All I asked were the codes, not asking u to go out of your way or anything. I understand if u were helping w/ that one customer, but after that, u still didn't give me the codes. What, are u expecting me to wait for to check out w/ everyone in line?! Totally unacceptable. I will never come back here again.

Instead this pharmacist ran this coupon to my primary insurance a few times and it's denied. I kept explaining the medication will not be covered by Kaiser but she just kept running it through Kaiser and did not allow me to use my self-paying savings card. Update on 4/14: I called CVS Pharmacy to fill this prescription. 1.) They picked up the phone right away 2). CVS was able to apply the manufacture coupon and I was able to get the discounted price. What the hell is wrong with Walgreens then??? They don't pick up calls here and the pharmacist was rude. She took down my manufacture coupon code incorrect a few times and kept throwing it back to me that it doesn't work I pointed it out to her that she is missing a digit. Then when the code finally worked, she ran the code through my insurance and told me it was denied. I repeatedly told her it's self paying, doesn't need to go through insurance. I chose the cookies and cream loose leaf's and those come in 2 per pack for 2.99 ... well they covered up the price with a sticker and up marked the price to $5 .... I was not going to pay extra for only 2 leaves in a pack just because of the flavor...or because they think it's exotic and can double the cost for their profit .... Left out of there disappointed and won't be coming back.... Tip of the day: don't overcharge people for something that clearly has price on it... especially when familiar customers who know what they are buying and know that other places would not do this. We will take our business elsewhere!
