Omg, seriously the best acai bowl I have ever had. And I have tried many from different places. The acai base they use is different from any I've tried. It just tastes fresher, icier, and very refreshing. And what they do that other places don't is actually mixing the fruit toppings into the base. Most places just dump the toppings on top and not integrate it into the base. Fruit toppings are fresh and sweet. So yummy!!! Presentation is super cute, and employees are very nice. Portions are very generous. Would definitely come again to fulfill my Acai cravings. read more

I have been coming here for a really really long time! You won't have better frozen yogurt than at cyber yogurt. The yogurt is absolutely delicious and it tastes like quality ingredients. I've also had açaí bowls and they are so tasty and refreshing. They have an abundance of toppings and every time I've came the machines are always working properly. I would say their prices are probably comparable to other frozen yogurt businesses . I am taking off one star because the employees have hurried me up to pay more than once. It's really annoying and rude. Maybe different people should be put at the register with the customers. Note to the owner: will you ever bring back the pistachio frozen yogurt??? I think about it all the time lol read more

Ohh frozen yogurt! Such a yummy spot with a great selection of froyo flavors, toppings, and fruits. The froyo is charged per oz and is reasonably priced. They have a couple of tables indoors for hanging out. General establishment is clean and pretty quiet. Parking is convenient behind the building. Looking forward to trying their açaí bowl next time. read more

Stopped by here for some frozen yogurt and it was really good! I'm happy to support a small business where the staff are all kind, and the desserts are delicious. They have about 10 flavors and a bunch of toppings. If you go 8pm-9pm they offer 10% off froyo! Parking: small lot on the back or street parking read more

Good frozen yogurt and toppings offering but the cashiers/workers need to work on their customer service.

4/5 stars, vegan options available: Cyber Yogurt is a local yogurt spot that gives off cute small business vibes that is frequented by and conceptualized for the community. In the short hour that we were enjoying our desserts inside, we saw multiple groups of friends and family visiting. There's so many dessert options from drinks such as matcha & coffees, açaí bowls, frozen yogurt for humans and doggos, and even Dubai Chocolate strawberries! Originally, I was going to order some dark chocolate hot chocolate that I saw from a photo of the menu, but it turns out it was a seasonal item. I asked if there were any other hot drinks, but the warmest item was the viral Dubai chocolate strawberries so that's what I ordered! (And yes, I'm fully aware that I'm at a frozen yogurt store asking for a warm drink in the middle of summer so the weird one is me, oops.) Regardless, we quite enjoyed it, though the chocolate hardens around the strawberries fairly quickly so it's a bit difficult to get a proper bite with all the components. There's always at least two vegan frozen yogurt options, but the fridge is stocked with many more vegan frozen yogurts at quart sized. Service is kind, fast, and the store is kept super clean. There's parking on the street or in the back! Note that if the seating is full indoors, there's also seating outside. read more

Pretty decent smoothie/acai bowl spot! Parking can be difficult since there isn't really parking but I found street parking next to it! Menu had a good variety of smoothies, frozen yogurt, and acai bowls! Pricing was a little pricey ($7 for a small smoothie & $8.50 for a large and ($14.50 for medium acai bowl & $8 for large) Service was pretty friendly and welcoming! Got the Very Berry Smoothie (acai, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, and apple juice) and it was pretty refreshing and fresh! It wasn't too sweet and a little tarty! Would definitely come back to try their acai bowls and frozen yogurt next time! Totally recommend this spot! read more

Wow super cheap and super tasty. Although their selection of flavors is limited, it definitely does not disappoint. The girl who helped ring us up was chill, helpful and always on a move doing her job efficiently. There's a couple of chairs available, ambiance is chill and the AC is so wonderful. Would come again! read more

I came by Saturday last week during the evening, to grab a vegan friendly yogurt cup & I was a attendant by a lady named Daisy I believe or Dana I over heard her name being said by a worker. Her customer service was not the best, I feel like she was very unwelcoming, like she wasn't enjoying her job which didn't bother me at first until I overheard her treating one of her coworkers with no respect. I think she was telling her coworker something she did was wrong but she was very rude about it & I even saw her rolling her eyes, which I believe is very unprofessional for a customer to see plus for a small business to have. I believe in supporting small business but only when staff are treated properly as well. read more

local small spot off the corner in el monte! there's a small parking lot in the back and also some bits and pieces of street parking. the fro-yo is pretty good and i feel like it's worth the price for how much you can get. ton of toppings, sprinkles, nuts, syrups, and fresh fruits. they also sell other fun items like acai bowls, smoothies, dubai chocolate dipped strawberries, and other sweet treats. the strawberry froyo is really tart, which is fine, but just an fyi! the vanilla is yummy. ill definitely be back to try other things on the menu :D read more

This is still my go to local yogurt place. This time I got $5 off my order because of my yearly account discount which was pretty cool. The topping selection is always very good but the selection of yogurt is definitely limited. Quality though, this place does not fall short and I really enjoyed the yogurts I got. Ended up mixing vanilla/chocolate/pistachio together and they definitely work. Still think the prices here are very reasonable @ 70 cents per oz. Definitely fill yogurt cravings here! read more

