I came here today and the worker was absolutely unprofessional, rude and dishonest. The deal for three Celsius was 3 for $6 and he had no words to say to me at all and as you can see on this receipt, he tried to charge me nine dollars. He was waiting for me to pay, and he said the words "try again" I knew that something was weird about this guy as he was on his phone the whole time and texting until he finished texting then he looked up to serve me. It wasn't until I told him " that there was not 3 for 6?" Then he gave the right price. He also said to me to put in my phone number, in which I did not because this place is already suspicious. Buyer beware as these people here are not honest . This is the first time I encounter this at this location. I want to say more, but I will save my energy. read more

7-Eleven - BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL TRY TO TRICK YOU - Convenience Stores Near Me - San Gabriel, California

Make sure they're giving you the right cigarettes. After I paid I looked and he gave me the wrong cigarettes. Told him I said lights, not reds, and he refused to exchange them for the correct ones. I normally come here to buy but will not be coming any more. I'd rather travel farther than support this particular store. It's not like I left or anyone was behind me. Worst customer service. read more

Tbh it isn't so bad, the cashiers mind their business and do their job! . Though sometimes there is like sketchy people coming but yk what can people do ‍ The place is somewhat clean, it's a 7-11 what do people expect. The food is okay, not so bad but not amazing read more

HORRIBLE, they clearly state they are 24/7, I show up after a long shift at work and just need a couple items, doors are locked and the cashier looks at me and ignores me, he was restocking shelves so i gave him sometime. He looked at me a second time and still didn't open the door. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE read more

The guys are funny here. They are bit rude during graveyard shift(11PM-4:30AM), but they have good to go snacks and drinks. "Slurpees" are always good here. Good variety of coffee. Just remember everything costs more at all 7-Elevens. Open 24 hours. No restrooms. The man says they stop serving alcohol from 2AM-6AM. read more

7-Eleven - After a nice night Lyft ing people around. - Convenience Stores Near Me - San Gabriel, California

The cashier lady is very rude. I came by for coffee and she bugged me because I threw an used cup away. After I left the store, I found out she forgot to give me my receipt! I called and asked, also I told her she should give the receipt to customers every time. She said they are not giving out receipts unless a customer asked?? I was like what kind of stores will do this way nowadays? Whether big stores like Target and Walmart, to little convenience shops always give receipts! The cashiers are so rude and lazy. read more

7-Eleven - Convenience Stores Near Me - San Gabriel, California

Bad cashier , left me there waiting to pay. I had to say I'm late for work she said so everybody goes to work I'm at work. Well I'm not going there again she's so rude and made me late to work not worth it . She acts like a man and she's so rude. I bought my own coffee I don't need this, I guess they make a lot of money. To be rude and careless for customers . Plus it's so pricey I'm saving a lot of money now. Thank you for being rude you're not getting my money and waste my time. I switch to AM PM for emergencies. read more

Terrible service. Literally worst ever. Had to ask the employees who were talking in a group if they could help me...

This is the closest 7-11 to where I work but I rarely go here because the side of the street that it is on makes it hard to access during my commute. This location has good service. I have had a few situations where they were out of cups or needed a hotdog and employees came out right away to help me. Unfortunately, this location does not carry Italian Recipe Gaurettos snack mix. read more

For the past few years, I've always gotten milk "Dairy Pure" from this place along with some slurpees for my little brother or myself. The store sometimes gets dirty and the floors are sometimes sticky. Sometimes when it's time to restock their supplies, the drinks, cans, etc, are dented and it leaks towards the other products. It's decently spacious but still kinda small compared to other 7-Elevens. The workers are friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. read more

It's a small 7-Eleven, but it does the job. I usually go in for big bottles of water... pretty consistent stuff. The parking lot is not convenient, but it's right on the corner of Broadway and San Gabriel, so the location itself is okay. It's usually not packed, but somehow there are always more cars parked in the lot there than there are people in the store. Once I drove in while a huge delivery truck was blocking most of the spaces. Not easy to maneuver around. read more

Convenient but don't buy your milk from here! It may seem so petty, but their quart of milk costs more than a gallon does at CVS or the regular grocery store. Just drive a couple blocks up to CVS if you want morning groceries. As for drinks, the selection is really limited. If you want something basic then some here, otherwise don't bother. Oh and for all you blueberry coffee lovers, they don't have it here. read more

I buy 2 pack cigarette cashier charge me $14 someting. I never buy cigarette for that price any 7 eleven in los angeles. I thing he want robber money from costumer. Better dont buy anyting in this store any more. read more

