We have been here numerous times and never have a bad experience. Staffs are always friendly and gelatos are best in town. People come in waves. If there's a long line, try to come back later. It's hard to find street parking but there are plenty of parking structures around. There are no tables or chairs.

Bacio di Latte is a charming Gelato shop with cozy vibes. We went there on Thursday night and the shop was busy.We scanned the QR code to read the menu. They have delicious and unique flavors of Gelato. They use organic milk and organic cream. I ordered three scoops; Belgian chocolate (Cioccolato belga) cookies& cream (crema & Biscotti) & Bacio Di Latte. Belgian chocolate had a rich flavor and it is perfect for chocolate lovers. Bacio Di Latte had a very creamy texture with nutty hazelnut combined with light chocolate flavor. Cookies & cream (Crema & Biscotti)was rich, creamy and perfectly delicious. The service was fast. The staff was very friendly.I enjoyed their high quality ingredients and the various and rich flavors.

I first tried Bacio di Latte when we went to Italy last year, so I was so excited (and honestly surprised) to find out we have one here in Pasadena! The line was pretty long -- we waited about 40 minutes to be exact -- but it moved steadily and honestly built up the anticipation. I got the coffee caramel flavor (I forgot the exact name ) and it was absolutely delicious. Super creamy, rich, and not overly sweet. You can really taste the quality. My husband got the hazelnut flavor and he loved it -- very smooth and full of flavor. We also got our cones dipped in Nutella and pistachios, which made it even better. The added crunch and chocolate coating took it to another level. Even with the long wait, I have no complaints at all. It was 100% worth it. The gelato tasted fresh and just as good as I remembered from Italy. We'll definitely be back to try more flavors next time!

We were coming from dinner and wanted something sweet but still a little savory ...maybe coffee, maybe ice cream, or honestly both. We came across Bacio di Latte in Pasadena and it ended up being exactly what we were looking for. Their ice cream is delicious, and I loved that they let you try different flavors before deciding. The staff was super friendly and patient, which made the experience even better. I ended up getting ice cream with two shots of espresso, and it was so good. The espresso beans tasted fresh and was perfect with the ice cream.

4 stars Mom and I stopped by to pick up a dessert here and we were kinda impressed. We got 1 scoop ($7.45) to share and a cappuccino ($6.25). I got the the 3 chocolate flavor and my mom picked the pistachio crunch and we loved the texture of the gelato. The chocolate wasn't overly sweet, but the pistachio was surprisingly salty, however the crunch was a nice sweet balance to it. The cappuccino was good. It was very smooth and, for an afternoon pick-me-up, I thought it was perfect. Mom thought it could have been stronger. I'd come back.

The first time I tried Bacio di Latte was at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga. When I saw they have a location in Old Town Pasadena, I got really excited and had to swing on by for a sweet treat. This location is at a nice corner spot. Inside is oddly long in length though. The slender bench seating along the windows is fine, but the section near the gelato selection and payment counter can get really snugged. You're eating your ice cream and you have people standing in front of you with their backs turned... there is barely any space between you and them. I find that quite awkward. Staff was welcoming and friendly. A nice young gentleman helped me with my gelato selection. Free samples of any gelato flavors as many as you like from what I was informed. I saw 23 flavors available at the time. I tried a few flavors. Thank you! I ended up getting a regular cup up to 3 flavors for $8.95. I only got 2 flavors, Cocco Rico with creamy crunchy coconut and Chocolate Pistachio Crunch with exactly what is described in its name. Love the smooth and creamy texture. Sweetness was perfect. I would get them both again!

The shop is cozy, small, and very clean with a modern look. Seating is extremely limited, but the vibe is relaxed and welcoming. It's a nice stop for a quick sweet treat after walking around town. ::Gelato:: The gelato is made fresh in house daily using high quality ingredients and organic milk. Flavors rotate between classic favorites and seasonal options. My favorite is the Nutella based gelato with hazelnut chocolate. I can't remember the exact name, but it's sweet, silky, and very creamy. You can sample flavors before choosing, which makes it easier to decide. ::Customer Service:: The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered samples without hesitation, made suggestions, and were patient while I took my time. Even when it got a bit crowded, the line moved quickly and I never felt rushed. ::Tips:: Definitely ask for samples. It helps when so many flavors sound good. ::M's Notes:: - Very limited seating, no tables or chairs - Parking options include street parking, nearby lots, or garages

Awww yes! I've been seeing this place pop up all over L.A. so I finally decided to stop by with some friends after brunch. They have many flavors and trying them was a treat. I ended up with a cup cone with a scoop of coffee caramel and cookies and cream. Flavors are sweet. The shop is kind of small but you can take your gelato across the street to the square and eat it there on a nice day.

