I went to buy two packs of Ensure 07/21/26 and I suppose to get $6 reward and I did not get, Albert Fuentes said it was sent to my email. I checked my email and it was not there. Today I went to the store, and Albert Fuentes printed $6 reward for me. Why did he not print for me yesterday? He was wasting my time and gas, and CVS just let it go. read more

I had a really positive experience at CVS thanks to Mary who went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly kind, and genuinely helpful. As soon as I walked up, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away. What stood out the most was Mary demonstrating this positive attitude with an elderly woman as well. Employee: Hispanic male - bald, glasses, tattoos on his arms I needed the codes for the bathrooms for both myself and my gf. So while he was checking out stuff for a customer, I said "excuse me, what's the code for the mens and womens' restroom". He responded w/ a stern tone (as if I'm bothering him) "just give me ONE SECOND." So I waited and when he was done, he did not even acknowledge me, ignored me, and proceeded to say "next person in line...". All I asked were the codes, not asking u to go out of your way or anything. I understand if u were helping w/ that one customer, but after that, u still didn't give me the codes. Getting worse. Long long lines. Now you can't even call. You have to leave a message. The personnel I think are trying very hard, but the short staffing and the phone policy make shopping here less than a great experience. That said the friend of the store offers great coupons on general merchandise but the pharmacy is far from ideal. I'm thinking of switching to a private pharmacy. read more

It was a very infuriating experience. Considering that their staff provided me with some assistance at the end, I am still willing to give it 2 stars. I have never seen a pharmacy that doesn't allow me to use a cart to transport heavy items to my car. I explained that I couldn't carry it myself, but their attitude remained indifferent. As a petite woman, I had to carry the heavy items to the parking lot. Their attitude was really rude, making me feel very embarrassed. read more

Came here today and the date is July 28, 2025 and the time was 5:54pm. And we brought some snacks and drinks to use our monthly extracare pass which is we can use up to $10. And our cashier happened to be a trainee I assume. And for some reason this young Asian girl only scanned the drinks price which it's 2 for $5. And didn't completely put in and scanned the chips that is 2 for $8. And she said we can't use our extracare pass because our total is only $5? When it's suppose to be total of $13. So once we use the extracare pass which is -$10 so our total should be $3.00. And she also randomly scanned a used coupon? And she rudely asked me, do I speak English? And we explained the situation to her multiple times and she finally used a rude tone and said " whatever! You wanna use the coupon? Your total will be $0.11? Why would you scan a used coupon? Luckily the supervisor saved the day. This young Asian girl need more supervision otherwise this can happen to other customers. read more

I had a headache this evening and I came to this CVS to buy Tylenol and Advil. So I went to the pain relief aisle and all the brand name pills were locked up on the shelf. My concern with this situation is that no one ever comes when you push the button for customer service in aisle- "blah blah". So I patiently waited and no one came. I grabbed the CVS brand and went to fall in line. That's when I noticed the long line. There were some customers that had questions and interrupted the cashiers. Don't go to this pharmacy. When I was checking out there was an elderly couple in front of me. The cashier kept trying to speak to them in English. They were non English speakers. I offered to translate he looked at me and he didn't didn't say anything. I translated anyways. Then I learned they have Chinese speaking staff. Why did you get them in the first place??? They were asking about the other meds and had questions..I told the guy that and he just said they can go down to consultation side after they pay. Finally he went and got someone who spoke Chinese. Why not do that in the first place to save everyone time? And more importantly to help the elderly couple. He Repeating yourself over and over in English. It isn't going to change their ability to comprehend. Then when I went to pick up my meds I had qs. One med wasn't approved and he told me the wrong name of the med. He told me ...I think it was this med. Well I mean you can look it up. But nope. At this point he has not let me even look at which meds were approved. He didn't know why they were not approved and didn't know how it worked on the approvals or why it wasn't approved. He just guessed. Literally said it might be because you need prior authorization. Ok seriously? How do would I know? Very disappointed in this experience. Ok I get you don't always know the answer but no courtesy here. No you will have to call you doctor or you can ask the pharmacist. Just an I don't know. This review only pertains to the pharmacy and not the retail aspect. From my experience with other CVS pharmacy, this is the worst. This CVS operates differently and has a "lunch break" closing period, where all the staff leaves for lunch. There is no one to talk to and the gates are shut down. Other CVS has overlapping lunches where employees take breaks, which is more efficient. The employees do not provide any positive customer service and will speak to you in a grumpy manner. Oddly enough, they all wear masks, but do not wear any protective Eyewear, which defeats the purpose of utilizing PPE as viruses can be airborne. It is very difficult to understand what they are saying through the mask as it is muffled and there is a plastic protective barrier between you and the employee. If you use the app or receive notifications, be aware your prescription may not be filled and you have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes. Overall this CVS pharmacy lacks in positive customer service and is severely poorly managed. The only plus is that the employees speak different languages, but comes exceptionally short performing as a real pharmacy. read more

