The chatter among staff and customers mostly drowns out the soft background of Italian tunes. The imported Italian grocery selection is excellent by LA standards, but don't sleep on Claro's made-to-order sandwiches. Grab a slip from the ticket dispenser and browse the well-stocked refrigerator section until a staff member shouts out your number. My fiancee and I love the Spicy Mike, which immediately hits your palate with a punch of flavor. The Great Grandpa Joe is solid as well, nostalgically recalling my memories of when Subway used to be good.
