Wanted to buy the powerball and told the cashier powerball but he still sold me a super lotto and when I went back to him he decided to start yelling at me and mentioned that I specifically requested the super lotto. He just scammed me and would not even try to work around the problem and decided to yell back which was just uncalled for. Been coming to this location for years since it's closed by. Today got a gallon of milk, came home and gave it to kids for lunch. Kids complained it tasted weird so I tried and it was very sour and obviously went bad. Decided to go back to exchange since it's very closed by. The cashier acted like he's never seen me even though I talked to him quite a bit 45 minutes earlier. I decided to go look at other milk bottles and of course saw few that look obviously bad and showed to cashier(see attaches picture). He still denied even after another customer behind said he got bad milk there recently too. I wouldn't go back there to try to exchange if it wasn't for my kids that need milk at the time. AVOID BUYING REFRIGERATED ITEMS HERE!!!! There refrigerator has problem with multiple bad milks I've seen in there. They just lost a customer. read more

This place was so convenient when I moved into the area 10 years ago, but now the homeless are so aggressive and touch the coffee and slurpee items. I've asked the teller why he doesn't remove them, and he acted like I was a snob. I've been hung up on when I called to complain about their shouting. One teller has even admitted to inviting a camper to live on the lot which has attracted even more. The side of the store faces a residential area, and you can often witness people using that area as a restroom (not just for pee). I don't feel safe going in there to shop anymore. I bought my own coffee maker, and won't let my kids get slurpees from there. It's really too bad. It use to be our little mini market. read more

I appreciate having a place that's open 24 hours so close to my job especially working the 1900-0730 shift. Its a nice place to get your caffiene fix as they have multiple coffee flavors and stengths freshly brewed and ready to go throughout the night. Also they have rows and rows of snacks from sweets to salty to even somewhat of a balanced meal. I really like the closeness and availabilities of this place at any hour of the day or night. Parking in this strip mall is bad enough, but management or franchise owner should talk to employees about giving false/misleading/incorrect info about parking. This happened yesterday (6/17/22 ~2pm) when an employee sent a customer to complain/harass me about illegally parking outside the store. The two spots to the right in front of the 7-eleven are not marked restricted for the store whereas a small number are in fact marked restricted for 7-eleven only. Not sure why the employee felt the need to get a third party involved or why that person even felt the need to cry over someone parking in a parking space at all, but it would have been extremely unfortunate for that situation to have ended badly due mistaken info over a parking spot. read more

My employees purchased supplies for the city using a city credit card. They used the self-serve checkout machine and so did not receive a receipt, which I need to turn in to the city. I literally live a block away. I used to love coming here but there has been a change of staff that is unpleasant. I always say please and thank you and I never get a thank you once the transaction it finished, let alone a pleasant interaction... I'm sorry, may seem petty but it's a small gesture that doesn't cost anything. They seem bothered by having a customer at all. I come her a few times a week. 7-Eleven definitely has its use... Always open when you need it, like Thanksgiving night when everything else is closed! Their marketing has definitely gotten better, because I went to get a Diet Pepsi, and you can buy that for $1.60, or buy that AND any 99¢ Frito Lay product for $2. You'd be stupid not to! They have deals like that all over the store, and apparently they really do work to get you to buy more. As a female, I'd recommend not going in there by yourself, just because. 7-Eleven isn't exactly known for it's polite customer service. It's known for convenience, and that it does well. read more

I know 7-11s or 7-Elevens are all over the place because they are great for convenience. 7-11s are known for their slurpees and picking up lotto scratchers. They have food and snacks to pick up as well. This 7-11 is pretty big compared to the other 7-11s in the area. This is due to the electrical fire that took out 7-11 a couple of years ago. In order to revamp the store, they had to remodel. The 7-11 expanded their floor area and were able to utilize better space management for their products. Their slurpee machines consist of usually 4-5 flavors with three revolving flavors and two seasonal flavors. 7-11 is a great place to pick up souvenir cups when new movies are out and 7-11 is able to secure the promotional rights for them. Among recent cups have been transformers, Iron Man, Madden and many other popular pop culture icons. This 7-11 is usually pretty clean. A lot of people go here for their magazines and to pick up newspapers as well. This 7-11 also sells magazines that aren't carried in other bookstores in great quantity, such as Black Belt Magazine and comic books. The workers here are pretty nice. They don't seem angry or rude. You can even strike up a conversation with them. If you want to park, you can park in the lot or on the street. It gets busy in this shopping complex so you want to try to park in the 5 min parking or in other parking spaces. If you're looking for a place to pick up a quick drink or snack, this is the place to go. They have a lot of candy too! I think I'm going to go pick up a slurpee. This place is never open, whether it's 2:30 PM or 11 PM, odds are you're going to want to make a quick run to your local 7/11 and it's most likely going to be closed -____- they just put up a sign giving some weird excuse like "we will open at 3" in the middle of the day... or maybe when you decide to go back 8 hours later you'll come across the one sign that says "back in ten minutes" I've lived near here for 20 years + and they've never done this. But I guess people have to take breaks now which require them to shut down the entire store down. I think maybe if there was some explanation for this sudden change I'd be more understanding but I've found myself on two separate occasions unable to go inside. I am a fan of 7-Eleven! I never thought much of it before and never really shopped at 7-Elevens, but now that I do, I have discovered that they have promotions that are pretty great/decent. $2 for a 32oz. Big Gulp drink plus a 1/4 lb. hot dog? Who can beat that? I've tried their tortilla rolls, Caesar chicken pasta salad, and Italian sandwich; all of which are pretty good. Sometimes chips, such as Cheetos, are 2 for $2 for the regular size bags. Big Arrowhead waters are usually 2 for $2. Some things are a little pricey, but it should be expected for convenience stores. I enjoy the selection and dependability of the 7-Eleven chain. This location is always clean and comfortable inside. I always get in and out with no problems; the service is good. I will be coming back again. I'm glad it's so close to my work. read more
