They even called me once to check in on me. Their app is simple to use too. They hold your credit card on file so it makes the checkout process easier. Came here twice to do passport photos and both times it was a quick and efficient experience. They offer both physical photo and can also email it to you. If there is no other people waiting you are usually in and out within 30 minutes with no appointment needed. read more

I really hate writing reviews. I don't have time for this. But I do it when I've tried to resolve an issue every other way that I can think of and I'm just not getting anywhere. The staff at this location were incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful when I came to drop off some AT&T internet equipment for shipping at the FedEx office inside this Walgreens. AT&T quite clearly said I could go to any FedEx location, including the one at this location. I went, and the staff said I couldn't. I then asked where else, and they refused to answer the question. I raised the fact that AT&T said they had a contract with them saying I could do this, and the staff just stared at my blankly and asked me to move on. I was planning to buy some supplements while I was there, but decided I should go somewhere else for that. I then called AT&T back and they said the Walgreens/FedEx staff was incorrect about this and, surprise, I still had to abide by the ten day deadline to ship my equipment out. Funny staff is nice and helpful but you only have 2 1/2 stars. I believe the person replying to this the manager that was no help and just said BYE!! Oh and my card didn't decline at the other Walgreens in Pasadena. I was making a cash deposit to my account. Get it right! Your clerk didn't even know how much a customer can deposit.. the manager had to yell it out across the store. Laughable FYI apparently your memory is bad as well for a college professor. COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my meds from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big with lots of parking spots for you to choose from. The lot never gets full. Staff: The establishment is very clean, neat, and tidy. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They accept both cash and credit cards. I just witnessed the most horrible behavior from a young woman who felt she was above following store policy (was asked for ID with digital pay option). However, this cashier by the name of Cristien handled the matter very well even after this lady threw the frame at her twice after cussing her out when she was unable to get her way. This cashier deserves a raise and / or a promotion for putting up with such ignorance. It's a shame how people are unable to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner while in public. read more

I went into Walgreens this morning. First, I'd like to say how happy I was to find out that they changed their hours and now open at 7 AM. Secondly, the young man at the register, Michael, greeted everyone as they walked in the store with a big smile and a welcome. Such a nice change. I last visited this store on Tues, Dec 7th for an order pick up. I placed an online pick up order late afternoon on Monday and was quickly contacted that my order was ready for pickup. Everything was going smoothly, I got an email for me to check in and input an estimated time that I was going to arrive in the store. When I arrived and parked outside the store, I got a text stating that my order was picked up. I low-key panicked because I was like OHH shoot, someone stole my pick up order (ya girl just wanted her candy for her gingerbread house lolol). So I hurriedly went straight to the Photo Counter for my order as instructed by the emails. I waited in line with around 3 or so people in front of me. By the time it got to me, the staff member told me that my order was at the front Register. I was a little peeved because I was instructed with wrong directions and had to wait in another line (meanwhile still panicking inside about my picked up order). So I went to the other line and waited again. This staff member was confused about my order. Apparently the lady who worked before him (and who had just gone on break) had scanned out my items and he was confused as to where my bag was. I really didn't appreciate my order being marked as picked up before I even arrived to the store. The store needs to better handle this so they don't confuse customers (and make us panic for our stolen candy LOL). Also, I'm not sure if this is just an online Walgreens corporation kind of thing, but please give the correct pick up instructions. If it's stated that the order will be at the Photo Counter, please have it there and vice versa. Overall, not a pleasant experience. May come back for the convenience of location but not looking forward to that later on. read more

I felt compelled to write this review because for such a short interaction this place left a rotten impression on me. My family and I walked in and didn't receive a greeting but noticed that the customer who came in immediately after us received a warm welcome. Okay, I think the woman wasn't ready to greet us. Not a big deal. We only needed to pick up some photos. We walk to the photo desk and wait a couple of minutes for somebody to help us. Eventually, the same woman who neglected to welcome us in and had warmly welcomed another customer asks what we need brusquely and after we tell her we are picking up photos she just says we have to pick them up at the front with her. We go to pay, and she throws them on the counter at us. She is really giving a bad vibe like she doesn't wasn't us to be there nor does she want to help us. It's very strange. I'm confused, really don't know why she was behaving that way toward us. In the end, we didn't even receive all the photos we ordered to be printed. They missed printing a couple of pictures for us that we needed for my baby's first family photo album. So we will need to go get those printed again, preferably elsewhere. Such a shame since this was the closest printing service to us. read more

