My friend surprised me with this adorable jellycat inspired birthday cake, and I absolutely loved it. The little smile and cookie feet were just too cute. The The taro and mochi filling wasn't overly sweet, exactly how I like my cake. It came beautifully packaged, with birthday candles and even a sparkler candle, which was such a fun surprise. Every detail made it feel extra special, so touched by my friend's thoughtfulness and all the love that went into the sweet birthday surprise.
Yummy strawberry cake. I very last minutely pre ordered this the night before at 9 pm and they got it ready before noon the next day. It was put in a nice cute box with bow on top. They even gave us firecracker candle and extra plastic plates and utensils. Very happy with the thoughtfulness and the quality of the cake! Will order again next time
When I first saw this place, I thought it was just a specialty cake shop. I did not expect them to have an extensive menu of premium bubble tea drinks as well. It is amazing how much variety they offer at this small shop, including but not limited to cakes, breads, bubble tea, and other desserts. I like to stop by for a drink when I am nearby. The matcha drinks and house special milk teas are pretty good. I would recommend the Brulee Matcha Shake, which has a smooth and creamy texture and is somehow not overly sweet. Brown sugar boba is the perfect topping to go with this drink.
First time coming here and I was massively impressed with the color of this place. It's such a massive cafe and it's just decorations everywhere. There's a big mirror by the door that's perfect to take pictures with your drinks. There's plenty of seating and this place gets busy pretty often, quite nice that there's a self ordering kiosk to speed up the waiting times. Since their menu is quite extensive, they provide a "top picks and a order recommendation" for first time visitors. Since they're known for cakes, it's best to see pictures and the cakes on display before buying them. They have plenty of unique designed cakes like labubu cakes which are quite popular. Every design is very cute and absolutely picture worthy. Each design is unique and the customization is endless. I would certainly consider CC Cake whenever there's a special occasion at hand, the cake design itself is very much worth it to customize.
I recently had their mango custom cake in Labubu design and I loved it! The cake was moist and flavorful. The mango tasted fresh. Overall, it was a spongy delicious Asian cake with just the right amount of sweetness and freshness! Service is always good. The interior ambiance is cute and cozy. They also have really soft fresh bread that they use in their sandwiches. I had the spam and egg sandwich last time and the toast tasted like pillows.
This is a great addition in Arcadia. From drinks to cake slices to savory bites, there's a lot to choose here. I love all things mango, so I got the mango drink and mango cake. The service was pretty fast and indoors, there's plenty of seating. It's also clean indoors. I prefer the mango drink over the mango cake. The mango cheezo drink hit the right stuff. I will definitely have to order this again
Stacy did an amazing cake and cupcakes for my Mom's 80th birthday! The cake was so beautiful that my Mom did not want to cut it. The cake was so fresh and absolutely delicious and so were the cupcakes. All of the guests were equally impressed. We chose the original vanilla chiffon with fresh cream frosting with a layer of strawberries and a layer of taro mochi for the cake. Stacy's service was first class. She was so responsive and patient in helping to design the cake.
located in a main plaza on a baldwin, this cake/boba spot is a great addition to the community. This was my first time ordering a custom cake and the owner, CC, made the entire process easy. I sent her two inspiration pictures i found on pintrest and her and her team ran with it and produced a beautiful cake. They went above and beyond with small ceramic mushrooms on the side of the cake. we originally agreed on pick up at noon but because of some delayed had to pick up at 1pm. She asked for our understanding and gifted us 2 drinks which were perfectly balanced and fresh(soft boba) order: custom birthday cake comments: no comments from my end. super helpful owner (CC) and staff were super attentive 10/10 would definitely recommend and come back for my next occasion

