Mango Sago (bomb)

Mango sago 8/10 - delicious, you get what you're paying for. I still think 3catea makes the best one. This is way better than bengong for sure. OG caramel egg tart 10/10 - super flakey, perfect bite Strawberry tart 4/10 - very milky, I like strawberry but this is not the vibe

NaiSnow is located on Valley with a lot of other tea shops, so safe to say there is quite a bit of competition. For a new spot, NaiSnow does have a lot to ride home about. I got to try their Super Lemon Tea and Tiramisu Mocha, and its a bit of hit and miss. The Super Lemon Tea was tasty, definitely recommend and something I wouldn't turn down if it was handed to me. The Tiramisu Mocha, however, tasted really watered down and kind of like hot chocolate (in ice... so cold chocolate?). I got the cream separate from the drink, and I'm glad I did, as I didn't really like the taste of it. They have tasty looking egg tarts, and it seems that is one of their specialties (along with health...ier drinks). They also have other options such as a tiramisu tart, strawberry tart, blueberry tart, and if you're looking for something savory, a bacon potato salad tart! They smell great and I'd love to try one eventually when its less packed! Service was fine but nothing special. There were lots of people and a bit of a rush when I came, so I understand being a bit overwhelmed, especially since the sign on the outside says they're still in the process of training their employees. Inside, there isn't a lot of seating, but enough to sit around and wait for your order. The interior design is intentional and the colors are nice, with the lights and white colors popping on the muted green walls. Overall, I'd give my visit to NaiSnow a 6.5/10. NaiSnow has a lot of potential and I plan on coming back after a few months to see how they've improved.

6 Pieces Caramel Egg Tart

We came for the egg tarts, waited about 30 minutes for a fresh batch, and we stayed for the egg tarts! We tried the strawberry bread as well, but it was no comparison to the egg tarts! I would come back for the egg tarts again. I will line up again for the egg tarts. I will wait again for the egg tarts. It is the fluffiest egg tarts I've had, and it is worth every bite! Also, please read other Yelp reviews. The plaza can get very busy on weekends. The parking situation can be a nightmare, depending on when you go. Prepare to wait and be patient. The place itself is very small; you have to order on the self-order tablet and wait around until your order is ready. There is little to no waiting area inside when it gets busy. Plan accordingly!

Short wait time + ample parking! This plaza is filled with many shops to eat and drink at, but NaiSnow caught our eye since they were doing a deal where you could get a free plushie if you ordered the combo blueberry pro bottle + super grape. I enjoyed my super grape drink though the blueberry pro bottle was a little too tart for me and the texture was mushy. I didn't have a chance to enjoy their famous egg tarts but they were making it fresh in-house in front of us and looked good!

Came by around 9pm and no line. Picked up 2 egg tarts to try. The egg tarts were delicious. Definitely will come back again.

It wasn't that busy when I arrived. However, the wait was still long. I can't imagine how long the wait would be if the line was to be long. Customers could order thru the kiosk or with a human. I guess if you don't wanna worry about being stared at for not giving a tip then order thru the kiosk. lol I ordered with the staff because I had questions. I wanted to order the tiramisu but didn't see it on display. They do have it. The green egg tart was the matcha tiramisu. The brown one was coffee tiramisu. I ordered the coffee tiramisu, a caramel egg tart, and the potato egg tart. Potatoes egg tart was interesting. I wouldn't think it would be potatoes lol For drinks, I ordered the velvet matcha and the matcha coconut. I tried to order the matcha coconut with matcha on the side, but they wouldn't do it Hahh Caramel egg tart - $3.90 each Coffee Tiramisu tart $4.50 Bacon Potato Salad tart $4.50 Velvet matcha $5.90 Matcha coconut $7.90 All the tarts were surprisingly delicious. The original caramel egg tart was silky smooth. It was buttery & flakey. It was also a decent size for the price. Still a bit pricey for an egg tart, imo. I also enjoyed the coffee tiramisu tart. I m not a fan of tiramisu, but it was really good. Not too sweet. It was soft. I do have to say that it lacked the coffee flavor. If I didn't order it, I wouldn't think it was coffee. The bacon potatoes tart was not bad. The filling was great. The crust was a bit dry, imo. Overall, not bad. I rather eat the bacon potatoes by itself hahha Matcha coconut didn't have much coconut flavor to it. Maybe the matcha was too thick/strong. It overpowered the coconut. Didn't try the velvet matcha, but the nephew said to never get drinks from here again. lol I m guessing it wasn't good or too bitter... Things could be faster, but the way they packaged the stuff was what made the wait longer. The individual paper boxes were hard to close. They kept needing to take the boxes out to close it again. I think they really need to practice on it or find a way to package things faster. Parking could be a disaster

