Second Visit & Still Such a Fun Dessert Spot! This was our second visit here, and once again the service and ambience were very welcoming. It's a smaller dessert spot with about 3-4 tables available, but it gives off a cozy and chill vibe that we really enjoyed. This time we got the half-and-half milk and ube ice cream with taiyakis filled with: * taro * red bean * custard * cheesecake * nutella And honestly... I was really surprised that the cheesecake filling was actually delicious! Creamy, smooth, and definitely something I'd order again. The taiyaki itself was warm with that nice slight crisp on the outside, and paired perfectly with the ice cream. Overall, such a fun spot for dessert and definitely a must-try if you're craving taiyakis and ice cream. Happy eats!

I came to this location on a Friday right after lunch time. The store was, as always, clean, tidy and well-put together. The lady at the cash register was fast and efficient and I was able to, once more, get a taste of one of the best ice cream shops in all of the SGV. The Pure Milk is my favorite flavor but I've had friends try ube and matcha and it seems like they also do those well. There's also unlimited toppings, which is a nice touch, but honestly, the ice cream portion is big enough that even with a moderate amount of toppings, you'll be quite full. Also, highly recommended to not just get the ice cream by itself, but to also get the taiyaki with it. 10/10, highly recommended!!

My boyfriend and I came to With Love for some desserts. This plaza is really busy and parking is tight, sharing its' parking lot with Golden Deli and Bopomofo. They were really busy but the staff was really nice and efficient. There are a few tables inside the quaint dessert shop. My boyfriend and I shared a Taiyaki Ice Cream ($7.95) with custard filling and ube soft serve. We also got some of the Taiyakis ($7.20 for 3) and opted for the custard, cheesecake, and cookie butter. Since it was busy and we knew it would take a while so we browsed the other retail businesses nearby. I noticed how considerate the staff was, as she waited for us to come back to dispense our soft serve ice cream, so it doesn't get soggy. It was much appreciated. I also notice that they premade some taiyaki shells for the soft serve ahead of time to cool so it doesn't melt the ice cream, but it lacks the warmness of a fresh taiyaki that the regular taiyakis have. I'm glad we got both to experience the best of both worlds. I can definitely see us coming back when we're in the area since we enjoyed the treats and the service is so considerate. Excited to try the new flavors they have in the future.

Easily my favorite taiyaki place!!! I love how there are so many different sweet and savory flavors. The dole whip swirl with custard taiyaki is delicious. Lol everyone else loves this place because it was packed on a Saturday night and the store is small so it's quite hard to move around. Totally worth it

Pure milk and dole whip swirl with red bean taiyaki, pure milk ice cream and Nutella taiyaki, matcha ice cream and red bean taiyaki.

With Love is the best, Their ube ice cream is my favorite ice cream from anywhere. Their tayaki are perfect; crispy, chewy, fresh and filled with delicious red bean, Nutella, custard, cookie dough, etc. Their service, presentation and quality are also always outstanding,

The family wanted something sweet after dinner so we came here. Always greeted by a smiling face and the delicious aromas of taiyakis in this small, bright, airy shop. Hubby and I got the ube and matcha soft serve and our son got the matcha soft serve with sso teok taiyaki. I also got the Dubai pistachio mochi. That was absolutely delicious! Love the amount of kaitafi and pistachio cream was given with the chewy mochi skin dusted with cocoa powder was the perfect combo, not too sweet and more crunch than the actual Dubai chocolate itself.

This is a tiny shop but they can seat a small groups of people of 4's and 2's people. The pineapple dole whip was so yummy. The Taiyaki were made fresh and we got the 5 for $12 deal. We ordered Nutella, red bean, custard, cheesecake and cookie butter that tasted like Biscoff cookies. My favorite was the Nutella and cookie butter. There was a line out the door for the entire time we were there and they were cranking out sweets the entire time. I was on a sugar high but well worth it. Plenty of strip mall parking and they have street parking too. Come and get your taiyaki and pineapple dole fix.

