Stopped by Bake & Che today to take advantage of their promo and ordered the House Special along with the Chè Thái. Both were delicious! The House Special had a great mix of flavors and was fresh and satisfying. The Chè Thái was the perfect way to cool off on a warm day--refreshing, lightly sweet, and packed with a variety of tasty ingredients that made every bite fun. The staff were friendly, and the promo made the visit an even better value. If you're looking for a refreshing Vietnamese dessert or want to try something different, I'd definitely recommend stopping by. Looking forward to coming back to see what else is on the menu!

I found this on Yelp because I was craving Filipino halo-halo, but ended up with Bake and Che's house special. I ordered it 50% sweetened (honestly, I should have ordered 100%). It was very good. Their refreshing dessert was served with small ice and not crushed. It had beans, durian and jelly (yum!). It was very filling! The place is very cute! They have tables that can accommodate big groups and service was quick. I also bought packaged roasted macadamia nuts in their shells that were delicious. It's a lot of work to open the nuts so that will be my first and last purchase. I can see this place being busy and just a fun place to hang out with their refreshing dessert.

This place had a huge line! I ended up placing the order online and waited for 10 min which I thought was way faster than waiting in line. I ordered: 1x C3) BM (Three Color) Less Ice Less Sweet I loved that the ice came on the side and I was able to adjust it. I adjusted the sweetness too.

I love the quality of the desserts here. The workers are always so nice and the place is very clean.

Pretty good che (Vietnamese dessert). You can adjust the sweetness. I tried it with no sugar as it's already sweet to begin with and it's not too sweet (perfect). Ice on the side to make it nice and cold when you're ready to enjoy. The house special had durian in it, which I liked and small pieces of jackfruit.

Sampler cakes - palm sugar, cassava, pandan, taro & mung bean

I went to Bake & Che for the first time yesterday and loved it so much that I came back again today. Both visits, I ordered the Avocado Che for myself and the Thai Che for my boyfriend. Yesterday, I wanted to try some of their baked goods, including the palm sugar cake and cassava cake, but they were already sold out. I'd recommend coming earlier if you want the baked goods, as I stopped by around 7 PM on a Saturday and most of them were gone. Today, I came earlier and was able to grab their sampler, which included palm sugar, cassava, mung bean, taro, and pandan cakes. Everything was delicious and not overly sweet. My favorites were the palm sugar and pandan cakes. The Avocado Che was excellent. The avocado was incredibly creamy, and all of the jellies inside were delicious. I thought it would come topped with the green jelly pudding shown on the menu, which I assumed was pandan pudding, but mine didn't include it. I still really enjoyed it. The milk they use is so flavorful, and the drink itself isn't overly sweet. I also tried a few bites of my boyfriend's Thai Che. It was refreshing and tasty as well. One thing I liked is that you can customize the sweetness level and choose whether you want the ice mixed in or served on the side. The only downside is the size. The cups are smaller than what I've seen at other places. I believe they're around 12 ounces. The Thai Che was $7 and the Avocado Che was $8, which is typically what I pay elsewhere for a 16 ounce drink. I'd definitely keep coming back for the Avocado Che and the palm sugar and pandan cakes.

I come here for one thing only... the pandan coconut jellies. They are sooo good and only about $1.75 each. The sweetness level is not overbearing at all. I love that they each come in their own disposable container so it's perfect to buy a bunch and share! 10/10!!

Brought my grandma and I'm happy to say this spot has her approval haha that in itself should mean this review actually has 6 stars cause grandma be picky. We both got the C1 dessert, and I also got an order of the pandan durian layer cake and an order of the taro cake. The pandan durian layer cake wasn't overwhelmingly pungent with durian, it almost felt like they just brushed the cake with some durian if that makes any sense. The taro cake was delicious! I think they may have warmed it up a little and I enjoyed the bits of taro in it. We came in a Saturday afternoon and was able to park in the lot as well as walk right up to the register. I think 5-10 mins later there was a line almost to the door and all the tables were taken up. My grandma has already decided that we're coming back hahah so I guess I'll have an excuse to try something else other than the C1 dessert!

