All the tables were full but no one except one table was eating any shaved ice. While we waited to order an announcement came over the PA not to order extra fruit. Then a few minutes later, they announced that they were cutting off orders then another 10 minutes they shut down orders until 4pm. I'm an hour in and I still do not have any shaved iced. I don't care how popular or viral a place gets. When you have two people in the back and backed up orders that you can't fill, you simply don't know the operations portion of your business. My other SIL, the mom of the three kids was hoping for strawberry bingsu instead of mango melon. I didn't realize the melon bingsu was flavored with mango until I reviewed the menu while writing this review. Because we had our bingsu after dinner, most of our group had the tiramisu without the side of coffee, though my husband and I enjoyed the coffee taste. Overall parking can be a challenge in this area, especially if you are trying to park for free. As at comparable places such as Meet Fresh, you order at a kiosk and payment is by card or phone only, no cash. They call your number and you pick up your snow ice from a window. Seating is pretty limited. There are homeless in the area even though an affluent area. So be careful. Seating is very close together inside. The quality and quantity of the snow ice is very good. Overall, w would recommend giving these guys a try as their quantity and quality are pretty good for the price, but other snow ice places have more convenient parking in safer neighborhoods. read more

Came here on a warm Friday afternoon and surprisingly it wasnt too busy. Ordering was easy at the kiosk, and there are a few tables inside. Unfortunately the tables get a little sticky because of the bingsu melting but it's cleaned regularly! Felt like a casual cafe. They have numbers for each order and you pickup at the counter. We got two different flavors (injeolmi and green tea) of the large sizes to share between 4 of us and that was definitely enough for all of us. The store itself felt a bit dirty, but I was also there at the very end of the day. Like most bingsu places, the bowl is filled to the brim which means that some will inevitably spill over. The trays help with this but if you're sharing from across the table, spillage and therefore sticky tables are guaranteed.
