We love this Asian flavor-inspired gelato stand inside the Blossom Market Food Hall! Although I haven't had the courage to try their durian flavor yet (though my friends who are durian fans say it's superb), every other flavor has been so so yummy and *not too sweet*. We recently hired Jasmine Creamery to cater at our son's first birthday party. TC, the owner, came and set up the cutest stand, and served up three different flavors of gelato. If the drive home wasn't so long, I would've loved to get a pint of this to-go. Vietnamese Coffee: 4/5, pretty tasty. Its coffee flavor is more sweet and milky than strong and bitter, which makes it lighter than the typical jitters-inducing Viet Coffee drink. However, it would 've been nice if it was slightly more bitter. Kue Gapit (Dutch-Indonesian coconut waffle cookies): 4/5. A 4oz bag costed $9. Made in-house, these were solid snacks that were not super sweet and had a great crispiness. The coconut flavor was prominent and enjoyable. The gelato textures were more icy than creamy/whipped/smooth, but I didn't mind because they weren't as heavy as other gelato. Also, the flavors were so lovely. Close to the end of my single split scoop cup ($6.50 for the single and $0.50 for the split aka two flavors), I ended up stirring together both the Cookies 'n Matcha and the Vietnamese Coffee, and the resulting mixture tasted amazing. I came here with my friends on a Friday night around 8:30. Parking lot was already closed, or maybe there was another way in but we just parked on the street. The place itself was very cozy. There are a lot of different spots. The person serving us was super patient and kind. She let us try a lot of different flavors.
