I ordered a dragon fruit açaí bowl on the app and when I picked it up, it completely melted. The açaí was more like soup and there wasn't much fruit other than banana slices for the toppings. It felt like they either made it way too early and left it out, or put it in a fridge that wasn't cold enough, so it ended up melting. Overall, very disappointing because I had to put it in the freezer to freeze it which ruined the textures of some of the toppings because it became too frozen while the açaí was still not frozen enough. The service is also alright, nothing too substantial. I just had issues with the açaí bowl. read more

Stopped by to pick up an order and used the restroom, where I saw a huge cockroach. I informed an employee, and she mentioned that they come from the drains. Since it was coming up through the restroom drain, it makes me worry that there could be roaches in the kitchen drains as well. They really need to treat the drains, such as using Gobbler or another drain cleaner to address the issue. read more

Originally gave a 2 star but now dropping it down to a 1 star. Placed an order for pick up at 1:43, ready for pick up at 1:54. Arrived at 1:50 and was just going to wait. Walked in and stood near the the pick up. The manager yells from the back if we were there for pick up, said yes, but its ok we are early. All we get is a rude ass "Yeah." We sit down to wait, since apparently standing near there is an issue. Several people come in and order after us. 1:54 comes and order isn't ready. The 4 people that came in after us all got their orders. 2:10 comes and the rude manager asks for the name and said she'd check on it. Tell me why she grabs it from the fridge and says its ready . Soooo it was ready the entire time! Instead of asking for my name and checking on the order when we arrived, all we got was a rude ass "Yeah." I've ordered here as walk-in and pick up and never dealt with anyone rude or inconsiderate. As a manager especially check your attitude at the door. She was clearly training someone and to show your rudeness to a customer in front of them is inappropriate. I highly recommend an updated training ASAP! read more

Unfortunately,it's about $12 a serving...ok for occasional monthly mornings out but way too much for daily or 2x weekly forays! Jamba Juice to the rescue! It's always a nice treat to have some Jamba Juice (no tricks!) The service is usually pretty quick and you can also place an order online if you don't wish to wait in person. I find the staff to be courteous and friendly. They don't mention the free boost you can add to the smoothies so I always bring it up myself. Due to Covid, there seems to be fewer chairs inside. I think it could be a little cleaner but I'm not in there long enough to care. Download the app and you can earn points and other rewards, like five dollar watermelon smoothies on the weekend or get $3 off. These rewards and promotions vary from month to month but overall worth it if you are a fan of Jamba. I used to think Jamba juice was expensive, but now it's relatively comparable to a Boba tea. I don't know whether to be happy or sad about this. read more

The lady working in the grey collared shirt working the register on November 17 at 1:44pm seems to be in a bad mood with how she is speaking to customers. Barely and "hi" just goes straight to it. I've been to this Jamba Juice for over ten years now. I always get the mango-go-go. There are good days and bad days. Sometimes you get a delicious drink, and sometimes it's not filled all the way, and sometimes it's too sour. Ever since they offered split cup, I tend to order the large and do the split cup option because it's a better deal than getting two same small drinks. Normally it's filled to a decent size, but today the drinks were barely two quarters filled. We had another drink in a regular large cup, so for my curiosity, I poured the split cups into it to see, and it barely equate to a medium. Felt a little scammed there. I normally wouldn't know but the split cups we received today were so little that it's obvious it's not a large. I guess I'll stick with the small size, because why pay for a large when you're only receiving a medium. I feel a bit less inclined to return. I mean, $11 for a smoothie and not even getting a full cup is quite insane. read more

I placed my smoothie order for pick-up through the Jamba Juice app this afternoon. Upon applying a reward code for 50% off any smoothie, the total was adjusted accordingly. However, the final paid amount stated on the next page of confirmation shows that I paid full price for the smoothie. Explaining this to the staff who helped me in store when I went to pick up, he simply stated, "I don't know what to do about it." First off, you can start by, "Let me FIND out what we can do." Or ask your colleagues for assistance rather than to display poor service to customers who turn to you for problem solving. Perhaps, further training to guide employees in conflict resolution would be beneficial. The Jamba Juice app needs some attention. Promoting rewards while not allowing users to actually claim 50% off any smoothies or free delivery is falsification and misleading. Why promote, send emails, offer rewards if it can't be followed through accordingly? read more