This is my favorite froyo in the area! The froyo flavors are delicious and they have the best toppings! I also love how clean the store and toppings area is always kept. It's clear this business prioritizes quality! They also have convenient froyo containers to go, which I've bought when I'm hosting friends for dinner. My friends loved the froyo! You can also get toppings to go in different size containers. All in all, I highly recommend this location! Oh, and did I mention there's plenty of parking in the area? read more

Got a acai bowl and a smoothie. Both nicely sized for their price AKA big bang for your buck! It was pretty crowded ( people know that this is the place) so there was a bit of a wait after we ordered, but overall a pleasant and delicious experience. read more

I really enjoyed this place! Stumbled here after a nice day at the dog park for some refreshing dessert/sweet treat. This place is pretty much like a yogurtland where you get to choose your frozen yogurt and put any toppings on it. Then it is charged by the weight (based on ounces). My favorite is always the original flavor but they have many other options that are delicious as well. They have other sweet treats too like acai bowls and smoothies but I didn't get a chance to try those. There are a few seats inside and parking in the front. Great place to stop by for something refreshing! read more

Date: August 15, 2023 Was in the 626 area and decided to catchup with the bestie for dinner. Since I'm on a 'health' cleanse we decided to do açaí bowls for dinner since she didn't want a salad. Yelped around and found this spot so decided to try it out. I don't believe there was a parking lot as we parked on the street right in front. It's a small little store with two tables for seating and a couple on the side with computers you can rent to use. Love that they have so many options to choose from. You pick your blend, pick your granola, and then choose 5 toppings. I wish they gave more fruit, I felt it was a little stingy. It was very pretty though! I personally felt like it was really expensive for what it was. Being 13.50 for a small size. The ladies also seemed like they didn't wanna be there. No smiles, no greeting, just put in our order and that's all. And then when we asked for spoons they just said - 'just look in your bag'- um, excuse you, but that's pretty rude. Anyways, overall glad we got to try it out. Most likely won't be back but it was delicious regardless :) read more

First time here! Glad I came! A friend of mine swears this is the best place for açaí. And she wasn't lying lol definitely top 3 in my opinion. I like supporting local. The service here is great! The young lady working the register and taking orders was also cleaning the yogurt handles and counters in between customers. So that's a big plus! I got the açaí bowl. Medium. It was more than enough. Filling! I really like how they made it look good. Food should be appealing as well as delicious. Presentation counts! All my toppings and ingredients were fresh. Crisp, flavorful and well portioned. I got some kiwi, bananas, coconut flakes, granola and almonds. The texture of my açaí base was super smooth and creamy. Perfect! Not too thick and not too runny. If I'm in the area, I'm definitely coming back and trying other things. Keep up the good work. I'm happy with my experience! read more

It was one first few times getting yogurt. Compared to the other two places I've tried, I personally liked this place better. The yogurt felt of higher quality with fresh toppings. It would be something I would try again. I did prefer that it was self service so I can control the amount. The picture with the oreo was mine which totaled to $4.90. My only dislike was the lack of seating and if it was crowded, it would be difficult to get anything--it was basically really compacted. read more

Had been a loyal customer for years and understand prices going up with this economy for sure. But to also skimp out on the fruit for the açaí bowls after raising the prices is absolutely wild. Still taste good for sure, the portions definitely aren't what they once were. read more

Cyber yogurt is still hella strict with Covid and I totally appreciate them for that. Yes, things are more relaxed but I still find myself wearing a mask, using gloves to put gas, using napkins on doorknobs and literally still trying to not touch things directly with my hands. You're still able to get your own yogurt here but only by party. So if a stranger is in front of you getting their yogurt, you are asked to sit down and wait till they are done AND after an employee cleans all the handles is when you get the green light to approach the yogurt counter. Kudos to them for keeping us safe! read more

I don't usually like to write negative reviews unless I feel something wasn't right. I had ordered a Biónico & Fresas con Crema for my son's Masters Graduation. I ordered days in advanced online. My order was accepted & got a confirmation #. So I'm assuming everything was set. The day of the graduation party my husband went to pick it up and it said Closed due to a celebration. Which is ok, but What made me upset was that I got no text or email letting me know. To me, this is irresponsible because now, at the last minute, my husband needed to look for another place. Can't trust them anymore and won't be going back. Which is sad because I liked their yogurt but not consideration for other people's celebration. read more

first of all, this was the second time we've come to this place yes or yogurt is good, but my niece has a service animal an emotional service animal also for her diabetes and while we were there, we were asked two times if it was a service animal... from what I understand they're not even supposed to ask you if it's a service animal, but the owner came out and literally told us we had to leave because an emotional support animal he said was not a service animal, and he also stated that it was through the state of California. Well, I'm sorry Mr. owner but if you look up your laws, yes an emotional support dog also is a service animal and also she has diabetes and the dog alerts her when her sugar becomes low, but you were so engaged with the fact that the dog was sitting on her lap and not on a leash, that's what had you upset and we had to leave your premises I would not recommend this to anybody that has a disability we will no longer be visiting your facilities and I hope your business goes to pot because of the rude way we were treated that's not how you treat people that have a disability just because it wasn't on a leash and she was holding. It doesn't mean that it's not a service animal... I do not recommend this place with anybody that has a disability... read more