The staff was very attentive, and the overall vibe of the boba/cake shop was super cute and girly. 1. Soybean Cream Bliss with Mochi: this was a rich, creamy cake with a subtle, sweet soybean flavor that reminded me a bit of the sweet tofu dessert. The crispy bits added a nice contrast in texture. The mochi layer that replaced a layer of cream in the cake gave it an extra chewy dimension that made it really special. 2. Salted Egg Yolk & Mochi with Pork Sung: a creative take on the classic savory pork sung pastry. Perfect sweet and savory cake. The balance of flavors worked surprisingly well- the pork sung brought the right amount of saltiness, while the salted egg yolk layer (which I was surprised to see replaced an entire layer of cream) was bold, rich, and savory. This one's a must try if you're looking for something more unique. All the cakes (and especially the cake bases) tasted super fresh and were not too sweet. Would definitely be back to try other cakes!
Its a very cute place. Plenty of seats to hangout while drinking and enjoying the dessert. Walking in, checking the menu's for drinks and desserts. Ordered on the kiosk. No hi no smile nothing. The lady was busy on the phone taking orders. The other lady maybe busy with the something else. Walking in and out. No other customers in the store. My drink came out so cute but oh so lack of flavor. I asked for regular ice, and the other one less ice. Both came with same amount of ice. I asked for regular sweet and the other less sweet, barely taste the sweetness. My son said," cute place but the drinks are made with no love." Despite all that, I'll come back again to try it. Maybe not a good day for the staff.
I wanted to get my family an Asian style cake that had multiple kinds of fruit and this place had the best options for cake I could bring to a six person gathering. I visited to order the cake and got the mini strawberry cream cake at staff suggestion to taste how the bday cake would taste and it was perfect. Chiffon cake was pillowy and fresh cream was milky and gently sweet which fits family's taste. I got a 5" fruit melody cake and picked up next day at noon or so. It was superbly packaged with so many helpful supplies and complimentary items. I also got a durian avo smoothie with agar agar boba (50%) for the road and multiple items in case family want to try, mini durian cream cake tin, taro cream cake tin, Choco hazelnut cake tin and pandan coconut roll cake slice. I also got two mochi (strawberry and mango) bc staff said those came out fresh. I got such a nice cupholder bag and insulated bag with my purchases without me asking. Everything for the bday cake was delicious and memorable! Service was quick and well done. I'm glad I read yelp reviews and came out of my way even though I drove for a while.
We decided to check out this cute cafe with kitschy pillows on sofas and chairs. We ordered Durian mille crepe, magnum crunch chocolate cake box, original basque cheesecake, durian coconut sago drink, and brûlée Oreo boba shake. The durian milk crepe and durian coconut sago drink were both delicious and not too sweet. Cashier was patient while we were deciding on our order. Parking can be an issue as it shares the lot with other businesses in the plaza.
My sister in law bought a cake and several drinks for us for my niece's birthday. I can't say much on the service or inside the bakery because I was not there. The presentation and packaging... CHEF'S KISS. So cute and pretty!!! I got a cheezo strawberry, it was very good. I would go back to order it again. But would ask for it to be slightly sweeter and have more cheese. We also got the fruit tea, although delicious it wasn't as sweet as I wanted it to be. The cake...I hate asian cakes. But this cake! The cream was so good paired with the fresh fruit and soft sponge. I told my husband we're going back here for so many other things!! I can't wait totry everything else, especially the cheezo grape.

Came to pick up a custom birthday cake and left with some tasty drinks! They have some seasonal specialties with cheesy drinks. Unfortunately no coffee or mangos but we got some fresh milk strawberry drink! Quite refreshing. There is parking available in the attached strip mall parking lot but does get busy. read more

