I love this Baskin Robbins so so so much! This location is clean and their decor is adorable! The staff are very nice! They sell these mini cakes that I haven't seen at other locations. Highly recommended! Come check it out! Will definitely be back!

Located in front of a market so it's convenient to just go to the market and come here for some ice cream! Service was ok. Ice cream is as good as always. They have matcha ice cream and other good flavors.

What We Ordered: -1 Kids Scoop $4.59 -1 Single Scoop $5.69 -Double Scoop $7.89 Baskin-Robbins was offering a Parent Pass promotion for Reward Members where you could get a scoop of Ice Cream for $1.99. We went to this location to redeem the promotion. This store is much nicer than some of other locations in the area. It looks like it was recently re-done. There's a nice mural on the wall representing Rosemead and the SGV. That was cool! I decided to get a double scoop of Nutty Coconut and Pistachio Almond. It was a nut overload, but I loved it. My son got Very Berry Strawberry and he loved it! He also loves Strawberry Ice Cream. The Wife got some kind of matcha flavor Ice Cream. She liked it! The service was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely come back here again! FYI, they don't allow dogs inside this location.

The Baskin Robbins at this location has been around for awhile. It's a nice place to stop by for ice cream, and there's a good variety of flavors. If you want to sample any flavors, feel free to ask. When it comes to the cakes, I've always enjoyed a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake as it's one of my favorite places that makes ice cream cake. The employees are really nice here if you need help or have any questions. And If you want sit down to enjoy your ice cream, there's a few seatings available in-store. Side note, I love the painting on the wall! Even though Baskin Robbins is an ice cream chain, the painting really stands out and shows a sense of community at this branch

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. I was asked if I wanted to sample any flavors. Was pretty surprised how big the single scoop was, she was really generous with the scoops! Great service and ice cream! Will definitely be back.

The service was great! I had a great experience with ordering to picking up my order. The staff were friendly and helpful with assisting me with ordering a birthday cake for my daughter- she wanted a princess cake. This cake was about $60ish, feeds around 15+ people. We usually get the Oreo ice cream w/ white cake and it's our favorite flavor combo. Definitely recommend the ice cream cakes here for special occasions

I came here two days ago and the guy who helped me was very sweet. I feel that they're very generous here. My toddler really wanted the huge waffle cone. So I asked the guy for it. He gave me the option," If you get the double scoop, waffle cone is free. Single cone, cone is 89 cents." I thought heck why not get an extra scoop. At least I didn't let the 89 cents "go to waste". I could've refused it but I'm thankful he gave me the option. When we checked out he gave me a scratcher card along with a coupon for $3 off any cake. So I came back today to redeem that coupon. My niece loved the cake, along with everyone else who got to enjoy it. I actually forgot my coupon but they were very generous to let me have $3 off anyway! The girls who helped me tonight were great and super sweet. I left feeling really happy. My brother even asked me," Which one did you go to? They even wrote her name and everything!" This will be the Baskin Robbins he's going to next time for ice cream cake. He has been to other locations and they don't do that for him. His kids love ice cream cake. What I also love is that they have so many options available and they're open until 10p! I decided to call at 8:30pm to see if they had cake and they had the flavors and size I wanted. Talk about convenience especially during late hours!

    Root beer float! My favorite.

Parking is fairly easy to find here, and the space inside is very spacious, bright, and relaxing. The staff were welcoming and patient while we were deciding our order, since some items were unique for us. We had their Signature Coconut Jelly Dessert Soup and Golden Buns with Condensed Milk. The dessert soup was indeed a treat with so many goodies inside. It's definitely on the pricier end but filled with so many unique toppings. My favorite was the heart-shaped goodie! The golden buns are a classic, and they were indeed tasty here, too.

Unfortunately, the desserts here gave us the runs. Out of 5 of us, 4 got very sick shortly that night and the days after. TMI, but it was frequent trips to the restroom. We're pretty sure and deduced it was from the dairy-based desserts and drinks. I had the mango pomelo sago drink. Friend A ordered the mango pomelo sago drink and black sesame soup. Friend B ordered the mango sago. Friend C had the milk tea. And we all ended up with stomach issues. Friend D who didn't eat any milk-based items, only yashixiang lemon tea and some of Friend A's black sesame soup , was completely fine. We also ordered a signature coconut jelly dessert soup to-go for another friend when we were leaving, and they had no issues either. That's why we think it was the batch of milk used in our desserts that caused all of this. It honestly had us going to the bathroom for 2 days! If you're coming here, just be aware--you might end up spending a lot of time in the restroom like we did.

