I filled up my tank with premium and my car was unable to drive for a while afterwards which was very unusual and never has happened before. Be careful...I think this place has skimmers on the credit card machines. I bought gas yesterday like I do many times. I tried using the credit card at the pump but it wouldn't allow me, it says go see attendant. I pay with a credit card inside and today I have multiple mysterious charges on that credit card. Don't pump here. I put my credit card and pumped $30 and the machine didn't give me a receipt. I went inside and told the person receipt on pump 1 and she looked confused. She said that's not my pump station and I said yes it is. Another guy came in and said he can't pump at his station. She said she made the mistake and said he was supposed to be on pump 1. He also gave her cash first. So she explained that I have pumped his money into my car and I should pay him back so he can try again. So I was in a rush and I just gave her the money to deal with it. I totally forgot to still get my receipt and left. Since I paid cash anyways I didn't need a receipt. Later I checked my credit card after a week and it was billed $30. I tried to dispute with my credit card and was rejected. So they said I have to take it up on the gas station. I don't even live near there and I was out of town for 2 months before I got the claim rejection letter. From the look of the reviews, they am for sure they won't seem to cooperate or believe me. Today Manuel, the guy at the register, stole my money from the pump. I told him 25$ on number two, he said "oh i put it on the wrong pump, sorry, I can't refund" and refused my service. Please fire this guy , and please avoid coming here unless you have a receipt. read more

Shell card had problems with the reader. I have already requested a new card but it hasn't come in yet. I was assured I can still use it until the new card arrived. All the attendant needed to do was input the card number manually. The attendant and manager told me they couldn't do that. Its probably more like they didn't want to do that. read more

I like coming to this Shell gas station. Why? Because I believe it is the cheapest major brand gas station around the area. This place is always busy and sometimes there is a line up to pump gas. There is a small convenience store in the middle with gas pumps on both sides of the store. Next time when you are in the area and need to fill up your tank, give this place a try. read more

After selling gas, she kicked me on the side and waited for 3 others behind me going first, And come back to me for the lottery. What the heck is that service! The whole things is not about the Refund of $2-3, it is about their attitude! The manager and supervisor attitude is worst as hell and rude. It is like they are pushing out of everything and not going to take any responsibility for the issues and they are not willing take time to satisfy their customer. They cheat and lie on their consumers. They do not have a good way to resolve when issues happened. The manager and supervisor attitude is terrible! The Cashier actually has a better attitude and nice talking to the customer. I have 3/4 of gasoline left in my gas tank when I head to pay for $40. When I start to pump I locked the Nozzle and I didn't pay attention or watch on the Nozzle I was looking around and When I look at the Nozzle I saw the gasoline is leaking on my car and tires a lot. The Nozzle doesn't stop when my tank is full! I Pulled out the Nozzle and went inside the office and notified the Cashier then the Manager walked to my car and asked where is the leaking. The leaking gasoline dried out fast cause the weather is like 95 degrees. It was leak out but not as much as it leaked all over the floor then the manager seem like saying I am lying! The manager is like well for your car it is supposed to fill up full with this much of gasoline, and I told her I know how much gas I can pump to fill up my full tank. With 3/4 gasoline to fill up full I might only spend $35 now it is already $38-$39 so I don't ask for full refund or so but may be just $2-$3 then issue can me solve but not manager and supervisor keep saying oh we don't know how much you pumped, all we can do is report the issues and tell me to call the Customer Service for refund. And I drove my car and stop at the side for 30 minutes to call for the Customer Service and they doesn't even put a "Out of Service" on that station which mean seem like they are going to continue cheat/lie on their consumers. read more

If you're a Ralph's shopper, you may want to go to this Shell because they don't charge you extra for credit card purchases. For the local cities, it may be the cheapest price for a Shell gasoline station using your Ralph's club card, assuming you have 200 points or more. By the way, every week, you can earn 50 points just by answering a questionnaire on your receipts Wednesday through about Sunday. Well, back to the station, the station now has Ralph's discount card verification on the dispensers, so you don't have to go into the station to collect your rewards; pretty nifty of Shell to do this for us southern Californians. However, for even cheaper gas, Diamond Bar Shell usually beats this station by 10 cents, no matter what. This gas station is located near the San Gabriel super store. So whenever I pick up some grocery and needed gas this is the go to station. Since they have only a few pump available sometime there is a wait. Previous week I stopped by to fill up my tank and one of the people that was selling cleaners and the gas station came up to me asking about my car..that was kinda weird. never had any random stranger come up and asked me to rev up my car before. I know this is just a gas station, lol, but it's my new fave place to pump gas at. It's pretty cheap considering it's right next to the 10 fwy, and I feel like all gas stations near fwys are normally pricier. But anyways, prices are cheaper than some other places in the area. Good prices for good gas - that's what I like! That's prob why this place can get super packed during peak hours. It's pretty well-lit at night, so I don't feel too nervous coming here if I need to get gas when it's dark. They also have TV screens playing little ads and what-not on all of the pumps. I am pretty sure they water down their gasoline here. When I pump gas at other shells, I get 380 miles on a full tank on my electronic gas meter. This shell however gives me only 265 miles or so on a full tank with the same grade of fuel. I feel cheated. This is even worse quality fuel than arco for the mpg I received. read more

The Latina cashier is so rude and have no manners, I used my debit card to pay but the machine failed to read and she said to clean up my card, I clean up my card and the machine failed to read, she took my card and clean it with her shirt and push it back to the reader with force, but hey ..she has to be careful with the customer card..and when I push the wrong pin and the machine cancelled she looks fed up and tells me to punch in the right number again with anger and distressed tone (so much for customer service), there were no line at the window and about 9.30 AM on friday morning, well I think somebody need to be coached and retrained or enlist in the military instead of just being a gas station cashier. read more