I was looking for a place to do a custom cake and found CC Cake. After trying one of their mango box cakes I placed an order for a 10 inch chiffon cake with fresh strawberry + jam. Ordering was super easy and they were super responsive with making sure they understood the plan and had everything ready within only a couple days. During pick up they packed extra candles, utensils, ice pack and even helped me make sure it was secure in my car since I'd be driving over 30 mins away. I was sooo impressed that my cake was exactly like the references I provided. The cake was a hugeeee hit with the guests and I really appreciated how every part of the cake was edible. This place has such a pretty aesthetic + delicious drinks & cakes! I ordered their taro mochi creambox, cake wasnt overly sweet & I can really taste the taro from the paste. There is also mochi in the middle which adds a chewy texture too. Mango mille crepe was so light and delicious, mango & cream was perfectly sweet. In between it also had mango paste which had an interesting pumpkin puree element to it. I got their Puff Cream Osmathamus Oolong Milk Tea with Tea Jelly, 30% sweet, SOOO YUMMY, fragrant of the tea. I would definitely come back to order this drink here and try out other ones as well. Pre-ordered my custom cake design two days in advance! Included the reference photo and final product below! I am so happy and satisfied with how the cake turned out! It looked almost identical to the reference photo! CC has such an amazing attention to detail, as she kept my add-ons of icing roses and strawberries color-coordinated to match the rest of the color scheme. I also really appreciated that they accommodated my request and wrote part of the birthday message in Korean (which I had said we can omit if it isn't possible to include). The packaging and presentation was beautiful, coming in a clear box with a ribbon :) My grandma absolutely loved her cake! She kept saying how it was so pretty, took photos of it, and enjoyed a good portion! Usually, she can't have much cake and scrapes off the frosting as it's too sugary for her, but she was pleasantly surprised that the cake, fruits, and cream were not too sweet! The cake itself was soft and moist! So very thoughtful and kind of the bakery to provide us with a sparkler (you can choose between a heart or a star) and a cutlery set. We thought it would have just forks and napkins, but it came with the cutest mini serving plates and a decorative paper crown saying "Happy Birthday"! Service was wonderful! Text responses arrived in a timely manner, always within 3 hours. We actually arrived 30 minutes early, and the cake was already ready! CC also gave us pointers on how to use the sparkler and how to safely seat/store the cake for the drive! We also ordered 4 drinks on the side, which were ready within 10 minutes and all tasted high-quality! On a side note, disclaimer about using the listed website: I ordered through their website which took me to Chowbus, and this ended up causing a lot of confusion. The cafe almost double-charged me the $50 deposit fee as I had paid and tipped on Chowbus, but through text, the owner (or employee?) asked me to Zelle or Venmo and I'd be all set. Luckily, once I informed them I already paid and sent screenshots, everything was all sorted. Chowbus also allowed me to set my desired pick-up time which I chose 4:00PM, to which I received a text this morning around 11:00AM asking what time I wanted the cake by. Not sure if Chowbus didn't notify the cafe correctly, or if the cafe didn't verify my order number, or if I wasn't providing proper details (maybe I should have texted the order number and pick-up time directly, rather than rely on my screenshots), but it all worked out in the end. Also, when I went to pick-up the cake, they almost didn't charge me the rest of the fee! I kept asking didn't I owe them more money since I only paid the deposit, and she almost sent me home without paying the remainder; after a while of me saying I do owe her, she realized Chowbus only charged me for the $50 deposit. Again, these are not complaints to the cafe and only to the website/Chowbus. Just to avoid the added stress, I recommend placing your order through in-person consultation, text, or Instagram Highly recommend! Will definitely be returning for future birthdays & holidays & parties! read more

Forgot to purchase a cake for my husband. Didn't have time to go to regular spot happened to remember this cake spot on the way home. Little did I know they don't have full cakes readily available. You need to order at least one day ahead of time. Sigh.. Luckily they were generous and was able to whip up something later in the day. We ordered the Berry Buddy and it's adorable. Even better it tasted amazing. I've never seen my in laws finish their cake serving they actually had to have seconds. If you know the Asian elders, they won't waste their calories on dessert. The frosting is perfect, the fruits are perfect the cake was moist and fluffy. Thank you CC Cake for helping me out and providing an amazing cake. everything comes with packaged with it as well. Where have I been all this time? Was craving cake so found this place and decided to give it a try. I ordered the pork floss cake and taro mochi box. Both cake are filled with ingredients! The pork floss covered the cream cake completely and the taro box was layer with mochi and taro cream! Both cake was light and not overly sweet! The person who helped me was attentive and very knowledgeable about their products. I think I found my fav dessert place! read more

It was my first time ordering from this place and omg I LOVE this place. I needed a small cake for my friend's engagement celebration and I'm so glad I found this place. The cake was so delicious and honestly one of the cutest cakes I've ever ordered. The owner was super accommodating, I was able to pick it up a little early with no issues, which I really appreciated. And can we talk about the packaging?? SO. DAMN. CUTE. ( I forgot to take a pic but it was nicely wrapped) The original cake design had a little bear, but she changed it to a red heart, which was so nice and fit the theme perfectly. I'll 100% be ordering more from them for all my future occasions!!! read more

