'll be pursuing this with small claims. If this were a mom and pop I'd just take the loss and move on, it's just $25, but it's the principle of the matter. Absolutely criminal greedy behavior. read more

This pharmacy is the BEST. I contacted Covid and needed to fill a RX for Paxlovid. It was sent to CVS but they were completely out of the medication. I called the Walgreens pharmacy shortly before closing time. They not only transferred my RX immediately but made sure I had it in my hands before closing time so I wouldn't have to go the weekend without it. Thank you, Walgreens pharmacy. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. I had my doctor's office order a prescription from here, because I live a few blocks away. I stopped in after work and there was a long line and one person at the counter. When it was my turn, I was told my prescription wasn't ready. "My doctor's office called it in 5 hours ago," I said. "I'm sorry, we have been backed up all day. I'll be right back." He came back and told me that my order would be ready in 5 minutes. I asked if it would *really* be 5 minutes because I saw a lot of other customers waiting around. He looked confused and went to ask again. I was being picked up for a date in 20 minutes and was anxious about time, so I decided to come back the next day. "Good idea,"muttered some visibly annoyed ladies after I said I'd have to come back. It was obvious that everyone was waiting way more than 5 minutes. I came back the next day, only to find the pharmacy window closed with a sign indicating that they had just closed for their TWO HOUR lunch break. Is that one of the rewards of going to pharm school? Why couldn't they stagger lunch breaks to be able to provide service? I had a limited window to run errands, so I'd have to get my order the next Monday. Hopefully. I just feel bad for people who need orders more urgently, for life-threatening issues. They probably go somewhere else if they're still with us. Order prescriptions anywhere else! read more

I go to this store with my mom pretty often to get some supplies and notice some workers not being helpful at all they just talking and one of them extremely care with customers. The store not bad pretty organized and we always get the stuffs we wanted. Speaking of customer service, linda I believe was so helpful, we didn't ask her help but she noticed that my mom was looking some vitamins and she offered the help. We also need to pick up some medications at pharmacy and the line was so long and the same lady Linda went inside the pharmacy help to check out some customers. It just I think cvs has better selections rather than walgreens when it comes to make up and beauty read more

My brother and I went to the pharmacy for our Covid-19 vaccines. The first time went okay. Now, where do I begin when it was time for the second vaccine? Mr. rude guy asked me what we were waiting for. Hmmm, well, the sign Walgreens had there clearly read for Covid vaccines - which was the line we were in, mind you. He says something like, 'Oh, that's going to take a while.' Then helps everyone in the prescription line. Sigh. Finally, when we're waited on, our names weren't on the list. I had made the mistake of scheduling the vaccine for the 310 S. Lake store. Now, Mr. rude was happy then to point out that we were in the wrong store. Yet every other minute, Walgreens' recording was happily repeating over and over how "no appointment is necessary for the Covid vaccine." I checked my email and, whadda-ya-know, the 1st vaccine was scheduled for the 310 address too, yet our names WERE on the list for the 670 N Lake store. I've been in this store before and my experience was just as bitter as this last time (pun intended). Also, the girl at the check out counter gives rude and cold a bad name. read more

I had an 6 hour major back surgery. The Pharmacist named Kim is a extremely unprofessional person. I tried in the past to fill my prescription and was rejected because Ms. Kim indicated that she had to do some research on my surgery in order for me to get my pain medication. I found this to be unethical because she's doubting my surgeon. I decided to go to a different pharmacy. Recently my Pain Management doctor indicated that he only uses Walgreens. It's been a couple of years since I have dealt with Ms. Kim. This narcissist did the same thing also told me that I could not get my script filled there. I had to go to another Walgreens to get my medication. I totally feel that this woman needs to be reprehended of her actions towards people of whom she wants to judge that should not be able to acquire their medication. I totally percent feel that she is a racist based on what I have seen in regards to other customer relationships that I have witnessed. My ethnicity is not important, what's important her honoring her oath that she took at the California State Board of Pharmacy. read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. Terrible place to get your disposable cameras developed. I brought my camera in on august 4th and they told me it would take about a week and a half to get the photos developed. I called about a week later and the photos weren't ready. I wasn't too angry at this point but when I called back 2 weeks later and then 3 weeks later and they still weren't there I was angry. Now it has been more than 4 weeks and the photos are not ready yet. Terrible. You just lost a customer. read more

I had a confirmation email for her to work off with and she simply could not go out of her way to be bother and look for my order because she claims my cell and last name did not match. I was sent to Walgreens from CVS because they looked up a product that Walgreens had IN STOCK! 1) I walked around the store in every aisle six times and never found the product anywhere. 2) there are about three people on the floor working in pricing things and when I came back around to find them they had all disappeared. There was only one person in the pharmacy and one cashier and I was a long line of at least five or six people at that point. So basically there was NO ONE TO ASK FOR ANY HELP!!! I ended up going home and ordering it from Amazon Prime! This place is LIMITED, small and good luck finding someone to answer your questions. read more

There is nothing special about this Walgreens and to be honest its not even worth a review. Ive been to some fantabulous Walgreens in my past, where the store was clean, staff was friendly, and service was prompt. This however has none of the above. Its mediocre in all aspect. Never met a rude nor nice cashier. Never saw it clean nor was it dirty, and the service is slow considering no one else is ever in here when I come. I just come here when I have coupons, I like the CVS N of this place a lot better. I believe its cheaper with a lot more selection. read more

I avoid this Walgreens as much as possible. I've been there three or four times and every time has been unpleasant. Not always the management's fault, but always unpleasant. I've been followed around the store by someone who kept getting too close to my purse. I've had cold encounters with unhelpful employees. My experience with this Walgreens has mostly been with the photo department. I created our annual holiday cards on Snapfish.com and had the option to pick them up at a local Walgreen's Drugstore, so I chose this one. This store is still quite new to the area and generally seems to be well stocked though prices on most items seem a bit high, and can be beat at a larger discount chain like Target. As well, the parking lot is a bit awkward in terms of not being able to easily maneuver in the L-shaped lot to snag a spot, but once you're parked, you're in. Still, for near-instant gratification, If you don't want to wait for Snapfish to send your prints via snail mail, and you want to avoid a shipping fee, order your prints on-line and pick them up here. The service is convenient and there is no extra charge. read more

I just spent a a total of 40 minutes on hold (total because it was the 3rd call - first two time spent 10-15 min on hold before the phone system hung up on me) and finally talked to someone who informed me that they will not be able to get my prescription ready in the two hours before they close. Were this an isolated incident I wouldn't be writing this, but this is consistent with every experience I've had at this location. I get it, you're chronically understaffed, maybe the manager doesn't give a shit and would rather piss off his customers than pay to have a couple of extra hands behind the counter. I don't know what the problem is. BUT - if you're going to hang up on me, just do it! Don't leave me on hold for 10 min and THEN hang up on me. read more

My review is based on the false advertising Walgreens promotes. They send coupons advertising .09 cent prints but when you go to the store they tell you it's only applicable for online orders. When I looked at the fine print of the coupon, it does not mention anything about the offer being applicable to online orders only. No price match, no adjustment just a, "We can't." read more