Their caramelized egg tarts are to die for. I can see why this place is so popular, be prepared to wait for a while if you're visiting during the weekends. I tried their super orange two days later and the drink was still refreshing and fragrant. I typically don't go for fruit teas but this is one of my favorite spots. Seating is pretty limited if you want a place to talk and hang out I would find another spot.

Egg tarts are pretty good and comparable to Jim's. Not much of an ambiance since they're very busy. There is only one self-order kiosk so you'll be waiting to order. I gave them 2 stars because there was a hair baked into my egg tart. I bit into it and felt the hair and looked into the egg tart which had the hair hanging out from the middle of the tart so this isn't my own hair. I get that it can happen but since the workers are very busy making batch after batch, might want to consider having the ones prepping the baked items wear a hair net.

THE BEST egg tart that I have ever had and I've had them at Asian bakeries, homemade, from dim sum, and even at places that are "egg tart specialists". I'm gonna dive deeper into wonderous egg tart recollections, but I'll start off normally with this review. I went here on an off Thursday afternoon after the lunch rush and it was MEGA crowded. Line that went all the way to the door, people taking up all the seats and just standing around waiting for their order. There were a good number of flies all around and some landing on the egg tarts on in the front counter area, even behind the display glass. I recommend the business get those helicopter fan things that deter flies, but I guess it makes sense since there are so many people constantly entering and exiting the building that a fly or two would inevitably get in. Not sure if that's why the place has a B health score or if it's a growing pains thing of being in this plaza (I'm looking at you too, Charlie's Tea). Service was friendly and super efficient despite the long line of customers. I probably waited less than 10 minutes despite there being like 15 people ahead of me. Lots of workers doing a lot of different tasks at once, several making and preparing drinks, calling out orders at the counter, baking the tarts, etc. Well oiled machine. Can't imagine how crazy it is on Friday nights or the weekend, but my experience on a weekday afternoon wasn't too bad. For my order, I got the: 1) Daily Greens Bottle: -Very green, very filled with fiber I'm assuming. It's a juice of Jasmine tea, Kale, green apple, and lemon. A bit tart and sour due to the latter fruits, but has a nice kick in it because of the kale and is a bit smoother with the Jasmine tea. It settles fairly quickly so make sure to mix it without spilling it out of the bottle. A bit too sour for me, but my dad liked it. 2) Daily Greens Super Avocado: -A superfood blend smoothie. Very smooth avocado mixed with kale, coconut milk, and Jasmine tea, and for toppings, oat popping boba, chia seeds, and yogurt. Definitely have to mix well or else you're just going to sip a bunch of yogurt and get no avocado taste. -This is fairly expensive at almost $9 due to I'm sure the avocado, but it was overall alright for what it is. Not a lot of drink, but there's lots of toppings in it. I'm not the biggest avocado fan, but was told that they're known for this, so I had to try at least once. 3) Caramel Egg Tart: -I HAD A RELIGIOUS MOMENT IN THE TAWA GATEWAY PARKING LOT BITING INTO ONE OF THESE. -So good that I ate it in 3 bites like the big back that I am. Delicately sweet and crumbly, croissant/palmier like crust. Flaky, but had a nice crunch to it. Went beautifully well with the caramel egg tart with the slight creme brulee top and the not so sweet, abundant egg custard on the inside. Super delicious, but you have to eat it ASAP. -By a couple hours they were pretty soggy (even more so since I was dumb and had one bag vertical and it smushed one of them) and oily, and lost the deliciousness of the crust, but it was still good in it's own way, just not godly as before. I'm overall just okay with smoothie and juice -esque drinks and if I were to grade just on that, I think it'd be a 4/5, but because the egg tarts were so divine, it's a perfect score for me! Though I have to admit the rectangular narrow cups are pretty unique, makes holding multiple of them easier, and is aesthetically pleasing in it's own right. Definitely coming back for more of their standard egg tarts, to try more styles of egg tarts, and to maybe find a drink that is appealing to me.