I have been using Walgreens photo for 1 hour items and have had no problems at this location for the past 6 years. I've ordered Christmas Photo cards, poster enlargements, and even custom wooden photo. All of the print out I have sent to Walgreens.com come out beautiful. They also have a status of your order online so you know when it is ready to be picked up and you also receive email notification. Lazy employees do not respect customers' time. I went for pick up photo orders and had received pick up email about 8 hrs ago already. There was two ladies at one check out counter. I asked 2nd lady I'm here for photo pick-up and she said I have to wait for 1st lady. Finally, 1st lady checked their shelf but couldn't find mine. Then she commanded me to set aside and wait until she's available. I waited patiently even though I had waited in line and have to waited again after my turn. The lady murmured something like go to check with the 2nd lady, then I went to the 2nd one who moved to Photo printing area (?). The 2nd one couldn't locate my photo either. She told me they don't have my order and I showed her pick up ready email again. She found the photo at last ON THE FLOOR which was fallen from photo printer. She even didn't bother to give me the photo in a cardboard envelope. I was at loss of word. Definitely Lacking of responsibility and customer service. read more

This review is mainly for the pharmacy. I scheduled my booster shot here. My appointment was at 2pm. I came around 1:50pm to check in. The appointment document said I would probably be here for an hour. The pharmacist progressed my appointment by 1:58pm and asked me to take seat and wait. There were 3 others sitting and waiting for their shots so there were no other seats. But they were nicely spaced at least. So I just hung out in the aisle and waited. About 8 minutes later, one of the pharmacist hands you a document to sign. She stated that it would take another 15 minutes because they needed to make the vial? I'm assuming reconstitute it. After receiving the shot, they ask that you wait for 15 minutes before leaving. I ended up leaving at 2:30pm. So it was pretty accurate to say you would spend about an hour here. They give me a $5 off $20 coupon after the shot but I couldn't find anything I truly needed. I also wanted to get some mouthwash but noticed their stock was very little and didn't have the ACT brand I was looking for. So I guess I'll head to target instead. Overall, not a bad experience with getting shots here. Just wish they had more supplies for items on their shelf. read more

I also got my Covid booster shot at their pharmacy once, and everything went smoothly without any issues. Today, I stopped by to get a propane tank. It turns out I couldn't bring it inside, and the staff informed me to leave it outside while I paid for it indoors. The whole thing took about 3 minutes. The place looks tidy and organized, and I'm a bit surprised it's not busier. One night, I noticed a taco vendor on the corner of the street. The food was on the pricier side (but I think there is a street taco inflation at the moment ), and while it was okay, it wasn't anything to write home about. read more

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. I always wait at least 30 mins to pick up a prescription even when there's just one person in line ahead of me. Not to mention they are always saying they didn't receive prescriptions from the doctor. Causing my doctor to have to fax it in multiple times every single time I have a prescription. About two years ago, I switched from CVS to Walgreens and it was the best decision ever! Parking: Spacious lot. Drive-thru Pharmacy: Yes, definitely convenient! Flu-shots available? Yes, and the wait time is less than 10 minutes. Thanks to my new job's prescription insurance, CVS wasn't able to supply 90 days count on certain medications. Therefore, I ended up dropping CVS and selecting Walgreens as my new primary pharmacy. Since switching to Walgreens, all of my medications are refilled on time as promised. Their text notifications are spot on and lets me know which medications are ready for pickup and/or the pending status. Also, a quick call to and/or refilling my medications on my Walgreens account was super simple and quick! Previously at CVS, certain medications weren't available, and it was frustrating getting their text notifications only to find out (upon arrival), it wasn't prepared yet or even in stocked, grrr! Lastly, the pharmacists and pharmacy techs here are pretty nice and efficient. As for the store itself, some items are definitely pricer than CVS, but in stock (unless we're talking about toilet paper or sanitizers amidst COVID-19). The store is clean and well-lit. The staff here are nice as well. Overall, I'm definitely happy with this Walgreens location and will continue my patronage here. Super disappointed with the customer service and the tone of voice i got from both female pharmacists today. They lack manners and empathy for the customers. One of the pharmacists is a liar! I called in right after my doctor sent over the prescription, and they confirmed they have received it and would be ready to pick up at 5pm. I arrived after 5, they told me they haven't received the prescription. I immediately called my doctor. My doctor said the prescription was sent at 4:20. One pharmacist searched for a while and said they just got it. I asked if they were able to accelerate my order. They refused my request and let me came back one hour later. It's not reasonable for customers to have a second run for your mistake. If I didn't give a call at first, I wouldn't leave this review. You'd better to rethink how should you treat customers and why you made this mistake. read more