Today I was at this location picking up photo magnet. The picture was cropped a bit off. The courtesy clerk Thomas was very helpful and friendly and offered to redo that 1 picture on the spot. Painful and bloody flu shot. The staff were very helpful. The pharmacist, however, did a lousy job at giving the flu shot. I've been taking flu shots every year (and covid shots earlier this year), and I would not have complained about the pain if it wasn't 5 times worse than any shot I had ever received. Still, I thought it was in my head, until I took off the bandaid a couple hours later. I had never seen so much dried blood on a bandaid after a vaccine shot. Went to pick my med and could not help over hearing the loud conversation that the technician is having on the other register. The lady who helps me said, the lady who came to pick up her med is old and could not hear, so she has to be loud (more like yelling). I really doubt that cuz she looks confuse of how to use the cvs website. Her English is also broken. The technician sounds very rude in my opinion and I believe the other five customers felt the same. Both technicians also have long fake nails with quite fancy designs. I don't recommend ever going to this location. I'm a first time college student attending school close by, wasn't feeling well and after speaking with my mom I decided to go purchase some medication. I took an Uber and FaceTimed my mom so she could help me and tell me what medication I should buy. I must have been talking to my mom for maybe 10 minutes, also I had my AirPod in my ear so no one could hear my mom. I hung up with my mom and went to get a basket, when I was approached be a hispanic male employee. He asked me to leave the store. I asked why and he said he had gotten complaints about me. I asked what complaints because I did nothing wrong (I wasn't feeling well and all I wanted to do was get medication and go back to my dorm). He didn't want to inform me of the complaints. I asked if I could purchase my items and he said "NO". I was not going to argue so I left and called my mom to inform her of what had just happened. I ended up taking another Uber to Target. I purchased my medication and a few other items at Target and took another Uber back to my dorm. My mom called corporate just to have corporate call this location and have the store manager give her a call to assure her no one at that CVS would ever ask someone to leave. The manager kept on assuring her I must have gone to a different location but my mom had my location and knows exactly where I am all the time, and I have my Uber history. Bottom line, I felt discriminated because: 1- I am a Hispanic female and 2- my sexual orientation is very noticeable. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Avoid any discrimination and go to Target!!!! read more

I come to this CVS on the way to work in the morning. This store opens at 8am and not busy at that time. The aisles are clean and they vacuum their carpet. The cashier is always friendly and helpful. Conveniently located, easy in-and-out, lots of parking. Store was clean and layout was pretty standard. Prices completely typical. Low rating because I was one of two people in the place, it took the clerk FOREVER to ring up a few items of the woman in front of me, and in the five seconds between the person in front of me walking off and me stepping forward five feet to the counter, the clerk started putting price tags on a pile of items on the counter... and kept doing it when I walked up... for about ten seconds. I can understand if it's Christmas Eve and the place is a mess... but REALLY? You're going to make me wait for you to tag items when I'm the ONLY customer in the place except for the one walking out the door? Then rang me up with no eye contact, greeting, nothing, and went back to price tagging merchandise. Seriously; I know you're not hiring people out of charm school, but basic human conversational skills and etiquette, at perhaps a second grade level, would be a GREAT start. read more

Then he wouldn't honor the online price so I could buy the item in-store. He had the worst attitude and refused to do anything at all to help. This was from a few years back, and I really hope they changed their manager there. A few years ago they had this weird policy to leave your bags next to the counter, and rather putting it inside the counter, they put it outside next to the counter. I get that they're afraid of thieves putting products into their bags, but what about the normal customers? When the cashiers are busy won't the bags get stolen too? I suggested to the employee to put our bags inside the counter but they said they won't do it which was weird. My friend suggested to stay back and watch our bags and the employee got frantic. The manager came over and allow us to take our bags. The next time I came to buy a toothpaste, the manager remembered me. When it was my turn in line, the manager suddenly grabbed his phone and started tapping numbers into it and singing some weird shit song and then patting employee's on the back as if they were homies. They did not look friendly. Basically he was avoiding helping me at the counter. When one of his employees helped me, he went back to helping the next customer. I have never seen such an appalling behavior from a manager, and someone at his age. It was like watching a six year old acting on a grudge because someone suggested something he did not want to hear. What are you going to do to the next customers who gets on your nerves? I used to avoid coming to this location since the past year because of the horrible cashier which was this white woman. She was rude, and especially impatient with elderly customers. If you couldn't speak English, forget it. She was rude to Asian and Hispanics alike. I came in today and was helped by Alma and she was absolutely pleasant and helpful. As I waited in line, I noticed how she was so nice and patient with the elderly checking out too. If they couldn't hear her the first time, she simply increased her volume in a friendly way and made sure they understood her. Alma deserves recognition for making CVS a welcoming place again. I always have my doctor send my prescription directly to this CVS location so that my meds will be available when I get there (and I won't have to wait). Wait time is horrible. Turned in my prescription around 12:30. I was told that they had to call the physician to verify the medication written on the prescription. Was told to come back at 2:30 and that the one they had to verify might take a little longer. I told them no problem and that I was going to return later. So, I head off to to gym and came back at 2:30. Got one of my medication and of course, I had to come back for the other one. So it is now 5:00, I call CVS back and they told me the physician never picked up. They told me to call the physicians office, and so I did. THEY told me they never got a call from CVS. Called CVS back and they said they would try again. Now, I'm standing in line to pick up my medication with 2 people ahead of me with one person behind me. Waited for about 15 minutes just to grab a prescription because apparently, there is only one pharmacy tech at the pick up station during rush hour. By the time I was called, there were about 4-5 people behind me. They either need to work faster or get more people to work at the pick-up counter. I've been to other CVS, and I never had this problem with the wait time and prescription issue. read more

I'm not happy with my shopping experience in here. In my both visits, the customer associates quite impatient and rude. I have joined CVS reward program for many years, the associate always can find my account through my card or phone number. Today, the guy told me he can't find my account with my card. Second time, he told me he sent me a digital receipt. Ended up, he had entered a wrong phone number. He told me to come back for the receipt and reward bucks. I remembered in the beginning, the card would able to load reward buck itself. I felt like I need to waste time and gas to come back-and-forth just for a simple purchase and their customer loyalty rewards. Anyways, I think CVS employees can have better customer service in general. read more