It's surprising how busy this place is especially for women/girls (maybe souffle is more popular…read moreamong girls?) The only guys you see mostly liley are those who come as part of a family. However I personally think souffle is a glorified version of pancake. It's slightly thicker and more fluffy and if you like pancakes there is no reason why you wouldn't like this (other than the price?). The location is in a strip mall next to the bigger 99 Ranch plaza and parking can be difficult to find especially top side but there is a underground parking lot next door. It can still get busy so you may have to park in that plaza and walk over on busy weekends. Just note this place is busy even in the weekday evenings. There are very few tables so if you are coming as a date/family, you may not find a table. The tables are also small so I wouldn't recommend a large group of more than 4. You order via a kiosk and for drinks they will call your order number. For souffle if you dine in, you can take a number stand and place on your table just like some McDonald's. Souffle is not bad and not too sweet especially with the original flavor.

Been to Motto multiple times and the items here from drinks to food items have all been pretty…read moresolid! Quality to aesthetics get high marks but sometimes taste is lacking. Souffle pancakes in different occasions always look so pretty, are the best everyone's ever had, some some flavor profiles don't work. Maybe that's why the menu sometimes changes. For example the yuzu grape was completely bland because the yuzu drizzle on top was a thin line i couldn't taste at all. At least put a spread between each layer or pour a lot on top like the others (eg berry or mango). The mint leaves was the most potent flavor in this dish. Over the grapes, blueberries, matcha powder, yuzu. Got the mango triple layer drink this time and if you drink it carefully, you can appreciate the contrast from the mango puree, the milk, the creamy salted matcha. If you just mix it up completely you won't get that affect. One thing that bothers me is because the menu changes I seem to always be unable to get something I'm thinking of from the previous visit. I recall last time I had some mochi and rice ball I added to a drink that was so damn good and I couldn't add it this time. Though I recall that drink being $11.50 from the add ons. The souffle pancake was $21... so place is $$ but again the quality is there. Service wise, never interacted with staff really. Kiosk to order. Drinks just sit at counter when done. Didn't call numbers. Oh they did bring the pancake, no words spoken.

They were really busy but the staff was really nice and efficient. There are a few tables inside the quaint dessert shop. My boyfriend and I shared a Taiyaki Ice Cream ($7.95) with custard filling and ube soft serve. We also got some of the Taiyakis ($7.20 for 3) and opted for the custard, cheesecake, and cookie butter. Since it was busy and we knew it would take a while so we browsed the other retail businesses nearby. I noticed how considerate the staff was, as she waited for us to come back to dispense our soft serve ice cream, so it doesn't get soggy. It was much appreciated. I also notice that they premade some taiyaki shells for the soft serve ahead of time to cool so it doesn't melt the ice cream, but it lacks the warmness of a fresh taiyaki that the regular taiyakis have. I'm glad we got both to experience the best of both worlds. I can definitely see us coming back when we're in the area since we enjoyed the treats and the service is so considerate. Excited to try the new flavors they have in the future.

For those who are not fans of egg or liquidy golden goodness, you can get the ones without the lava flow (aka, they just call it the "regular mooncake" - note, these are small in size compared to the "lava" ones). Flavors for both the "regular" and "lava" range from regular (contains mung bean paste), Ube, Taro w/ coconut milk, matcha, and black sesame. You can order each flavor on their own or get the 5 piece assorted box set, which is what I did to try each of the flavors out. The regular mooncakes without the lava are more dense because they do not have a space in the middle for the flowing eggy lava custard. I like that they each have that mung bean paste base that's not too sweet, but just slightly different in their flavors depending on which flavor you get. My favorite were the black sesame and the original. For the "lava" mooncakes, it's the same super light and flakiness on the outside with a thin layer of mung bean paste right underneath the flaky layers, then filled generously in the middle with the eggy custard. You must eat it hot or reheat in a toaster oven (if not eating it the same day) for max joy and experience. The lava eggy custard was sweet, but not overly "burn your throat" sweet and slight savory as well. It had a good custard flavor without it being too eggy. Come here for a once-in-a-while splurge when you're in the area. Definitely a treat to be shared!!!
