My go-to's are usually mango, guava, and melon, but I also have tried nearly all the flavors on their menu and everything is solid: - watermelon - cucumber - lemon - passion fruit - strawberry - pineapple - coconut I typically get 3 scoops based on flavor compatibility, like mango-guava-melon, passionfruit-mango-strawberry, or watermelon-cucumber-limon, or pineapple-coconut-guava. Worst customer service no AC! I asked for a large raspado of half coco & half nuez and it didn't taste like it! It was more taste of sugar with milk. This used to be my favorite place, but lately the new employees have been very rude, and it feels like the owner is making the business go downhill with these strict and confusing rules.My sister asked for extra chamoy and was told they couldn't do that. She was willing to pay extra, so she asked how much it would be. The employee told her $3, and when my sister asked why it was so much just for extra chamoy on her ice cream, the worker said they would have to sell her a whole $3 cup of chamoy. My sister was confused and said never mind who would want a whole cup of chamoy just for a 3 scoop ice cream? Today son wanted ice cream and even offered to pay for mine. When we placed the order, the employee saw he had a $5 bill that looked old (but it was not ripped or damaged), and she refused to accept it. I told her it was still valid money, but she said the owner doesn't accept old bills. I told her they should have a sign posted if that's the case. She responded by saying that next time I come in, I should tell the owner myself. Very rude employees. The ice cream is so good and taste so fresh. So refreshing during summer time. The diablitos are one of my favorites. You can pick different flavors for it. I have tried the mango, vanilla, watermelon, lemon, guava. All so good. The fresas con crema are okay, just depends on how you like the cream because it was not runny. It was more of a thicker consistency. I think their ice creams are a decent price. We paid 40$ for all this and I think it was the fresas and esquite that were the most pricey. The service is good.