New Boba & Dessert Spot in Hilton Plaza! A new boba and dessert place recently opened in the Hilton Plaza off Valley Blvd and Abbot Ave, near Del Mar Ave. Parking can be a little tricky since there are limited spots on the upper level, but there is additional parking available in the underground garage. The plaza itself can get super busy because there are many restaurants and stores in the area. Why I Came I kept seeing people post pictures of their flaky egg tarts, and that was the main reason I wanted to stop by and try them out. Ordering Experience I came on a Monday afternoon around 4 PM, and there was already a line of customers waiting to place their orders through the one kiosk machine inside the store. You could also see the staff actively packaging fresh egg tarts behind the counter. They offer different flavors of egg tarts along with drinks. I didn't try their drinks this time, so that will definitely be my plan for the next visit. What I Ordered I ordered three flavors of egg tarts: original, chocolate, and matcha, plus the mini meat floss. All four items were great! The chocolate and matcha egg tarts were a little heavier and richer, especially since their egg tarts are bigger than the regular size you might expect. The original was flaky and satisfying, and the mini meat floss was also really good. Atmosphere The inside of the shop is a decent size, but it was packed with people when I visited. It was also pretty loud inside because of the crowd, so this seems like more of a quick dessert stop than a quiet sit-down spot. Wait Time I waited less than 10 minutes for my food, which was faster than I expected considering how busy it was. Overall Overall, this is a good dessert spot and definitely worth coming back to. I'd come again to try their drinks and maybe more egg tart flavors next time!

Every time someone joined the line they would wonder out loud, "can I just order pickup?" You can't order pastries in advance fyi This place is having a viral moment so maybe avoid the weekends. We came by and the line was just at the door. You order off of 1 kiosk and there's 2-3 small tables to sit inside, but it's so crowded I doubt anyone can enjoy being inside. What seemed like a simple process took forever to even get to the kiosk. We picked up 12 egg tarts as gifts. They were large and beautiful and about $3.90 each! After seeing the staff work so hard nonstop and tasting the tarts (so good -- pastry is really flaky and the custard is thick and not too sweet, and it's large!), that seemed like a fair price! They made nice gift boxes that held 6 tarts each.

Health-focused drinks and a European-style bakery concept shop in San Gabriel. The shop is modern and clean. Few tables & chairs available to sit inside the store. Their drink menu leans toward healthier options with less sweetness, which I appreciated. I ordered thru app, the staff was quick and pick up experience was pleasant. I tried: Daily Green Bottle $6.9 -- Made with kale, green apple, lemon, and jasmine tea. Refreshing with a nice balance of kale and apple. But It is still a bit sweet for me. I was not able to adjust the sweetness level on the app. Super Avocado $8.9-- Avocado, kale, oat popping boba, chia seeds, yogurt, coconut milk, and jasmine tea. This was my favorite drink. Creamy, filling, and not overly sweet. It felt more like a healthy meal replacement smoothie. Matcha Coconut $7.9 -- Matcha cheese foam with coconut water. The matcha flavor was smooth and paired well with the coconut. The bakery section also looked beautiful with a variety of pastries displayed nicely, the egg range from $3.9-$5. Worth stopping by if you're looking for healthier tea drinks and a modern cafe vibe.