Palm Sugar Cakes (Box of 20)

The palm sugar cakes were perfectly sweet and have a honeycomb mochi like texture. An order of 20 was packaged in a nice box perfect for my work gathering. Each piece generously sized. Bright and inviting space.

Service was super quick and easy to order online. If you are ordering online, they package everything to go. Ordered the flandan cheesecake (Pandan) and green thai soy pudding with less sugar. The pandan flandan cheesecake was not too sweet and had a slightly caramel aftertaste to it. It is more of a flan-like cake than cheesecake. As most of their baked goods do not require advance preparation, orders are prepared super quickly. I would not hesitate to ask for the status of your order as it may already be ready.

Tastes great for sure there are busy times and they are not busy times when they give you the specials on the text alert like the buy one get one free the lines are crazy long you might wait about an hour even when you order ahead there's a separate line for ordering ahead to check in but it does taste really good I just wish that it wasn't pricey or at least my opinion it's a little pricey but this place is trending for sure. If you give it to a older person in your family to eat you have to lie about how much it costs or else they will be shocked since we always have to lie to the older people how much things cost so they think that it's worth it and it tastes good am I the only person that does that

Just curious. How many pieces of jackfruit in the Che Thai? I got 1 in my cup yesterday.

I felt like very little of anything.

Will I be able to walk in next Thursday afternoon and order a 30-piece cake box on the spot or do I need to order ahead?

I would order ahead as some items do sell out

Is Rosemad Bake & Che open already? It says can not accept orders online. Please let me know!

There open but their not taking online orders I think.

There's stuff like mango pomelo, black sesame soup, coconut milk base with your choice of ingredients, even drinks and fried food.... There's gotta be something for everyone! I LOVE peach gum and haven't seen it that often but here there's a whole menu section for it! It's a jelly texture and is full of collagen and is really good for you. Snow swallow sounds scary but think of it like vegan birds nest? Not quite sure what the health benefits are but I'm sure it does something. Snow Swallow with Taro balls and Peach Gum in Coconut Milk, cold ($9)-- Can't vouch for the hot version but the cold one is great!!! It's so refreshing with a good mix of textures. There's jelly from peach gum, silky from snow swallow, chewy from taro balls.... everything just works so well together. The coconut milk is blended with other things I think because it's not jarring like coconut milk straight out of the can. It's sweet but not too sweet. A perfect canto dessert!! Portion size is good for 1 person which makes it kind of pricey $9 for a small bowl .... But nowadays even boba is $7-8. And this is harder to find and has collagen and health benefits so I say it's worth! There's a big shared parking lot in the plaza so parking is easy. Inside is clean with lots of tables. I ordered the Peach pancakes (summer seasonal) this time, and I'm not even a big peach eater, but these had a great refreshing taste for the hot AF summer. Of course, they were not overly sweet whatsoever even with the vanilla bean ice cream on the side. The pancakes themselves taste a bit eggy and I'm an egg fan so that worked out great for me. I also ordered the peach lime tea and added clear boba, less sweet. The drink went perfectly because it had fresh lime and it's pleasant to pair sweets with savory & sour. Plus the textures from the boba and pancakes made it more fun to eat. I probably waited about 15 minutes or so for the pancakes, but the space itself is cute and the staff seem friendly. The girl working the counter was a young girl just getting by her summer day job. She was nice but timid. It was our first time there and a little more energy on her end could've been better. Ordered the ube swirl, pineapple dole whip, mung bean taiyaki, and a custard one togo. The taiyaki that goes onto the ice cream is a lot bigger than one we ordered to go. I thought it would be as big, but when I got it, it was so much smaller and flat. Also, the taiyaki that goes on top of the ice cream was old. It had been sitting there for a while or was made earlier as it was hard and difficult to bite. The red bean inside I also assumed was a paste like how they make the Japanese version, however there were whole pieces in there. It was okay, but I thought they'd be like paste. Overall, the only thing that was good was the ube swirl and the pineapple dole whip. It was also extremely warm in the shop, like no AC in the triple digits summer heat. Had to eat it elsewhere. I most likely won't be back.