I booked a booster appointment today for my child last week, we arrived there 5 minutes before appointment time, were asked to be wait though no people in front of us. We waited since we had time. About 6-8 minutes later an Asian female pharmacist came to us and said without any smile that she tried to call my cell phone this morning but I didn't answer, she wanted to inform me that this location didn't have any children booster available though I made appointment successfully on Walgreen official website. I was completely shocked and showed her my cell phone that I didn't get any calls this morning, even this noon: "You even can check my phone and see if there was any missed calls please". She refused to check and even didn't look at my phone(I felt she was trying to avoid eye contact with me). I asked her to call me now to check if it's the right number: and my phone rings... obviously she didn't call me at all, and when we came for booster on time, she was thinking about how to ask us to leave. We have been going to this corner store for years but now unfortunately do not feel right going there anymore. My husband brought me a Christmas gift card from this Walgreens and I tried to redeem the card via my phone. error showed .. card invalid.... My husband kept the receipt and proof of purchase. Took the invalid gift card back to Walgreens. Walgreens had invalidated alot of their gift cards BUT left them on the shelves . My husband tried to resolve the problem on the phone .. spending 3 hrs and driving back and forth. No good results since he paid cash there is no leverage. Walgreens and Apple blame each other and in the meantime my husband is OUT $100. Something that was supposed to be a caring loving Christmas gift -became a miserable nightmare and a LOST of $100. Really really sad to be taken advantage of from 2 BIG companies. Seems this is the case today for hard working consumers. Please BEWARE the next time you get a GIFT CARD from Walgreens. I see why this place has low ratings I had some issues with Kayla in pharmacy I came up here when the manager Martin was here and he explained to me that she was new but nonetheless; I tried to get my medicine and I told her my name and DOB and she asked for my address and I said I moved so much which one do you want and she said " you don't know your address ? I'm not about to click on someone else's profile if it's not yours" I'm like Lady, tell me the city and I can give you an address she said " your gonna have to call the other Walgreens because I don't know what your trying to do but I'm not about to keep searching profiles " umm WTF? If you're going there for covid drive-thru testing, I highly recommend you go someplace else. I agree with the review by Faeo W....the pharmacy people hate their job and life. They are super rude. The results take forever to come in. She dropped my vial on the floor when handing it to me and it fell in a puddle and she just stared at me. I suggest you go to Rite-Aid instead. They are super easy and I have never had any issues with them at all. I still haven't gotten my results for Walgreens and when I log into the portal, it says my specimen wasn't receive. Came into the Pharmacy looking to get my influenza vaccination done and as I was asking the girl who was helping me, another pharmacist interrupted and said rudely with attitude, "the flu or covid vaccine? you still haven't gotten your flu shot?" And I responded that I needed to get it renewed for school which she ignored and proceeded to ask me the protocol questions as she wasn't even looking at my direction. When I didn't understand what she said, she repeated it with attitude as well. Then, the girl who originally was the one helping me ended up telling me I did not quality for their requirements as I have a different health insurance brand than what they accept and as I was leaving, I heard the pharmacist that gave me attitude laugh...I don't understand what was funny and I did not appreciate the fact that she was so unprofessional about a customer looking to get vaccinated.