It's 7-11, not much to review. It's a convenience store with all the drinks and snacks you need. The parking lot situation is complicated and inconvenient though. There is an entrance on Broadway and on San Gabriel Blvd, but it's so hard to get out. The lot is kinda small, and if you're needing to exit on the Broadway side.. good luck! It's pretty hard to turn left, and right actually, from there. There is just always alot of car traffic on that side. The best place to exit is probably from the San Gabriel Blvd side. read more

Horrible lady in there I went into the store just to exchange my drink for a cold or one and she would not even allow it. How silly is it to not be convenient when you're a convenience store. I bought another 7-Eleven and I just happen to be driving so much that day. Of course she followed me around the store just to make sure that I didn't exchange it so sad read more

I have never received such bad quick buy experience! I know buying a cock during 2am at 7-11 is not something a cashier should care that much thing. However!!! I don't know if he is from India or where, since I walked in store, he was talking with his headphone all the time. And ignore me when I wanted to check out!! Even worst!! I give him a $20, then he gave me $5 and some coins.. Bro!! I just bought a bottle of coke. Can't you do kindergarten math or what? And I told him it's wrong, he gave me another $5 addition and still busy with his personal cellphone. None stop talking to whoever on the other side of his phone in his own language!! I told him again, the change still short. He open the POS gave me another $5 and show me annoying face like he's about to kick me out. Whoever is the manager, do something!! for God sack. I'm not anti him talking on the phone at the overnight shift. But at least do a simple transaction right ok? read more

They have the $1 Big Gulp Deal going on now for the summer. They have good and friendly service, and lots of prepaid cards.

This 7-11 is ok. The only perk is open 24 hours and within walking distance from my house so great for when I'm craving something at 1am. They also run specials on 2 liters sodas and snacks that seem to go on for months. Like 2 for $3 on pepsi 2 liters. read more

Whenever I needed something, this was the place to go. Even if it's already midnight, I was always able to grab a late night snack or grab a chaser to my liquor. chips and candies, they got it. Papers, they got it. Drinks, they got it. Scratchers, they got it. There is two 7-11's around my area which is this one and the one on Garvey. I prefer this one however because they have Piña colada slurpees which is my ABSOLUTE favorite. This will always be my go-to convenient store. There's a cashier there that's always nice, his name is Buddha. He's funny and everytime I go their to grab something, he remembers me and tells me 'have fun'! read more

Very poor service. I called the store to ask if they had the free slurpee and the person that answered said yes til 7 so I took my lids diwn there and when we got there they were out of cups and took us 3 minutes to get there and I told the manager I just got off the phone with you and he said I called the wrong 7/11 I told him no I didn't so I read the number to him and he said it was wrong so I walk out and called again then walked back in while he was on the phone and ask him why lied and got no response how is that for service . read more

Watch out where you park, two weeks ago my friends and I bought more than hundred dollars of the scratches at the convenient store after spending 30 minutes to scratch all ticket. We lost all but gain ONE ticket, THE PARKING TICKET from the boss who checking the camera far away from the place. Maybe convenience for you, but also convenience for the boss to call parking enforcement. I will never go back to the store AGAIN read more

This place is always fresh and always open. The prices are not as bad as I joke about. Usually a few good deals. Coffee is always made, those hot dogs are always spinning and they always have nachos. It's practically a gold mine of yummy. Donuts, don't forget they also have donuts. read more

I stopped in while doing a load of laundry next door. Nice clean 7-11, friendly staff, cold drinks, and hot coffee! Cant complain!

The tall skinny worker around 1am is horrible. The store was empty and the worker was around the fountain drink area cleaning and wiping. He sees me walk in and  I grabbed a couple of energy drinks and walked to the front to pay. He ignores me and continues cleaning and talking on the phone for over a minute until I got his attention. One register wasn't working so he grabbed my cans from the top with his dirty hands where he was just spraying chemicals and wiping down counters without washing his hands. I paid in cash and he took forever to count the change. This dude seriously can't multitask and has no concept of needing to do his job. read more

the skinny tall guy behind the counter that works early morning shift between 1am & 2am is a lazy guy..never makes fresh coffee always one the phone with his headset..I have been coming to this store and most of time its ok,but when I see him there for sure coffee not fresh and sometime items are expired..need to find better people to work early morning shift. read more

Will not come back to the store forever because this owner of the store gave me a horrible shopping experience!!