Who is there manager?! We've been here twice now and the younger gentlemen who help us are so poorly trained it makes me almost feel bad for them! One duo waiting for 2 drinks and an acai bowl. THREE workers and myself and my boyfriend in line. We had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to come and greet us for whatever reason with three workers making 2 drinks. As we watched this train wreck we understood why we weren't being helped. One guy made an acai bowl and then ANOTHER guy made the same one. So no communication and you can hear them going "bro I didn't know you made it". And the other one goes "it's fine someone will probably order one". There's no standards for health precautions if anything by the taller young guy shows. Both times we've been here he has his hands in his hair and it just makes us both cringe. He does this with his gloves on! he runs his hands through his hair and it's almost like he's trying to pull the grease from it AND THEN he makes people's drinks. Or he touches the register. It's not a pretty sight to watch. We ordered two drinks the first time. And they left them on the counter. No one knew who's they were. For some reason this tall kid is just not with it. He's either new or just completely untrained. Both times have been nightmares. When we inquired about our drinks he wasn't sure what was going on, the associate making the drinks gave the lady in front of us 4 drinks, 2 of which were wrong (they were ours). We finally approached and inquired about our drinks only for them to realize the error. Walked out a bit annoyed but otherwise had our drinks. Today we ordered two drinks: a peach drink and a white Gummi. When we asked the associate which was which, HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. This is the worker who MADE our drinks and he didn't even know. I was flabbergasted. He then answered and said the one on the left was the white Gummi. The smart thing would've been to try it there but because of keeping masks on we didn't. Got to the car and tried it and it's not a white Gummi. We were too annoyed to go back and fix it. I'd avoid this location and go to another one. Today I ordered a medium sized drink to be split into two cups. I was quite surprised when I received my drinks. They were like in baby cups. I had ordered the similar drinks at other Jamba juices location and these were definitely not the sizes that I received today. It was quite disappointing because I was getting them for my kids on a hot day. They finished them within 2 mins and asked me why these drinks were so tiny. Interior is well lit, neat and organized. Staff were completely nice, competent and professional. Prices were competitive. They have four different size cup (10 oz, 16 oz, 22oz and 28 oz) smoothies. I had Greens n' Ginger smoothie w/c is made of lemonade, kale, mangos, ginger and peaches. It is tasty, flavorful and nutritious. You can definitely taste lemonade on this smoothie. Overall, I had a good experience and highly recommend this Jamba juice. read more

I come here almost every week and USUALLY the cashiers are friendly and fast and I get my order (usually an acai bowl) and get out. I don't know if she was new but there was a couple in front of me and they couldn't decide what they wanted. Instead of greeting me, the cashier kept talking to them and asked if they wanted samples. I have visited this location of Jamba Juice a few times. While each of my previous visits were satisfactory, this last time was sadly disappointing. There was only one other customer who ordered a drink ahead of us so it wasn't busy at all. We were met at the register with an employee who greeted us with a "do you need more time?" Which is fair since we were still deciding. When we were telling her our orders, one of the tops of the blenders flew off mid-blend. The two employees behind the counter didn't seem to mind this (??) even though someone's drink was inside. I only bring this up because when I was drinking my drink, there was an enormous amount of fruit chunks. Every sip I had to chew frozen chunks of fruit which kinda takes away from the whole idea of a smoothie... and I'm not sure if this is due to the blender or what but by the time I was halfway done with my drink (as seen in my picture), there was HALF a frozen banana. I am ok with the occasional frozen chunk but this was too much. I would like to keep coming back here as I sometimes go as an after gym treat but this past visit kinda turned me off :( read more

Just ordered for pickup at this Jamba Juice 2 smoothies for me and my mom. I always get the strawberries wild smoothie and my mom decided to try a plant based smoothie. I did not have to wait long for the smoothies however the worker who was making the smoothies seemed unsure of which smoothies were which. When he gave me mine I walked to the car and me and my mom continued our errands. Once we tried our smoothies we noticed they tasted very odd. I love going to jamba juice because all of their smoothies are so delicious! My personal favorite is the strawberry whirl because I love anything that has strawberries and bananas. I also really like the chunky strawberry bowl! I go here pretty often because I have a buy one get one free card which is really worth the price. I use to go here after going to the LA fitness that is just right around the corner because it would be my breakfast or healthy snack after a long workout.
