In the short hour that we were enjoying our desserts inside, we saw multiple groups of friends and family visiting. There's so many dessert options from drinks such as matcha & coffees, açaí bowls, frozen yogurt for humans and doggos, and even Dubai Chocolate strawberries! Originally, I was going to order some dark chocolate hot chocolate that I saw from a photo of the menu, but it turns out it was a seasonal item. I asked if there were any other hot drinks, but the warmest item was the viral Dubai chocolate strawberries so that's what I ordered! (And yes, I'm fully aware that I'm at a frozen yogurt store asking for a warm drink in the middle of summer so the weird one is me, oops.) Regardless, we quite enjoyed it, though the chocolate hardens around the strawberries fairly quickly so it's a bit difficult to get a proper bite with all the components. There's always at least two vegan frozen yogurt options, but the fridge is stocked with many more vegan frozen yogurts at quart sized. Service is kind, fast, and the store is kept super clean. I came by Saturday last week during the evening, to grab a vegan friendly yogurt cup & I was a attendant by a lady named Daisy I believe or Dana I over heard her name being said by a worker. Her customer service was not the best, I feel like she was very unwelcoming, like she wasn't enjoying her job which didn't bother me at first until I overheard her treating one of her coworkers with no respect. I think she was telling her coworker something she did was wrong but she was very rude about it & I even saw her rolling her eyes, which I believe is very unprofessional for a customer to see plus for a small business to have. I believe in supporting small business but only when staff are treated properly as well. read more

Pretty decent smoothie/acai bowl spot! Parking can be difficult since there isn't really parking but I found street parking next to it! Menu had a good variety of smoothies, frozen yogurt, and acai bowls! Pricing was a little pricey ($7 for a small smoothie & $8.50 for a large and ($14.50 for medium acai bowl & $8 for large) Service was pretty friendly and welcoming! Got the Very Berry Smoothie (acai, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, and apple juice) and it was pretty refreshing and fresh! It wasn't too sweet and a little tarty! local small spot off the corner in el monte! there's a small parking lot in the back and also some bits and pieces of street parking. the fro-yo is pretty good and i feel like it's worth the price for how much you can get. ton of toppings, sprinkles, nuts, syrups, and fresh fruits. they also sell other fun items like acai bowls, smoothies, dubai chocolate dipped strawberries, and other sweet treats. the strawberry froyo is really tart, which is fine, but just an fyi! the vanilla is yummy. ill definitely be back to try other things on the menu :D read more

This is my favorite froyo in the area! The froyo flavors are delicious and they have the best toppings! I also love how clean the store and toppings area is always kept. It's clear this business prioritizes quality! They also have convenient froyo containers to go, which I've bought when I'm hosting friends for dinner. My friends loved the froyo! This place is pretty much like a yogurtland where you get to choose your frozen yogurt and put any toppings on it. Then it is charged by the weight (based on ounces). My favorite is always the original flavor but they have many other options that are delicious as well. It's a small little store with two tables for seating and a couple on the side with computers you can rent to use. Love that they have so many options to choose from. You pick your blend, pick your granola, and then choose 5 toppings. I wish they gave more fruit, I felt it was a little stingy. It was very pretty though! I personally felt like it was really expensive for what it was. Being 13.50 for a small size. The ladies also seemed like they didn't wanna be there. No smiles, no greeting, just put in our order and that's all. And then when we asked for spoons they just said - 'just look in your bag'- um, excuse you, but that's pretty rude. I don't usually like to write negative reviews unless I feel something wasn't right. I had ordered a Biónico & Fresas con Crema for my son's Masters Graduation. I ordered days in advanced online. My order was accepted & got a confirmation #. So I'm assuming everything was set. The day of the graduation party my husband went to pick it up and it said Closed due to a celebration. Which is ok, but What made me upset was that I got no text or email letting me know. To me, this is irresponsible because now, at the last minute, my husband needed to look for another place. first of all, this was the second time we've come to this place yes or yogurt is good, but my niece has a service animal an emotional service animal also for her diabetes and while we were there, we were asked two times if it was a service animal... from what I understand they're not even supposed to ask you if it's a service animal, but the owner came out and literally told us we had to leave because an emotional support animal he said was not a service animal, and he also stated that it was through the state of California. Well, I'm sorry Mr. owner but if you look up your laws, yes an emotional support dog also is a service animal and also she has diabetes and the dog alerts her when her sugar becomes low, but you were so engaged with the fact that the dog was sitting on her lap and not on a leash, that's what had you upset and we had to leave your premises I would not recommend this to anybody that has a disability we will no longer be visiting your facilities and I hope your business goes to pot because of the rude way we were treated that's not how you treat people that have a disability just because it wasn't on a leash and she was holding. It doesn't mean that it's not a service animal... I do not recommend this place with anybody that has a disability... read more

Cyber yogurt is still hella strict with Covid and I totally appreciate them for that. Yes, things are more relaxed but I still find myself wearing a mask, using gloves to put gas, using napkins on doorknobs and literally still trying to not touch things directly with my hands. You're still able to get your own yogurt here but only by party. So if a stranger is in front of you getting their yogurt, you are asked to sit down and wait till they are done AND after an employee cleans all the handles is when you get the green light to approach the yogurt counter. The staff was friendly my children enjoyed all the different options they had for the toppings.
