The staff at this location were incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful when I came to drop off some AT&T internet equipment for shipping at the FedEx office inside this Walgreens. AT&T quite clearly said I could go to any FedEx location, including the one at this location. I went, and the staff said I couldn't. I then asked where else, and they refused to answer the question. I raised the fact that AT&T said they had a contract with them saying I could do this, and the staff just stared at my blankly and asked me to move on. I was planning to buy some supplements while I was there, but decided I should go somewhere else for that. I then called AT&T back and they said the Walgreens/FedEx staff was incorrect about this and, surprise, I still had to abide by the ten day deadline to ship my equipment out. I also tried asking other store staff which other location I could go to, and they all refused to answer

She thought that I meant gift cards... Nope... She asked another staff who said that they don't have any. I guess I need to go to a more touristy location... LOL! I do appreciate the free parking, sale items, and loyalty program. After purchasing a few gifts and using my monetary rewards at the self-service kiosk, i received a long printout of coupons. It's currently 2:10pm, they were supposed to be open at 2 o'clock yet they have the curtain shade down over the window so you can't even see inside or ask anyone for help in the drive-through pharmacy. There is a seven car line already built up as everyone has been here since before 2 PM waiting for the pharmacy to open back up after their late lunch. Currently have been waiting for over 10 minutes after their opening time with a screaming baby in the car. Not the first time with this issue, it's often. Truly terrible. Came back and the person at the window did not want to do his job or help at all. I think his name is Adan. He first said my prescription for a very generic, routine medication would be $183 because insurance won't cover it. That couldn't be possible so I questioned him. Turns out they didn't have my insurance on file, not sure why that wasn't mentioned first. So I gave the insurance card. Was told it was inactive, which also isn't possible because it is active and my husband used it for the same medication earlier in the week. He tried to turn me away or make me pay out of pocket. To which I said no, you need to contact the insurance and provide service. He said "you need to call", to which I very politely asked "isn't that your job?" I am a nurse myself, it is part of their job. If I go home and call and the come back, it's the same thing as my just telling them the insurance is active and them ignoring me. It's not the same as them calling insurance and verifying so they can render services. Which is what they are supposed to do. Anyways the worker told me to get out of line and get back into it again, wait through 8 cars of other people being serviced first, instead of finishing my transaction. I questioned this, so he finally agreed to have me pull over. After 8 ppl being serviced while I waited I walked up to the window where he told me he never called. The male pharmacist with glasses gave me the same runaround. I had to wait through 6 lines with a screaming baby to get help. I went inside, didn't tell them what was going on and just said trying to fill a prescription as a test. Finally Minlan provided incredible service, called the insurance without me even asking, and solved the whole issue in less than 5 mins. After my spending an hour there due to no other staff wanting to do their jobs. No one should have to wait in 6 lines, with a crying and screaming baby, being constantly shrugged off, while staff refuses do their jobs. I am transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy immediately. No wonder they have SO MANY people working inside, it's because no one is actually doing their jobs. This is the LAZIEST staff I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I plan on filing a complaint.

Once you're ready to pay, they'll pretty much not even acknowledge you. Shelves are very messy most of the time making it so difficult to find what you are looking for. When I call on the phone, she ALWAYS recognizes my voice, and will always prepare my meds in a timely manner. She knows her job with her professional experience and her knowledge that her highly skills and educational background from A to Z, where she's capable of catching ANY drug interaction that may occur from time to time. Angie has any question and every heath issue that you may always ask, where you'll always get an honest opinion only at her facility. Many times she caught some little issues between one medicine to another, and she was immediately alerted me, or NOTIFIED my doctor to switch from or to a different med. Thank you Angie!!!

She was speaking very fast and when I tried to ask her to slow down she continued to talk over me and even faster. It was like trying to communicate with a 16 year old girl. This has never happened to me at a pharmacy ever. It was as if she was only telling me the instructions because she had to. After she finished she told me everything she said was on the bottle. She also never iterated that I should spread out the two pills I'd be taking daily. I proceeded to read the instructions but still managed to take the medication wrong. I believe it was because of this incident. This was unprofessional as we are talking about medication here. I then called to ask if how I took the medication was ok and I know I the call was answered by the same woman doctor. She had no answer for me and again was rushing the conversation. Rather that she needed to call my doctor? This has never happened to me before. I believe a Pharmacist doctor should know the answer to these kinds of simple questions. She told me she would need to call my doctor and call me back. She did call back with decent news which was great. My only advise here is no matter how busy somewhere gets that the pharmacists take their job more seriously and take time in explaining how medication should be consumed properly. Also, it is unhealthy for her to be moving or talking that fast. No one should have to receive their medication this way!

There was no line, so the store associate took his photo and uploaded it to their system. After, we inquired about the free digital copy (which was advertised on the Walgreens website as well as on the signage in store), the associate said they had never heard about it. He eventually reached out to a coworker who confirmed that the free digital copy was in fact a valid offer. Once my friend paid for his photos, he checked his email as the photos are supposed to be emailed upon purchase. Unfortunately they were never delivered, so we asked the store associate if there is anything he could do. He did little to look for alternatives and simply stated that it was not possible to get into the system to resend. The printed photos weren't the best quality (the background appeared a bit gray) so even when uploaded to the passport site, the photo was disapproved. If you are looking to get new passport photos, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

So I ended up paying the full amount. I scanned my digital card at the self kiosk and it didnt go through. I checked the number that was associated with the membership and it was the same. Im not sure why it didnt go through. It is very annoying when I can't get my discounts for a membership that I paid for. The pharmacy is always busy, but theyre nice and will help when they can.

Told us to come back for my brother, which we did, and came back. Arrived at the window with no acknowledgement from the pharmacy tech who was standing by the window and gossiping with her coworker. We could hear her talking thru the mic talking crap about someone until I said hello. I had to get her attention and ask her if his prescription was ready. ***This review is for the Pharmacy only***…read more My Mom needed to have one of her prescriptions refilled. I happened to be driving by this Rite Aid in Rosemead yesterday. I stopped and we walked in to see if we could get it refilled. Well, we were informed by the pharmacist that in order to get a prescription refilled, the prescription needs to be transferred over from the current pharmacy to the new pharmacy. Unfortunately, the current pharmacy was already closed for the day so we'll have to try again next time. Pharmacist was okay. Not the smiley type though. Hey, we're not here to make friends. We just need to get our medications and that is what matters LOL. However, a friendly smile can lift up someone's spirits any time of the day... do try to put it in your daily practice... it will make your heart sing and make someone's day!
