So grateful for the other Yelpers who noted there's FREE AIR (& water) because I was super stressed after the Shell up the road's machine only bled my tire's air and was nervous driving to far. It's a gas station with walk-in convenience store and restrooms. Free air and water for your vehicle is at available and great to have if needed. Restroom is generally clean. The pricing of the gas is pretty much straightforward. Other gas stations will list only the cash prices, additional fee for card purchases. This particular gas station is straightforward in pricing. Just came at 02:23 to the chevron gas stations to fill up on gas for my long road trip and I saw they were 24 hours so once I tried to get in the doors were locked so I said on it's night maybe they lock the doors so I try the window and I see no one then I see someone walk by and ignore me like I'm not hit the window pretty hard so he or she can notice me . I probably come to this gas station more than any other station. the gas prices aren't bad and the station is overall pretty good. They have squeegees for u to clean your windows and the convenience store is pretty good. I love how iits usually not stupidly crowded at this gas station too. Oh and the driveways here aren't that steep. Bad: some of the gas pumps are broken. They will pump gas but the lever won't stay on so even if u wanted to pump gas manually, you can't. Imagine squeezing the handle but having the lever and gas cut off after half a gallon. Very annoying! I think the broken ones are pump 2, 3 and some far one like 6 or 7 read more

I like this gas station, it's one of my favorites. Granted, I did notice they are slowing down on their replacement of squeegees... but they still generally have fresh ones to use. It's the one reason why I think this gas station is worth it. They actually keep their equipment stocked and well maintained. It's a clean, not very crowded gas station with a convenience store. The prices are about $0.02 to $0.06 per gallon higher than the Union 76 on Atlantic and Valley, but that gas station can get super crowded during certain days/times. I actually came here to check the air in my tires. However, the air/water machine is out of order. What.the.heck?! My tires are running low! Why is it that half of the gas stations I go to either don't have air/water pump or it's out of order? I decided to lick my wounds by filling up on gas. I usually go to 76 down the street but I didn't feel like driving around. The prices weren't bad. I know a full tank usually costs me around $50 for 87 octane. This gas station is as clean as a gas station can get. For it being on the busy street of Atlantic Blvd, its usually not that busy. And gas prices are always competitive with other staions around it. The thing that makes me give it 5 stars is the free air and water. Most gas stations make you pay for this service. This place gives it for free! Even if you don't get gas there. The also always have squeegies in good condition and paper towels, for those who are anal with cleaning their windshields like me. With gas prices these days everyone usually just looks for the cheapest gas around. Most people in the area go to the 76 down the street on Atlantic cuz its been known as the cheapest gas around town. Or Costco members go to Costco because its about 7-10 cents cheaper than most other stations. But if you think about it, on a regular sized car you're only saving a buck on a full tank of gas. This Chevron location is definitely one of the cheapest location to get gas around this area. The other place is down South on Atlantic Blvd at the 76 but this place usually is a couple of cents cheaper at times than the 76. The 76 is usually more crowded also so you're better off going to this Chevron to get gas as Chevron's gas is just or even better than 76 anyways. The only problem with this place is the quickness of how each of these pumps get. You may sometimes get one that is slower than the others. It's all about the luck of the draw because at times when the pump is faster, I'd go back to it and it's slower than the others. If you are not in a rush and want cheaper gas, then definitely go to this place. read more

This gas station really sucks. After servicing my car, I went into the convenience store to buy something to feed myself. First I paid for a drink, then I started looking around to find something that could serve as snacks. Suddenly the cashier Kris accused me of loitering in the store and told me either I buy more stuff or I have to leave the store. I visited this gas station because they sell JUUL pod cartridges. The price for a four pack was decent--$25. However, their credit card system was down and they were only taking cash (they had a printed sign standing on the counter which makes me think this occurs frequently) so I was forced to use their ATM. The ATM fee is $2.99 on their side, not including what your bank charges. Despite the fact that they don't carry the Mango cartridges, I will still buy other flavored cartridges because they are centrally located in Alhambra( on the corner of Atlantic and Commonwealth). The store is well stocked with goodies and even bags of ice. The gas prices are a bit steep-- I'll leave it at that. read more

Beware!!!! I come here to get gas all the time. Today was the worse experience ever. I should have known better when they already have two pump stations coned off. My pump was super slow today. It was pump #1. Not only was it slow, it did not STOP when my tank was full!!! I can't believe the pump did not automatically stop and gas spilled all over my car! Now my car smells like gas. Normally my GO-TO gas station in the area! I've always been a fan of Chevron gas and this station in particular is probably one of the cheapest Chevron stations I've been to without a "Cash Price". Honestly, most of the time, their price/gallon is about 1-3 cents off from the 76 down the street which can be kinda hectic to go to during the day.