This store was bustling in the middle of the day on a weekday. I waited 30 min in total to order and for them to prepare. You can even watch them baking the egg tarts up front! I would definitely come back again, but I'm not sure if it's worth waiting over 30 min. I would recommend just getting the plain one, since the matcha egg tart was just a regular egg tart topped with matcha powder and a small matcha cake. The egg tart was perfectly flaky, creamy, and rich - probably one of the best I've ever had! There's only a few tables inside so I would recommend to grab and go.

Been here when they first open. We got a matcha drink and a coffee drink (don't remember exactly…read morewhich one). Thought it was alright at the time. Gave it a second chance since Uncle Fung was packed. I'm glad we came back. The service was good and whole experience was not bad. DRINKS: Iced Hojicha Latte, add agave & Sea Salt Foam 4.5/5 $9.25. Liked it, but slightly too sweet. It was okay after I added more ice later. Ended up combining leftover Hojicha & coffee together. Tastes pretty good. This drink got pretty expensive. Didn't realize the Sea Salt Foam was $1.25 extra. Thought it was free (came with the drink) when the cashier asked which sweetener & cold foam I would like. Hot Latte, Add Vanilla Syrup 4.25/5 $6.50. Solid/safe choice. Hot Black Sesame 4/5 $6.50. Not bad, but I may be like Da Vien and/or Lotus & Bean's Hot Black Sesame drink a tad bit more. PASTRIES/BAKED GOODS: $4.50. Chocolate Chip Cookie

I really wanted to love this place after seeing so many good reviews, but the matcha latte with…read moresesame cream didn't quite live up to my expectations. The matcha itself was pretty weak and a bit flat, missing that rich, earthy depth you'd hope for, so overall it just fell a little meh. The sesame cream added a nice richness, but didn't bring much of that distinct nutty sesame flavor and mostly just tasted creamy. That said, the space is beautiful. It's clean and minimalist with lots of natural wood, high ceilings, and an open, airy layout. There's plenty of seating, making it a great spot to work, study, or just hang out. I'd still be open to coming back and giving it another try, maybe the double matcha will hit better next time.

I had a great experience at ToGo Coffee, which is originally from Canada, this is the first U.S…read more location right next to the Hawaii Supermarket in San Gabriel, CA. The SGV has always been the mecca of boba shops, and I would recommend this place. The service was excellent and fast, I forget to get the barista's name, but he honestly deserves a raise for working by himself on a Saturday afternoon, he did so well. It was the fastest I have ever got a drink, he was so on top of things. I hope the owners are reading this and really consider rewarding top employees like him. I got the viral Pear and Matcha drink, which was surprisingly really good. I wasn't sure at first about how it was going to taste, but that secret pear syrup did the trick lolol. The drink itself is $5.99, plus $2.00 for the oat milk, so it came to over $9+. They honestly should consider lowering the oat milk to $1.00 cuz $2.00 is higher than other places, so then you're basically paying $10+ for boba. We're officially entering the era of inflation because I still remember when boba was like a few bucks LOLOL. Anyways, good boba, just a bit overpriced.

Too bad they close early and don't have too much seating inside!…read more I paid them a visit because I saw they have interesting drink flavors, like persimmon, pear jasmine, and hawthorne. I got the persimmon latte, but the syrup was a bit underwhelming. The drink was really pretty, but it could have passed for just a sweetened iced latte. The cup size is big for $5.99. I should have clarified how many espresso shots they use because it kept me awake all day! I couldn't fall asleep until really late. Service is not really there since you can order on the kiosk. No bathroom There is free street parking in front, but there's more parking in the Hawaii supermarket lot. Credit card/apple pay accepted