Cheezo mango smoothie (less sweet) - I do not like the crystal boba too much it tastes like coconut jellies I would give it a 7/10. Avocado love mango - mango is good in this it has nice chunks this one was the better drink I got. 7.5/10 Not pictured the mochi mango ball which I devoured it was so good. Not too sweet and nice and cold I bought the last one 9/10 Service is nice. No bathrooms. Very cutesy pink inside read more
Got a longevity peach designed custom cake with taro and strawberry fillings for my boyfriend's mom's birthday. All her guests praised it and asked where I got it from. It was definitely a hit! Much better and appreciated than the traditional longevity peach red bean bun. I cannot thank you enough for CC Cake, 1) they helped with picking out the filling (adding strawberries to taro was definitely the way to go) and recommended to adding a double layer to get the peach height, & 2) resolving my long distance drive so my fresh cream cake will be intact for the drive. Customer service, they went above and beyond!! Thank you. I didn't get a chance to take a photo- but i definitely grab one to show you how much love and filling there is in this awesomeness cake. Everything was edible, even the 80 age outside. Sometimes the plaza gets busy and parking can get limited, but grabbing a cake and some boba is totally worth the trouble. I'm gluten-free and I was able to get mochi filled with strawberry and mango . I'm sure their cakes are just as delicious but I wasn't able to try it at the time . The cake that I ordered was really pretty! CC Cake provides a huge selection of cakes to choose from and I think they can also customize any cake that you ask them to. However, the process to customize the cake is super difficult. I called in to order and the person that picked up told me to text a picture of the cake I would like to order and my information. However, after texting my info, nobody responded to me for 2 days. It was getting close to the day that I needed to pick up the cake so I called back, only to have them say that they missed my message. Luckily, they will still be able to accommodate my order. However, through the same text messaging process, they would take forever to respond. I was nervous the entire time, thinking I might not actually get my cake. Upon pick up, I went on time and they were still not done with the cake. I think I might have waited almost half an hour, but she did give me a free drink to make up for the time I waited. The store seemed really busy because they sell milk teas, cakes, and pastries. It was really cute inside though, so I didn't mind the wait too much. The cake was pretty, but it wasn't very good. It was almost all cream with very little of the cake or filling. I was left a bit disappointed. I might go back for another cake that doesn't need customization, but probably not for a custom cake. I ordered a cookies and cream heart cake from CC Cake for my daughter's birthday. Ordering was very easy and the whole exchange was done via text with the bakery. They sent photo samples, communicated quickly and easily about flavors and colors. They were also pretty flexible, letting me order within about 48-72 hours of the day I needed it. The cake was ready on the day/time of pickup and packaged beautifully in a clear cake box. At the party, the cake was 100% devoured. The cookies and cream flavor was a hit with the kids and parents both. I've never had a birthday cake get eaten so quickly. It was a pricy cake for sure, but my satisfaction that everyone enjoyed it and I had no leftovers was worth it. read more
On holidays and weekends CC Cake gets very busy and crowded. After ordering on the kiosk, I ended up waiting half an hour for the pork floss cakes. The pork floss cakes were very good, but with the small parking lot, I'm not sure if its worth waiting this long. read more

Ordered from here for the first time and I'll definitely be back! Service: Quick and direct. I pre-ordered in person, but you can text in your order as well. I suggest checking out their insta page to see more of the custom cakes that they've previously done. Definitely get some reference pictures ready! Taste: Light, fluffy, and most importantly, not too sweet. I haven't tried the other flavors that they offer yet, but the taro and mochi combo was a delight. Honestly - I think I've found my new go-to dessert place for events/birthdays! read more

Placed an order for baby shower themed desserts. The owner helped us semi customize the desserts and was extremely helpful. The result was so cute! Loved it! The owner even allowed us to borrow dessert stands for the event. It was also delicious! Not too sweet and the taste was very clean. No taste of artificial flavoring.