I absolutely love their pineapple dole whip It's so delicious! I think this is one of the few places in SGV that offers pineapple dole whip, it's so good. Taiyaki is also one of my favorites. I recommend this little shop, it's always packed with people who enjoy their taiyaki. The taiyaki is so crispy and delicious, I often order it and then go back to pick it up because parking is difficult there. But I still recommend it to anyone who loves sweets, it's definitely worth a visit.

Great soft serve place! Loved their Pineapple dole whip. Definitely get the swirl with the milk flavor. They also offer unlimited toppings!

free toppings on ice cream orders is the best thing everrr. it really elevated the ice cream taste. the taiyaki was very warm and our nutella filling was the delicious. we didn't really enjoy the cheesecake filling as it only tasted of cream cheese and no other flavor.

Came last night & the service was good, the cashier was nice and she was quick to make our order fresh while assisting other customers I like how fresh the taiyakis were & how many filling toppings they had! My favorite filling was the Nutella and custard We got the pineapple, pure milk, & ube icecream. My favorite was the pure milk as it wasn't too sweat but felt like a classic I like how they have their own self serve topping station

Sweet treats from a small ice taiyaki shop. Went on a weekday after lunch - parking was pretty easy in the plaza. Wasn't too busy as school was not out yet. Ordered a vanilla ice cream with red bean taiyaki. My friends ordered an ube version and a matcha green tea ice cream. Was all pretty good for the price. Not a lot of room to sit and congregate - but luckily was not busy.

ONE OF THE FEW ASIAN SOFT SERVES AND TAIYAKI IN 626 the service was really friendly and we loved the unlimited toppings deal! Got the milk soft serve, a mozzdog taiyaki, and a taro slushie and they were all yummy. The soft serve was more icy than creamy, but we overheard from somebody that it is usually more creamy. Also the taro slush was not bad , wish I could have boba with it. As for the taiyaki, that was delicious and warm!! Love the mochi texture with the cheese. Yummy Friday night treat all in alllll

We got the pandan Vietnamese coffee, sesame latte, affectionate coffee, and the ube latte. They were all really good and definitely strong like any viet coffee. The sesame latte and affectionate coffee were my favorites and I will definitely be coming back for those. The ube latte was also really good and had actual chunks of ube in it, but it did look different from the pictures since mine had no purple in it at all but at least we know they use real ube. The pandan Vietnamese coffee was really good too as the pandan flavor was strong but still balanced really well with the coffee. They also have egg waffles and other snacks that looked super tempting. There's a good amount of indoor seating and everything has a really vintage vibe which gives the cafe a different ambience compared to a lot of other coffee shops. Service was also really fast!

I ordered the pandan coconut Vietnamese coffee and WOW... easily a 10/10 for me. It had the perfect level of sweetness, and you could clearly taste the pandan without it overpowering the coffee itself. Everything was super well balanced. My friend got the sea salt Vietnamese coffee. He said it was good, but personally prefers the traditional version without the sea salt. We also shared the HK egg waffle stuffed with Portuguese custard, and this was a standout. The waffle was crispy on the outside, light and hollow inside, and the custard was smooth and just the right amount of sweet. Definitely worth ordering. The space itself is great if you're looking to study or just hang out. It's quiet inside with plenty of tables. There is outdoor seating too, but there were a couple of people smoking when we went, so we stayed inside (which worked out since it was hot anyway). Service was smooth. We ordered at the counter and the barista brought everything out to us, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's a really cute spot with great drinks and unique snacks. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Only downside is parking can be a bit tricky since it's just free street parking, so you might have to park across the street and walk over.

The patio seating is fresh, airy, there are tables, outdoor furnitures (sofas) and bright orange umbrellas for shade. My photos captured these elements. The food arrived shortly, although not all at once. I didn't mind it all because the ambiance was so soothing with the sound of birds chirping away and the background of other patrons talking. The only complaint from Hubby was too many pototo chunks in his burrito. My omelette was hot, fresh ingredients, delectable & the potatoes were mixed with 3 colors of bellpeppers. Oh and the chilaquiles? Pretty darn good! The tortilla chips were crispy, perfect amount of green salsa, freshly diced onions & a sprinkling of cotija cheese. Was I famished or was it that good that I devoured everything? What's left was Hubby's potato chunk discards.
