Zendaya smoothies
Casey W.

I ordered the zendaya and the ube smoothie and both were soooo good! I decided to order a bunch for a private event and my guests all loved it! Luckily Acai joint isn't too far from me so I can easily get my smoothie fix anytime I'm craving!! Their store is also in the Vons plaza so parking is easy and their spot is the perfect place to take your smoothie on the go! I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get good quality smoothies in this area!

This rly hit the spot on a hot day! Small store, not much spacing to sit and yap. The service was fast and simple. I got the acai base, strawberries and bananas, mangos, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, honey granola, and almond butter. I loved all of the topping choices! They also had a good variety of chia seeed pudding. They don't skimp out either, and lowkey for the prices lately, it's a pretty good steal. Would come back!

I was picking up some lunch and saw that this place had finally opened! So glad that theres a smoothie place closer to me. I came around 12 and it was pretty empty, but the workers were so nice and made my smoothie very quickly! Theres no seating as its a super small shop, so it's more of a stop and grab a drink kind of place. I got the Cloud 9 since I love coconut and mango. Although it was pretty good, its not quite what I was expecting. It tasted a little more sweet than I imagined but either way was still tasty. I'd definitely come back and try another smoothie!

I skipped the grand opening crowds and stopped by about a week later when it was completely empty, much more my style. I've been to their Rosemead location before, so I'm happy to have one closer to home and another option for acai bowls in the area. Prices are about the same as other SGV spots. I always build my own bowl, and I really like their ube base and chia seed pudding. One downside is the extra $0.75 charge for almond butter, which most other acai places include for free. Another con is that this location is strictly grab-and-go, there's no seating at all to enjoy your bowl. They're still on soft-opening hours and currently open at noon, so hopefully they'll extend their hours soon. Overall, I'll definitely be adding Acai Joint into my regular acai rotation.

I absolutely LOVE the açaí bowls here. I really like that there is a variety of toppings to choose from and they really fill up your bowl. I got a mixture of açaí and mango and it was the perfect combination. The service was great! They're very patient and are nice enough to answer any questions I had. The inside is quite small. There's no seating inside but it's more of a grab and go type of place! I will come back here again!

I have been waiting for this location to be opened since this summer. I stopped by after know that they are on soft opening. I ordered a small bowl. I realize that they added bee pollen as one of the toppings. The taste of the açaí is as good as the other stores. I like flavor of their Acai base. It was never too sweet or blend. Their acai is my favorite based on what I have tried so far. Fruits were fresh and sweet. Servers are very friendly and welcoming. Service was fast. It is located in a big plaza that has plenty of parking. Will continue to support this place.

Came back again because I got a BOGO coupon from the grand opening. I thought the coupon would work for all size bowls but it only worked for the small, so that's what I got. I ordered the small Paradise Bowl and the Warrier Bowl. There was no wait to order since I came a little bit after they opened. The employees made my bowls fast and they looked good. They also told me about the rewards program so I joined it. The Paradise bowl was really good and I think I actually might like this better than the OG Bowl. The peanut butter went better than I expected with the granola and acai. The mango madness was also really good and tasted like a mango slush but thicker- it went well with the acai too. The Warrior Bowl was also pretty good and all the toppings went well together. I didn't get to try the smoothie yet so I will be coming back again to try that the next time I come for a bowl!

We had a BOGO coupon from their grand opening so we redeemed it in store today. It only worked for the small bowl size. There is no seating inside. I chose the warrior acai bowl which comes with acai, peanut butter, flax seeds, toasted coconut flakes, banana, strawberries, and blueberries. It was yummy and filling.

We came for their grand opening because they had bogo small bowls. I've been to their Rosemead location before and now I'm excited there is a location opened closer to where I live. It's smaller and they don't have seating. I got the build your own. Your first pick which base you want and then go down the assembly line picking the toppings. The bowl was so good and I can't wait to come again.

I've tried a lot of açaí spots, and this place genuinely stands out. You can tell right away that they care about the quality--not just in how everything looks, but how it actually tastes. The açaí tastes genuinely fresh and naturally made--you can tell it's made from real fruit, not syrups or artificial mixes. It has that clean, slightly tart flavor and smooth texture that feels organic and authentic. The owner Almon really went into detail about the source of his Acai and I am really impressed... if you ever bump into him ask him about his Acai! The toppings are fresh and well-balanced, not overly sweet or heavy, and everything actually complements the bowl instead of overpowering it. It's simple, consistent, and made with intention. The vibe of the place makes a difference too. It feels welcoming and genuine, not overly commercial. You can tell it's something built with care, and that energy comes through in the experience. Especially coming in I was greeted and it made my experience even more enjoyable ! Overall, this is the kind of spot you come back to not just because it's "healthy," but because it actually tastes good and feels consistent. Definitely one of those places you'd recommend to friends without hesitation. Def will be coming back in again :D

OG and Paradise Bowls

Tried out Acai Joint during its grand opening weekend and their açaís did not disappoint. I ordered the OG and Paradise and both bowls were filled to the brim with a variety of toppings and fresh fruits. Despite it being very busy, all the workers were patient and friendly while meticulously crafting each bowl. Açaí Joint is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood and definitely a place I will visit again in the near future.

Excited to see there is a healthier option amongst all the boba choices available in the area! We got the ube bae smoothie with added collagen and whey. It's not super ube-y but it is not too sweet. Also love that they're dairy free!

Refreshing Gem for Açaí Lovers If you're craving something vibrant, refreshing, and genuinely delicious, this açaí spot absolutely delivers. The bowls and smoothies are packed with flavor--rich, creamy açaí that tastes fresh rather than overly sweet or artificial. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the toppings are always generous and thoughtfully arranged. The team is upbeat, attentive, and always ready with a recommendation that somehow ends up being exactly what you didn't know you needed. It's the kind of service that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit.

I will however say that the Peppermint Sundae (only available during the holidays) may not be satisfying to most. It's super healthy, don't get me wrong, and it has all the accoutrements like sprinkles of candy cane and tiny marshmallows but the chocolate isn't as creamy as you would expect. Of course! It's made of healthy stuff. But just a gentle warning to those who expect it to taste like a sundae - it won't. It's still a treat though! I love Pressed's other products like their juices. I have also ordered from them through Doordash and the food has always come through with the same freshness as it left the store. The sol bowl has the mango and banana while the cacao + matcha is more nut forward but good if you're craving a "healthier" chocolate. The bowls come in small, medium, large, and I believe the pint!