Sorry, but the Italian ice cream spot down the street doesn't even come close. This place is on a completely different level. The first time I ever had it was at the location near UCLA, and I still remember how blown away I was after the very first bite. Now that I've had it again, I can confidently say this is hands down the best ice cream I've had since being in Vegas. The texture is insanely smooth and creamy, the flavors are rich without being overly sweet, and you can really taste the quality in every scoop. Nothing tastes artificial or watered down -- it's just pure, well-made ice cream done right. You can tell they care about what they're putting out. Every flavor I've tried has been consistent, balanced, and straight-up addictive. If you're debating between this place and anything nearby, don't overthink it. This is the spot. Worth every bite and every visit.

Love this gelato shop, I've stopped by a few times and the line is always out the door. Be patient, it's worth the wait! As you walk in you can smell the waffle cone scent. You line up and when you get called up, you can sample their flavors before you make your selection. This time, I opted for a holiday Biscotti affogato, and love the chunky pieces. My bf got a 3 regular flavors on a cup. All flavors were super creamy and each tasted delicious. Parking, I recommend you use the De Lacey Parking Facility which is half a block away. You can also do street parking but that is a bit limited since there are many other establishments on Colorado blvd.

I will drive 30 mins to this place just because I love gelato but specifically BACCIOS GELATO. whenever I have a bad day, a good day or just craving ice cream this is the place. Parking is not fun in Pasadena but you make it work. It's nice to walk since it's so pretty around, especially at night. Well you know it's finals week and you know it's been ROUGH so here I am driving out with a line out the door on a chilly night That's how good it is haha The affogato was really popular on a cooler night but I always get a scoop of pistachio and their speciality of the month.. can't ever go wrong Both pistachio is good but I like the older traditional version Here's to my favorite ice cream spot.

Bacio di Latte is my all time favorite gelato place! I was so very excited when I found out there was a location in old town Pasadena. This location is very small and narrow compared to other locations. The staff is usually kind and willing to offer any samples. I don't usually get any samples because I always get the same thing. One thing about Bacio di Latte is that their flavors are always consistent. I always love coming here!

It's been a while since my last Salt & Straw visit, and I was pleasantly surprised there was a location not too far from me. Pasadena parking nearby consists of parking structures ($1, no longer free, for 90 minutes), metered street parking, or free street parking if you don't mind a walk. We decided to split two scoops ($8.95) on a waffle cone ($1.75), choosing a limited time flavor (peanut butter and jelly pound cake) and a permanent flavor (salted, malted, chocolate chip cookie dough) after some sampling. In hindsight, we should had the jelly scoop at the bottom of the cone and the cookie dough scoop at the top, so that our last bites would be more sweet. I did find I liked the peanut butter and jelly pound cake more than the salted, malted, chocolate chip cookie dough. Two scoops split between two people was more than enough for our sweet tooth! If we had more room, we would've attempted to try to the tacolate (choco taco as we call it lol). There are four-ish seats inside if you want to stay and eat your ice cream. Mainly the space inside is for queuing up and most people walk out with their ice cream. Service is excellent, the employees there are very helpful and will not hesitate to help to try and find the right flavor of ice cream for you.

The unfortunate part is that the ice cream really isn't that good, and the portions are small for what you pay.  What really turned me off, though, was the lack of common sense from the staff. If you've been here, you know they have a display case with slices of cake and pie. Normally you look through the case and point to the piece you want. That's exactly what I did. There were about ten pieces of cake in the case, and I picked one that had the perfect icing-to-cake ratio. The employee asked what I wanted, and when I pointed to the slice she told me, "You can only pick from these two," while holding up two other pieces. Apparently those were the older slices that they were trying to get rid of. They were clearly smaller and, judging by how they were being pushed, probably not the freshest either. Since I was basically being forced to buy something I didn't want, I said I didn't want anything. She just said "okay" and moved on to help the rest of my family. At that point I told my family we were leaving and heading to Bloomfield Creamery in Altadena instead. The employee had every opportunity to use a little common sense and simply give me the slice I asked for. I work hard for my money, and if I'm paying premium prices, I expect to choose what I'm buying. Instead, they lost Madre family of customers for good.
